Atlas is live.
Your next customers,

September 23–29, 2026
QuickPay: Get paid on the spot.
Take a payment in seconds, with no estimate or invoice to set up first. QuickPay is in the side menu.
- Type the amount on the keypad.
- Optionally add a product name, pick which payment methods to accept (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer), and choose a customer, a due date or a note.
- QuoteIQ creates a payment link and a QR code with your logo in the middle. Show the QR code, or share the link.
Your customer pays on a clean checkout page. If you didn’t choose a customer, they enter their name and email when they pay, and QuoteIQ matches them to an existing contact or creates a new one.
Every QuickPay payment is saved as a real invoice and marked Paid automatically, so it shows up in your invoices and reports like any other payment.
See it in QuoteIQ
Type an amount, pick how the customer can pay, and show a QR code or share the link. The customer pays and the invoice shows Paid.
What you need. QuickPay runs on QuoteIQ Payments. If you’re not set up yet, or you’re using Stripe, QuickPay walks you through getting set up. Employees can use it if they have permission to create invoices and to view prices.
Team seats: Users included with every plan.
Every paid plan now includes a set number of users. The owner counts as one, and pending invites count too.
| Plan | Users included |
|---|---|
| Essentials | 1 |
| Beginner | 2 |
| Pro | 4 |
| Elite | 10 |
| Max | 20 |
- Need more people? Any paid plan can add extra seats for $25 per person per month. Extra seats are billed monthly, separately from your plan.
- Manage seats from your Subscription page, from Employee Hub, or from Settings → Users & Permissions, which now shows how many seats you’ve used.
- If you cancel extra seats, they stay until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Already have a bigger team? Teams that were already over their plan’s number when this changed keep everyone.
- Max plan change. Max now includes 20 users. It used to include unlimited users.
Prices look the same on every screen, PDF and customer page.
Estimates and invoices now show pricing the same way in the app preview, on the PDF and on the page your customer opens.
- Total and Balance Due are shown separately, so it’s always clear what the job costs and what’s still owed.
- Every payment is listed: deposits, partial payments and final payments, each with the payment method and date.
- Invoices show their status, such as Overdue or Partially Paid, along with the due date.
- Paid invoices say “Paid in full” instead of showing a $0.00 balance.
- Estimates still waiting on the customer’s choices show “Depends on selection” instead of a number. A “Before optional add-ons” note appears where it applies.
- If a paid invoice is short by exactly the convenience fee, the invoice shows the fee as waived.
- The “mark as paid” screens are tidier. They show what’s been paid so far and what’s left.
Before & After: A new look.
The Before & After tool in QuoteIQ Cam has a new look.
- Two modes. Use your own photos, or generate the after photo with AI.
- More places to get photos: the camera, your device, your QuoteIQ Gallery, or the contact’s gallery. When you take the after photo, a faint outline of the before photo helps you line up the shot. The camera is on phones and tablets only.
- Better AI after photos. Pick a quick description: “Clean & restored”, “Freshly painted” or “New landscaping”. You can also add up to 4 reference photos, for example a product or color you’ll be using, and the AI works them into the result.
- The estimated cost in IQ Credits is shown before you generate.
See it in QuoteIQ
Add the after photo to the before photo from the new photo menu, then build the Before & After.
Pick a quick description, see the IQ Credits cost, and generate the after photo with AI.
Atlas: Easier lead searches.
- Satellite view is now the default map. If you’d already picked a different map style yourself, Atlas keeps your choice.
- “Find New Customers.” If you haven’t bought any leads yet, the Lead Generator now shows a simple starting card. Pick business types, enter your ZIP codes (filled in from your service area), and tap Search for Opportunities. Searching is free.
- Simpler business-type picker. Your chosen business types appear on one summary row with an Edit button. Checking a category now selects every type in it.
- Business-type filters now filter the map too, not just the list.
- Your leads’ contact details are tappable. Tap a phone number to call, a website to open it, or an address to open it in maps. Press and hold any of them to copy.
- A safety check before opening a website. Atlas shows you the full link first, with the site name highlighted so look-alike addresses stand out. Nothing opens until you tap Open.
- Redesigned Atlas dashboard cards on phones, tablets and desktop.
- Lead contact details work with a keyboard and with screen readers.
Also improved
Smoother everyday work across the app.
Around the app
- What’s New. Settings → What’s New now lists earlier releases too, not just the latest one.
- Ask AI attachments. Attach files from your camera, photos, documents, screenshots or the File Manager, using the same picker as the rest of the app.
- Search. The app-wide search has been redesigned and takes you straight to what you picked.
- Contacts table. Tap a row to open its actions right there in the table.
- Calendar permissions. The Create, Route Optimization and Map buttons on the calendar now follow each employee’s permissions.
