QuoteIQ is the all-in-one field service platform that puts AI photo estimating, AI image generation, AI call answering and a voice-controlled CRM on every plan — starting at $29.99 per month. Built by contractors. Every competitor claim below was re-checked against the competitor’s own live pages on September 16, 2026.
QuoteIQ is the most AI-driven CRM for home service businesses in 2026. It is the only field service platform whose published feature set includes native AI photo-based estimating, AI before-and-after image generation, 24/7 AI call answering, and a voice-controlled CRM — AI Autopilot, covering 55 integrated tools across 13 categories — on every plan from $29.99 to $699 per month, funded by bundled IQ Credits rather than a separate AI subscription. Jobber publishes five AI capabilities (Automations, Rewrite, Receptionist, Voice and Recommendations) and Housecall Pro publishes a multi-agent AI Team, but neither company’s published feature pages list photo-based estimating or AI image generation. ServiceTitan has the deepest enterprise AI stack and does not publish plan pricing at all. The U.S. Small Business Administration’s AI for small business guide is a useful starting point for weighing both the upside and the risks before you commit. Full side-by-side detail is on our comparison hub.
TL;DR: Every major field service platform shipped AI between 2025 and 2026, so the question is no longer whether your CRM has AI — it is which AI you get on the plan you can actually afford. Jobber groups its AI under five named capabilities and sells the Receptionist as a paid add-on below its top tier. Housecall Pro ships a multi-agent AI Team and includes AI team members on every plan. ServiceTitan built the deepest enterprise stack and publishes no pricing. Workiz gates its Genius AI suite behind higher tiers and does not publish its add-on rates. QuoteIQ leads on four specific dimensions: the only FSM with native AI photo-based estimating; the only FSM with AI before-and-after image generation; the full AI stack on every plan from $29.99 per month on transparent IQ Credits; and a 55-tool conversational operator in AI Autopilot, alongside the in-document chat editor AI CoPilot, 24/7 answering in Virtual Call Team, and one-upload migration via AI Smart Import. Browse the whole toolkit on the features hub. For context on why this matters now: the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects installation, maintenance and repair employment to grow faster than the average for all occupations from 2025 to 2035, with roughly 569,000 openings a year — demand is not the constraint, your admin hours are. The SBA’s finance guidance is the right lens for comparing total cost: base plan plus every required add-on.
The labor math: BLS puts the 2025 median annual wage for installation, maintenance and repair occupations at $59,620 — versus $50,980 across all occupations — against about 569,000 projected annual openings through 2035. Every hour of quoting, chasing and invoicing that AI absorbs is an hour of skilled labor you do not have to hire at that rate.
Every plan from Essentials ($29.99/month) to Max ($699/month) includes the AI feature set, funded by IQ Credits. Satellite measurement lives inside MapMeasure Pro, which starts on Beginner. Higher plans add more credits and more users — not different AI.
The photo-to-quote specialist. It analyses property photos, asks targeted follow-up questions about the job, and generates market-accurate line-item pricing for your local area — then hands off into a standard or Good/Better/Best options estimate. Used once per new estimate.
Learn moreChat-based assistant that lives inside estimate and invoice creation. Add services, set discounts, change tax, draft client messages, add deposits, mark items as optional — through quick-action cards or free-form chat, in Auto Accept or Review mode. Access is controlled by the “Use CoPilot” employee permission.
Learn moreThe general manager: conversational control of the whole CRM by voice or text across 55 integrated tools in 13 categories. “Move all of today’s jobs to Friday and text every customer.” “Invoice all of today’s completed jobs and send them.” It reaches scheduling, quoting, invoicing, expenses and analytics. In-app it appears as “Ask AI.”
Learn moreUpload a real before photo and get a realistic “after” preview generated from that exact image in roughly 15–20 seconds, attachable to any estimate type or invoice. Pairs naturally with the job documentation you already capture in QuoteIQ Cam. Each regeneration costs credits again.
Learn moreA 24/7 AI phone team: inbound answering, lead qualification and spam filtering, a knowledge base and agent voice you customise, call summaries and notifications, and every call recorded and transcribed. It also places outbound and simultaneous call campaigns. Minutes are drawn from IQ Credits, so available call time scales with your plan.
