QuoteIQ Affiliate Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1. The QuoteIQ Affiliate Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is open to all affiliates of QuoteIQ, LLC who participate in the Contest during the specified period.

2. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.

3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of QuoteIQ, LLC are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:

1. The Contest begins on [start date] and ends on June 1, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).

3. Prizes:

1. The top QuoteIQ affiliate, based on the number of signups referred during the Contest Period, will be eligible for the following prizes:

• Over 50 signups: $5,000 prize.

• Over 25 signups: $1,000 prize.

• Under 10 signups: $500 prize.

2. In the event of a tie, the prize will be divided equally among the tied affiliates.

4. Entry:

1. Affiliates are automatically entered into the Contest upon their participation in the QuoteIQ affiliate program during the Contest Period.

2. Affiliates must comply with all terms and conditions of the QuoteIQ affiliate program to be eligible for the Contest.

5. Winner Selection:

1. The winner will be determined based on the number of signups referred by the affiliate during the Contest Period.

2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days after the end of the Contest Period.

3. The winner may be required to provide additional information or verification of their affiliate activities to claim the prize.

6. Prize Claim:

1. The winner must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification.

2. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Taxes:

1. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

2. QuoteIQ, LLC will report the value of the prize to the appropriate tax authorities as required by law.

8. General Conditions:

1. QuoteIQ, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any affiliate who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

2. By participating in the Contest, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of QuoteIQ, LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

3. QuoteIQ, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law:

1. The Contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

2. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [jurisdiction].