- Done For You setup. The coupon code box has been removed from the Done For You setup offer.
Invoices & Payments
- Invoice list. On the phone, the invoice list can now be sorted by invoice number.
- Invoice export. Exports now include an Amount Paid column.
- Getting verified for QuoteIQ Payments. If you’re stuck on identity verification, there’s now a link to our step-by-step guide wherever verification is waiting.
- Switching back to Stripe. Companies that used Stripe before can switch back from Settings → Payments in one tap.
Bug fixes
Items marked [Mobile app only] apply to the iPhone and Android apps only. Items marked [Web app only] apply to QuoteIQ in a web browser only.
Account & sign-in
- Paying customers no longer see the “account will be deactivated” screen. Some customers with an active plan saw this full-screen warning flash up on sign-in or every time the app opened, especially if they’d had a different plan in the past or were a team member on the owner’s plan.
- The Website Builder opens again. It was showing “Website Builder integration is not linked in this checkout.”
Payments & invoices
- Bank transfer payments can’t be paid twice. A customer paying by bank transfer could pay the same invoice a second time while the first transfer was still going through. Now the invoice shows “Bank Transfer Pending” and a second payment is blocked. If two payments do get through, you’re told right away.
- Deposits record the right total. Accepting an estimate and paying a deposit now use the same pricing, so the total saved matches what the customer was charged.
- The deposit balance is right on the customer’s estimate page. After a deposit was paid, the remaining balance could be shown wrong.
- Partial payments by percentage now take the percentage of what’s still owed, not the original total.
- Invoices that are fully paid can’t take another payment.
- Check numbers are kept on partial payments.
- Texting an invoice works without an email address. Text and “Send both” no longer stop because the customer has no email. Text errors now say what went wrong (for example, not a mobile number, or the recipient has opted out).
- Export all invoices exports every invoice, not just the first page.
- The dashboard’s Outstanding Invoices now includes every unpaid invoice, including partial, overdue and imported ones.
- Switching companies no longer carries over the previous company’s tax and fee settings.
Estimates
- Services from one estimate no longer end up in another. Autosave could write one estimate’s services into a different estimate. That’s now blocked.
- “Mark Up All” applies markup to materials attached to services, and “Same as Services” markup now actually matches.
- Employees with permission can edit estimates. Some employees were blocked from editing estimates even though they had permission.
- Customers can download the PDF of a scheduled options or package estimate from their portal.
- An accepted estimate stays locked after the customer requests a time with InstaSchedule.
- Sharing by email or text now uses your saved message template.
InstaQuote
- InstaQuotes with more than one dropdown question submit correctly. Some services with two dropdown questions were rejected when the customer submitted their quote.
- The InstaQuote dashboard shows your submissions reliably, newest first.
Jobs & calendar
- Job numbers match everywhere. A job created from an import, auto-reply, recurring visit or subscription now carries the same job number in the app and on its PDFs.
- Reopening a recurring job keeps it in its time slot.
- The Jobs list’s “Lifetime” filter now includes upcoming recurring visits.
Atlas
- Each account only sees its own leads. If more than one account signed in on the same device, Atlas could show the previous account’s purchased leads. Atlas data, and unsaved work waiting to sync, now stays with the account it belongs to.
- Taps work first time on touch screens. Some Lead Generator controls needed a double tap, and “+ Add businesses” didn’t respond on iPad.
- [Web app only] The ZIP code box in the Lead Generator can be typed in.
Photos & inspections
- [Mobile app only] Inspection reports can hold up to 300 photos. Large inspections (around 50 or more photos) could crash the app and lose photos. Every photo now stays saved on the phone until the report has it, and saving tells you exactly what happened: saved, saved on this phone, queued, or failed.
- The photo count on inspection cards now includes photos added to questions.
Contacts, QuoteIQ Sign & Chemical Tracking
- Signed QuoteIQ Sign documents appear in the contact’s Attachments.
- The duplicate phone number warning now catches the same number entered with different country formats.
- Treatment History on a contact no longer shows a red error box.
Communication
- Email campaigns send when your sender address has capital letters. Campaigns failed if your sender address was saved with a capital letter (for example “Sales@…”). Now they send, and if a campaign does fail, it tells you why.
- [Web app only] The incoming-call pop-up keeps working when you leave QuoteIQ open for a long time. After about five minutes on one page, incoming calls could stop showing.
- Requesting a business number reaches our team again. Requests from the Client Hub “Request your business number” form weren’t reaching our team, even though you saw “Request sent.” They now do.
- Virtual Call Team. Switching an AI agent off now just pauses it. Before, it put a paid-up account behind an “insufficient balance” screen, and saving the agent could lock it again.