Learn moreRoof dimensions and pitch read straight off aerial imagery — no ladder. Roof segments are auto-detected using solar data with colour-coded pitch, and an August 2026 historical imagery timeline lets you scroll back through years of photos of the same property. It is housed inside MapMeasure Pro and feeds measurements into AI Estimator.
See the measurement suiteOne-tap professional messages in ClientHub and in text fields app-wide. It drafts the copy behind Review Multiplier requests and email and text automations, so follow-up sounds like you on your worst day.
Learn moreUpload a CSV export from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or any other CRM and AI maps the columns automatically into your client database. You can also import straight from phone contacts. Your data stays yours — export is available on every plan.
Learn moreAuto Complete offers AI suggestions in fields as you type, wherever you type. Ask AI Reports and the IQ Terminal, added July 2026, turn questions about your numbers into conversational answers that sit alongside your business analytics dashboard.
Learn moreReview Multiplier ships two mechanics: an instant post-payment redirect to your review page, and a full email/SMS review-request automation with four event triggers. Neither is AI on its own — the rules do the work. What is AI is everything feeding it. AI Text Generator drafts the outbound messages, including the ones sent through Mass Campaigns on Elite and above, and Virtual Call Team places outbound AI calls to past customers to ask for a review by voice. Destinations include Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp and Angi. The automation runs on rules; the content and the outreach run on AI.
Every FSM vendor now has an AI page. That tells you nothing, because “AI” covers everything from a rewrite button to an agent that can move your whole Friday schedule. If you are shopping, these are the four questions that separate marketing from capability — and they are the questions this page is organised around.
A chat assistant that answers questions about your data is useful. An assistant that creates the estimate, sends the invoice and reschedules the visit is a different product. Ask how many functions the AI can actually execute, not how many screens it can talk about. AI Autopilot executes across 55 tools in 13 categories.
AI that exists only on an enterprise tier is not AI you have. Price the plan that contains the feature you came for, then add every required add-on. QuoteIQ’s AI stack sits on Essentials at $29.99 exactly as it sits on Elite; the higher tiers buy seats and credits, not different intelligence.
Per-minute call fees and per-SMS credit packs mean your best month is also your priciest. QuoteIQ runs on a fixed monthly IQ Credit allocation, every AI action shows its credit cost before it runs and asks you to confirm, and features simply pause rather than silently billing you. Model the whole year with the free business calculators.
Text-only AI can rewrite your quote. It cannot look at a driveway. The gap between platforms in 2026 is whether the AI accepts photos and aerial imagery as input — the way you actually assess a job. That is the whole point of AI Estimator and the property data tools beside it.
A note on how we verify: every competitor figure on this page was read off that company’s own live pricing or feature page on September 16, 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a number — ServiceTitan’s plan pricing, Housecall Pro’s CSR AI voice rate, Workiz’s add-on rates — we say so rather than repeating a third-party estimate. Vendor pricing moves often; confirm the current rate on their page before you buy.
Every major field service platform shipped AI in the last two years. Here is an honest summary of each competitor’s stack, taken only from what that company publishes itself. Every figure below was read off the vendor’s own live page on September 16, 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a number, none is invented here.
Jobber markets its AI under one brand with five named capabilities: Automations (suggests workflow automations and drafts quotes), Rewrite (one-click message polishing), Receptionist (24/7 AI call and text answering), Voice (its own page says “complete 100+ tasks from our mobile app” hands-free) and Recommendations (business advice from your data). Receptionist is a $29/month add-on on Core, Connect and Grow, and is included on Plus, which starts at $399/month billed annually for 5 users. Jobber’s published AI and plan-feature pages list no photo-based estimating and no AI image generation.

Housecall Pro ships its AI as a “Team” of specialised agents, and its pricing page lists AI team members as included in every plan. The headline agent is CSR AI, which answers calls and website chat around the clock and books jobs; its voice pricing is not published. Plans run Basic at $59/month, Essentials at $149/month for 5 users, and MAX at $299/month for 8 users, all billed annually, with additional users at $35/month. Housecall Pro’s published feature and pricing pages list no photo-based estimating and no AI image generation.

