1) Contact Analytics: Know Your Customer Better
Customer profiles now show lifetime value, total revenue, conversion percentages, inspection history, and ClientHub communications. This gives lawn care, pressure washing, or pest control business owners a complete picture of customer relationships.
By consolidating insights into one screen, you’ll never miss opportunities to upsell or follow up. It’s like having a built-in marketing dashboard without needing extra software.
2) Organized Side Drawer: Easier Navigation
We redesigned the side drawer with drop-down menus, making navigation cleaner and faster. Managing jobs, quotes, and invoices takes fewer clicks—an upgrade especially helpful when you’re in the field and need efficiency.
3) Estimate Archives: Smarter Job Management
Ever had a customer say, “We’ll get back to you?” Instead of cluttering your active jobs, you can now archive those estimates until the customer is ready. From the archive tab, you can unarchive, schedule, invoice, or decline with one click.
This is a simple but powerful feature that Jobber and Markate still don’t handle as seamlessly as QuoteIQ.
4) Mass Sorting & Duplication: Bulk Efficiency
Now you can bulk-manage estimates and invoices, or duplicate them for repeat services. Lawn care businesses, for example, can duplicate weekly mowing invoices for an entire route. Pressure washers can duplicate annual house wash quotes.
This saves countless hours and makes recurring services painless.
5) Multi-Company Management: Expand Without Limits
Have more than one company? With Multi-Company Management, you can run multiple brands under one login. Each company has its own services, branding, and customer data.
This feature is huge for entrepreneurs running separate service lines (like lawn care and pest control) or expanding into new markets.
