QuoteIQ SMS Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 21, 2026 Effective: October 21, 2026 Version: 1.0

These SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent through the QuoteIQ platform. They are incorporated into and form part of the QuoteIQ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

01 Program Description and Parties

1.1 QuoteIQ LLC (“QuoteIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides field service management software that enables independent home service businesses (each, a “Service Provider”) to communicate with their customers by text message (SMS and MMS).

1.2 Messages you receive through this program are sent by or on behalf of the Service Provider with whom you have requested a quote, scheduled service, or otherwise done business (the “Program”). QuoteIQ transmits these messages as the Service Provider’s technology provider. Each message identifies the Service Provider by name.

1.3 Program messages may include quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, technician arrival notices, invoices, payment receipts, review requests, and other communications related to services you requested (“Service Messages”). If you separately opt in, you may also receive promotional messages as described in Section 2.3 (“Marketing Messages”).

03 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Service Provider, including the number of quotes, appointments, and invoices associated with your account. Marketing Messages are sent periodically and frequency varies.

04 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Neither QuoteIQ nor the Service Provider charges a fee to receive Program messages.

05 Opting Out

5.1 You may opt out of Program messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any message. We will also honor any other reasonable request to stop receiving messages, whether made by text reply or by contacting the Service Provider directly.

5.2 After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to that number from that Service Provider unless you opt in again, for example by replying START or UNSTOP.

5.3 Opt-out requests are processed promptly and in no event later than the time required by applicable law.

06 Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact the Service Provider using the contact information on its website or invoice. For questions about the QuoteIQ platform, contact QuoteIQ at support@quoteiq.io.

07 Carrier Disclaimer

Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

08 Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with the QuoteIQ Privacy Policy, available at myquoteiq.com/privacy-policy.

8.2 No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes sharing with service providers, such as messaging and telecommunications vendors, that support delivery of the Program.

09 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program.

10 Service Provider Responsibilities

10.1 Each Service Provider using the QuoteIQ platform is solely responsible for obtaining and documenting all consents required by law before sending messages, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, carrier requirements, and applicable state law.

10.2 Service Providers must not import, upload, or message contact lists for which proper consent has not been obtained, must honor all opt-out requests, and must send Marketing Messages only during hours permitted by law in the recipient’s local time zone.

10.3 QuoteIQ is a technology provider and is not the sender of Service Provider messages. QuoteIQ does not control and is not responsible for the content, timing, or frequency of messages a Service Provider chooses to send.

11 Changes to These SMS Terms

QuoteIQ may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

12 Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and by applicable federal law.