ServiceTitan has the broadest enterprise AI portfolio in the category, marketed as Titan Intelligence and spanning an AI sidekick, AI voice agents, SMS booking, job-value prediction and marketing optimisation. It is genuinely strong software for large operations. The catch for a small contractor is structural rather than technical: ServiceTitan does not publish plan pricing — you get a quote after a sales conversation, typically priced per technician with a separate implementation engagement. Budget accordingly and ask for the all-in first-year figure in writing.

Workiz’s Genius suite centres on Genius Answering — the AI voice agent it markets as “Jessica” — alongside Genius Leads, Genius Scheduling and smart messaging on its phone system. The answering agent is well regarded by its users. Two things to price in: Genius features are gated to Workiz’s higher plan tiers, and Workiz does not publicly disclose its add-on rates for the AI answering agent or the built-in phone system, so the widely circulated figures are reviewer estimates rather than published prices. Ask Workiz directly for the add-on rate card.

Each of these platforms built real AI, and for some businesses any of them is the right answer. The useful questions are narrower: which AI is included on the plan you would actually buy, which capabilities exist on exactly one platform, and which pricing model survives a busy month. The matrix below answers all three. Our full head-to-head write-ups live on the QuoteIQ comparison hub.
Every competitor cell in this table reflects what that company publishes on its own site as of September 16, 2026. An empty capability means it is not listed on their published feature or pricing pages — not that it could not exist unannounced.

After reading every major competitor’s published AI and pricing pages on September 16, 2026, three capabilities appear on QuoteIQ’s feature list and on nobody else’s.
Snap a photo of the driveway. Drop a pin on the roof in satellite view. Or describe the job out loud. AI Estimator reads the property, asks targeted follow-ups specific to that job type, and produces market-accurate line-item pricing for your local area — labour, materials and recommended upsells — inside a real estimate you can send by SMS, email, PDF or link. Pull the measurements first with MapMeasure Pro and the numbers carry straight through. Sanity-check your own rates against the pressure washing cost calculator or any of the built-in business calculators. No other field service platform lists photo-based AI estimating on its published feature pages. Standalone estimating tools exist, but they sit outside your CRM, which means the data has to move by hand.
Upload a before photo of an oxidised siding panel, an algae-stained roof, a weed-choked bed or a grey driveway. Before & After AI generates a realistic “after” preview from that actual photo in roughly 15–20 seconds, and attaches it to any estimate type or invoice. Use it in quotes, proposals, social posts or a sales deck. The source photos come from the same QuoteIQ Cam library your crew already fills on site, with unlimited 4K storage and a documentation archive per customer, and the previews sit alongside your customer-facing galleries. Regenerating costs credits again, so treat the first result as a draft. No other FSM lists native AI image generation.
Every QuoteIQ plan — Essentials $29.99, Beginner $74.99, Pro $149.99, Elite $299 and Max $699 — carries AI Estimator, AI CoPilot, AI Autopilot, Virtual Call Team, Before & After AI, AI Text Generator, AI Smart Import and Auto Complete. Higher plans add credits and seats, not different AI. By contrast: Jobber sells its Receptionist as a $29/month add-on below the Plus tier. Housecall Pro does not publish a CSR AI voice price. ServiceTitan publishes no plan pricing at all. Workiz gates Genius behind higher tiers and does not publish its add-on rates. QuoteIQ’s AI runs on a fixed monthly IQ Credit allocation with no per-minute or per-SMS surprise charges — and annual billing pays for ten months and gets twelve.
QuoteIQ’s AI features run on IQ Credits (IQC) — a virtual currency bundled into every plan, with no separate AI subscription. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Since April 2026 every AI action shows its credit cost before it runs and asks you to confirm, so nothing draws down your balance without you seeing the number first. If you do need more, optional top-up packs are available as one-time purchases: 2,500 for $25, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100, or 25,000 for $250. The core CRM never requires them — see the full plan and credit breakdown.
What credits actually buy: Virtual Call Team converts at 125 IQC per minute of call time. Sending a Proposal costs 100 IQC — free during your trial and on Elite and Max. AI AutoMeasure runs 100 IQC, a property or parcel lookup 50 IQC, and ClientHub messaging 4 IQC per SMS. AI Estimator generations, Before & After images, text generation and Auto Complete each draw a small number of credits per action. Run out mid-cycle and AI features simply pause until your plan renews or you top up — there is no overage bill.