QuickBooks
- QuickBooks syncs no longer get stuck on “Pending.” After connecting QuickBooks for the first time, some syncs never started and sat on “Pending.” Connecting is also more reliable.
Other fixes
- What’s New announcements appear on the web app. They weren’t showing in a web browser.
- “Estimate updated” alerts to Zapier and other connected tools no longer repeat. For part of September 22, these could fire over and over for the same estimate.
- Closed online forms say they’re closed instead of “not found.”
- Photos show on the customer portal home page and service request pages again.

Atlas: Find leads where you already work.
Your customers. Your active jobs. Your next opportunity. Atlas brings them onto one prospecting map, with business lead searches and door-knocking records built in.
- Search a business type by ZIP code or draw your own area.
- See the exact number of businesses found in and around that area. Locked leads appear as gray pins.
- Unlock names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites. Contact details are included.
- Call, text, or get directions straight from the lead card.
See it in QuoteIQ
Customers, property records, door knocks, leads, routes and your crew on one map: open a house’s record, knock it, find businesses near your customers and add one as a contact, then optimize the day’s route.
Search schools, preschools and churches in a ZIP, see them ranked on the map, then add the best-fit lead as a QuoteIQ contact.
Zoom in for property lines, click a house and read its record: owner, value, last sale, building, lot, zoning and flood zone.
Tap Pin, tap a house, and pick one of the seven statuses.
Save a door as a QuoteIQ contact in one tap, then start an estimate from the same card.
Routing puts a day’s jobs in a shorter driving order. Elite and Max.
Employees shows your team on the map only while they are clocked in. Elite and Max.
Your customers, jobs, and prospects on one map
Customers and active jobs appear in different colors. Tap a pin for its card. Turn layers on or off; showing or hiding data you already bought is free.
Find Atlas in the side menu: Customers (Map View), Lead Generator, Door Knocking, Routing, and Employees.
From a lead to the next step
Lead cards can start a deal, estimate, invoice, job, task, or reminder. Leads are scored by how well they fit your work, distance, and nearby existing customers.
The Yours tab holds your purchased businesses and lets you filter by type. Buy more holds the paid options. Export your leads to a spreadsheet (CSV).
Door knocking, notes, and saved areas
Drop a pin, add notes, and save it as a QuoteIQ contact in one tap. Export your door-knock list to a spreadsheet (CSV).
Start with seven statuses: Not Home; Knocked — No Answer; Contacted; Interested — Follow Up; Not Interested; Do Not Knock; Appointment Set. Rename, recolor, reorder, add, or remove them in Atlas settings.
Draw and save service or canvassing areas. A search shows both your drawn shape and the rectangle actually searched.
Property lines, Routing, and your team
Zoom in for free property boundary lines and a free basic property card. Full owner and property records are a paid unlock.
Atlas Routing puts a day’s jobs in the best driving order. Employees shows your team on the map only while they are clocked in. After clock-out, their locations are not shown. Both sections require Elite or Max.
Who can use Atlas?
Atlas is available across plans. Routing and Employees require Elite or Max; other plans show an upgrade option for those sections.
Owners and admins can use all of Atlas. Employees need Use Atlas to open it and Spend in Atlas to make purchases.
What changed in this release?
Lead purchases now happen inside QuoteIQ. Yours and Buy more separate owned leads from paid options. You can add pin notes and save a pin as a contact in one tap.
Dropped pins no longer disappear, and zoom limits keep the map readable.
Paid purchases: Business leads and full property details require payment. Your purchases belong to your company, are visible to your team, and never expire.
Chemical Tracking: Log the work. Keep the record.
For lawn care, pest control, and other businesses that apply chemicals, application records now live inside QuoteIQ.
- Log each application against its job.
- Keep your chemical list, applicator licenses, and usage together.
- Open a customer’s treatment history from their contact record.
- Get a reminder to log chemicals before completing the job.
- Carry chemical details through to the job, invoice, and PDF.
See it in QuoteIQ
Open the job’s Chem tab and log the application against that visit.
Every product in one list, with its EPA number, rate and re-entry interval.
Complete a job with no chemicals logged and QuoteIQ reminds you first.
The chemicals applied carry through to the customer’s invoice.
Switch on Chemical Tracking in Settings. The screens stay hidden until you do.
Turn it on when you need it. Enable Chemical Tracking in Settings or turn on Track Chemicals for a service. Screens stay hidden until you enable it. Turning it off hides those screens without deleting your records.
MCP: Connect Claude and ChatGPT to QuoteIQ.
The existing MCP connector now supports more tasks across your QuoteIQ account. Ask your assistant to do the work, then review the request in the app.
- More tasks. The assistant can work across more of QuoteIQ.
- Clearer explanations. If an approved request cannot be completed, the approvals screen explains why more clearly.
- A recurring-job fix. Changing “this and all future” visits now works for a recurring job that started in the past.
