How to send a contract for signature in QuoteIQ
Upload the document
Open QuoteIQ Sign and choose One document or Multiple documents. A set of files gets one name, so it goes out as a single packet.
Place the boxes
Drag Signature, Initials and Date boxes onto the page. Your boxes save as you place them, and you can save the layout for future signers.
Send the signing link
Your customer opens the link and enters their email address, so you know who is signing and where their copy goes.
Get the signed copy
They set up a signature once, tap through each box and finish. The signer downloads a copy on the spot and a copy is emailed to them.