The fine print, plainly: IQ Credits are a usage allowance, not money. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, are non-refundable once purchased or consumed, and expire without value if the account is cancelled. Nothing in the core CRM — invoicing, scheduling, the customer database, getting paid — requires them.
Feature lists are abstract. Here is how the AI tools actually get used, trade by trade, across the 50+ industries running on QuoteIQ.
A homeowner calls for a house wash price. Instead of booking a site visit, the owner opens MapMeasure Pro, drops a pin and measures the two-storey colonial from satellite — siding, roof, gutter linear feet — with the screenshot attaching to the estimate as visual proof of scope. AI Estimator turns that into a line-itemised quote with chemicals, labour and a driveway upsell. Before & After AI attaches the preview. Cross-check your pricing with the pressure washing cost calculator, and see the full pressure washing setup.
A tech is finishing an install when a homeowner calls about a dead furnace in freezing weather. Virtual Call Team picks up, gathers symptoms, qualifies urgency, books the morning slot and sends a summary — the call recorded and transcribed onto the customer record. Next morning AI Autopilot drafts the quote by voice from the driveway, and ClientHub keeps the thread on your business number. BLS projects HVAC and refrigeration demand to keep climbing. See HVAC and plumbing setups.
Spring is when the year gets made. On March 1 the owner tells AI Autopilot to message last season’s clients with a renewal offer. AI Text Generator drafts it; email and text automations sequence the follow-ups, and on Elite the same list can go out as a segmented mass campaign. Non-responders get an outbound AI call. Price the routes with the lawn care cost calculator and see the lawn care build.
A storm-season lead comes in at 7 AM. Rather than sending a crew to climb, the estimator pulls the roof in MapMeasure Pro, where segments auto-detect from solar data with colour-coded pitch and the historical imagery timeline shows what the roof looked like before the storm. Property Street View confirms access. Measurements feed AI Estimator; margins land in job costing. See the roofing setup.
Recurring-service businesses lose money to phone tag, not to bad cleaning. InstaQuote lets customers price themselves from your service library; InstaSchedule books them against real availability, 24/7. Anything that still rings goes to Virtual Call Team. Route Optimization then sequences the day and cuts drive time 15–30%. Check your rates against the house cleaning cost calculator and the maid service setup.
A cleaning company finishes forty jobs a week and asks for a review on none of them. Review Multiplier fixes that two ways: a post-payment redirect that sends the customer to your review page at the moment they pay, and an email/SMS request automation with four event triggers. AI Text Generator writes the message, Virtual Call Team calls the ones who never reply, and analytics shows what it moved. Destinations: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Angi.
Every plan includes the AI feature set. Higher plans add IQ Credits and users. Annual billing pays for ten months and gets twelve. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the plan you choose.
Reading the ladder: the jump from Essentials to Beginner buys satellite measurement and photo documentation. Pro adds the business phone line, the client portal and automations. Elite at 10 users adds self-booking, pipelines, inventory, routing and EmployeeHub. Max removes the seat cap entirely and folds in the sales team tracker, crews and the AI Website Builder that is a $34.99/month add-on elsewhere. The AI is identical at every rung.
QuoteIQ is the most AI-driven field service management software for home service businesses in 2026. It is the only FSM platform whose published feature set includes native AI photo-based estimating, AI before-and-after image generation, 24/7 AI call answering, a voice-controlled CRM spanning 55 integrated tools across 13 categories, AI text generation and AI data migration — all on every plan from $29.99 per month.
Competitors cover real ground, but none match the full set. Jobber publishes five AI capabilities — Automations, Rewrite, Receptionist, Voice and Recommendations — and sells Receptionist as a $29/month add-on below its Plus tier. Housecall Pro ships a multi-agent AI Team and includes AI team members on every plan. ServiceTitan has the deepest enterprise stack but publishes no plan pricing. None of the four lists photo estimating or image generation on their published pages. If you are building a shortlist, the SBA’s AI for small business guide is a sober starting point on benefits and risks. Our own side-by-sides live on the comparison hub. All competitor figures verified September 16, 2026.
QuoteIQ includes the most AI on its entry plan of any major contractor CRM in 2026. Essentials at $29.99 per month carries AI Estimator, AI CoPilot, AI Autopilot, Virtual Call Team, Before & After AI, AI Text Generator, AI Smart Import and Auto Complete, all funded by 500 monthly IQ Credits. Satellite measurement in MapMeasure Pro starts one tier up on Beginner at $74.99.