See it in QuoteIQ
Ask what is unpaid this week. Claude reads QuoteIQ and answers with the open invoices and the total.
Ask for an invoice. The request waits in QuoteIQ’s AI Assistant screen until you approve it.
Claude prepares the visit, and one click on Approve puts it on the calendar.
What’s New, inside QuoteIQ.
A short What’s New pop-up now highlights releases worth knowing about. Reopen it anytime from Settings to catch up.
Improvements
Clearer customer pages and smoother everyday work.
Estimates
- Proposal+ is one scrolling page. Every section runs top to bottom. The side menu jumps to each part, making it easier to read and sign.
- Cleaner package estimates. Packages, services, and add-ons line up consistently. Images, prices, and quantities stay in the same place, with a better phone layout.
- Paid in full is clear. Fully paid estimates show a green banner, with the total displayed separately.
Invoices & Payments
- Consistent phone numbers. The same phone-number format now appears across invoices, estimates, jobs, contacts, the customer portal, the calendar, and estimate PDFs.
Photos & Files
- Service photos from QuoteIQ Gallery. Choose from your Gallery or device. Your photo order stays saved, and the main photo you choose appears on the estimate and invoice.
- Before & After includes screenshots. Choose from both photos and screenshots in the existing tool.
- A simpler start in QuoteIQ Sign. An empty account shows the normal screen and tabs with a short message. The layout stays consistent after your first upload.
Bug fixes
Items marked [Mobile app only] apply to the iPhone and Android apps. iPhone-specific fixes are noted below.
Estimates
- Signature settings work as set. Customer pages follow your company and individual estimate requirements.
- Hidden prices stay hidden. Line-item, sub-item, and material price settings apply to the online estimate and invoice.
- Paid estimates show Paid. The customer no longer sees an Accept button.
- Signed PDFs show Accepted. Download PDF returns the accepted, signed version.
- Service totals stay correct. Price edits, including $0, update totals properly. Totals no longer increase after saving and reopening.
- Option PDFs match the choice. Customers receive the option they selected.
- InstaQuote includes linked materials. Linked inventory and materials count toward totals, taxes, and the customer estimate at current product prices.
- Estimate links load after a release. Customers no longer get the error that could appear just after an update.
Invoices & Payments
- Duplicated invoices keep the convenience fee.
- Payment marks the job Done + Paid. The calendar and dashboard update right away.
- Recurring subscription invoice links load again.
- Already-canceled subscriptions can be deleted. A cancellation on the payment side no longer blocks deletion.
- Invoices save once, and edits are kept. Edits are retained when discarding changes or changing the invoice number. Missing information is clearly flagged, and materials can be added without a service.
- Hourly rate setup keeps custom expense types. Your types are no longer replaced by defaults.
Calendar
- Synced jobs now appear only on your team's calendars. Customers no longer receive calendar invites for their jobs.
- Google Calendar connects from the web app again.
- Crew-only jobs are visible to crew members. This works even without full calendar access.
- Jobs stay visible after reopening the app. Employees no longer need to log out and back in to restore missing jobs.
- Authorized employees see Create. The button appears when they have permission to create events.
- Company switching loads the right calendar. Employees also consistently see the jobs the owner assigned them.
Team & Permissions
- Invites keep the chosen role. Role presets save correctly, and invited administrators receive admin access without another edit.
- Existing users no longer stay Pending. Employees who already had a QuoteIQ account are marked joined after accepting the invite.
- Employees land in your company. They are no longer sent to an empty workspace of their own.
- Invoice menus follow current permissions. Authorized view and edit actions appear correctly.
- Clock-out works reliably. Technicians no longer hit the missing-time-entry error that required a manual clock-out.
- Revenue respects dashboard permissions. Employees without dashboard access cannot see revenue figures.
Notifications
- Every notification switch works. Deposit paid, tip received, estimate reopened, mentions, job assignments, and other notifications follow your settings.
- Shared phones notify the signed-in person. Notifications no longer go to someone who previously used that phone.
Client Hub
- Conversations appear reliably. The inbox refreshes when your access or workspace changes.
Photos & Files
- Invoice attachments stay attached. File Manager documents save and preview correctly. Removing one leaves unrelated documents alone.
- [Mobile app only] The keyboard’s Done bar no longer covers your typing or the Send button.
- [Mobile app only] On iPhone, File Manager appears when adding images to a Before & After.
- [Mobile app only] Before & After and QuoteIQ Cam photos save reliably, even if you leave mid-save. Job edits are kept while completing a Before & After.
- [Mobile app only] On iPhone, the photo picker stays open until your photos have been accepted.
- PDF previews show the correct document. Outdated thumbnails no longer appear.
- QuoteIQ Sign uploads save again.