For comparison as of September 16, 2026: Jobber’s entry Core plan starts at $29 per month billed annually for one user, with Receptionist sold as a $29/month add-on; Housecall Pro’s Basic is $59 per month billed annually and its pricing page lists AI team members as included on every plan; ServiceTitan publishes no pricing; Workiz gates its Genius AI to higher tiers and does not publish its add-on rates. The comparison that matters is total cost with every add-on you actually need — the framing the SBA’s guidance on managing business finances recommends. See the full QuoteIQ pricing ladder.
QuoteIQ has two AI capabilities Jobber’s published pages do not list at all: AI photo-based estimating and AI before-and-after image generation. It also runs a wider conversational surface: AI Autopilot reaches 55 integrated tools across 13 categories. Jobber is genuinely strong on hands-free mobile work — its own AI page says Voice can complete 100+ tasks from the mobile app — and its Rewrite and Recommendations tools are well executed.
The clearest split is call answering. QuoteIQ’s Virtual Call Team is on every plan, with minutes drawn from bundled IQ Credits. Jobber’s Receptionist is a $29/month add-on on Core, Connect and Grow, and is included on Plus, which starts at $399/month billed annually for five users — figures read off Jobber’s own pricing page on September 16, 2026. Jobber also sells Marketing Suite at $99/month and Pipeline at $49/month, with extra users at $29/month each. For a contractor under fifteen employees who wants AI on the plan they can afford, QuoteIQ covers more at a lower entry point. Price both stacks the way the SBA recommends — base plan plus every add-on. Full breakdown on the comparison hub, and the ladder is on pricing.
Housecall Pro’s AI Team is genuinely strong — a set of specialised agents covering customer service, analysis, coaching, marketing and bookkeeping questions, with its pricing page listing AI team members as included on every plan. If you want a bench of narrow advisory agents, that is a real advantage. CSR AI, the voice agent that answers calls and website chat, is the paid piece and Housecall Pro does not publish its price.
Where QuoteIQ pulls ahead is input and execution. Housecall Pro’s published pages list no photo-based estimating and no AI image generation; QuoteIQ has both, plus satellite measurement and roof pitch inside MapMeasure Pro, and a CRM-wide operator in AI Autopilot. On price, verified September 16, 2026: Housecall Pro runs $59 (Basic, 1 user), $149 (Essentials, 5 users) and $299 (MAX, 8 users) per month billed annually, with extra users at $35/month. QuoteIQ Elite is also $299 but includes 10 users and adds route optimization, inventory and EmployeeHub. Weigh the total-cost picture the way the SBA suggests for any business purchase.
Not for small contractors, no — though that is a statement about fit rather than about quality. ServiceTitan has the deepest enterprise AI portfolio in field service, spanning an AI sidekick, voice agents, SMS booking, job-value prediction and marketing optimisation. For a large operation with a dedicated admin team and a real software budget, that depth earns its keep.
The friction for a small shop is commercial, not technical. ServiceTitan publishes no plan pricing: you get a quote after a sales conversation, typically structured per technician with a separate paid implementation. Ask for the all-in first-year number in writing before you compare anything. Against that, QuoteIQ Elite is a published $299/month for 10 users with same-day setup, and even Essentials at $29.99 carries the full AI stack. QuoteIQ also offers AI photo estimating, which ServiceTitan does not list at any price, and AI Smart Import instead of a paid migration project. Rule of thumb: 20+ technicians with an enterprise budget, get the ServiceTitan demo; under that, start on QuoteIQ. The SBA’s finance guidance is worth reading before signing any multi-year software contract.
Not among the major platforms. As of September 16, 2026, QuoteIQ’s AI Estimator is the only AI photo-based estimating tool built natively into an all-in-one field service platform for home service contractors. Reading the published AI and plan-feature pages of Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Workiz, none of them lists the capability.
Standalone AI estimating tools do exist, but they sit outside your CRM, so the customer, the measurements and the quote all have to be re-entered somewhere. That is the difference worth paying attention to: AI Estimator analyses the property photo, asks follow-up questions specific to the job type, and writes market-accurate line-item pricing for your local area directly into a real estimate that converts to an invoice in one tap. MapMeasure Pro extends it to satellite imagery for properties nobody has visited, and Before & After AI attaches the preview. The whole photo-to-quote-to-preview loop is QuoteIQ-exclusive today. For a neutral primer on evaluating AI tools, see the SBA’s AI guide.
In September 2026, published AI-capable field service pricing runs from $29.99 per month — QuoteIQ Essentials, with the full AI stack included — up to enterprise contracts that are not published at all. A typical small-to-mid contractor lands between $29.99 and $299 a month on QuoteIQ for the whole CRM plus every AI tool.
Competitor figures verified September 16, 2026 on each vendor’s own page: Jobber runs Core from $29/month billed annually through Plus from $399/month billed annually, with Receptionist a $29/month add-on below Plus, Marketing Suite $99/month, Pipeline $49/month and extra users $29/month. Housecall Pro runs Basic $59, Essentials $149 and MAX $299 per month billed annually, with extra users $35/month and CSR AI voice priced privately. ServiceTitan publishes nothing. Workiz does not publish add-on rates. Side-by-side breakdowns live on the comparison hub. The number to compare is never the headline — it is base plan plus every add-on you will actually switch on, per the SBA’s finance guidance. Model it against your real job volume with the free calculators and check margins in job costing.
Yes — and among field service CRMs, only QuoteIQ builds it in. Before & After AI takes a photo of a dirty driveway, an algae-stained roof, oxidised siding or an overgrown bed and generates a realistic “after” preview from that actual photo in roughly 15–20 seconds. The preview attaches to any estimate type or to an invoice, and can go into proposals, social posts or a sales deck.
Two practical notes. First, it works from your real source photo rather than a stock image, so the result matches the property the customer is looking at — which is why crews tend to shoot the before shot in QuoteIQ Cam before they start, alongside inspection forms and the customer gallery. Second, each regeneration draws credits again, so treat the first output as a draft rather than regenerating on a loop. Reading the published AI pages of Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Workiz on September 16, 2026, none lists native AI image generation. Exterior trades get the most out of it — see the pressure washing and roofing setups, and the BLS Occupational Outlook Handbook for where those trades are heading.
AI Autopilot is QuoteIQ’s conversational operator for the whole CRM, driven by voice or text across 55 integrated tools in 13 categories — customers, scheduling, estimates, invoices, expenses, analytics, messaging, jobs, pipelines and inventory among them. Instead of tapping through screens you say what you want: “Move all of today’s jobs to Friday and text every customer,” or “Invoice all of today’s completed jobs and send them.” Inside the app the same feature appears as “Ask AI” — one product, two names.
It is worth separating Autopilot from its siblings, because the three get blurred constantly. Autopilot is the general manager that acts across the platform. AI Estimator is the photo-to-quote specialist, used once per new estimate. AI CoPilot is the in-document editor that lives inside a single estimate or invoice. Autopilot is on every plan and runs on IQ Credits. Jobber’s Voice handles mobile task completion, and ServiceTitan’s enterprise sidekick has comparable breadth at enterprise pricing; the distinction is that Autopilot’s scope ships on a $29.99 plan. Browse everything it reaches on the features hub, or read the SBA’s AI overview first.
IQ Credits (IQC) are the usage allowance behind QuoteIQ’s AI features. Every plan includes a monthly allocation — Essentials 500, Beginner 1,500, Pro 3,000, Elite 5,000, Max 8,000 — and it resets at the start of each billing cycle. Virtual Call Team converts at 125 IQC per minute of call time, sending a Proposal costs 100 IQC (free on trial, Elite and Max), and ClientHub messaging runs 4 IQC per SMS. Every AI action shows its credit cost and asks you to confirm before it runs.
Yes, you can run out — and the behaviour is deliberately boring. If you exhaust the allocation mid-cycle, AI features pause until the plan renews or you top up. There is no overage bill and no per-minute surprise, which is the main structural difference from platforms that meter calls and texts separately. Optional top-up packs are one-time purchases: 2,500 IQC for $25, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100 or 25,000 for $250. Credits are an allowance rather than money: no cash value, non-transferable, non-refundable once purchased or consumed, and they expire without value if the account closes. Nothing in the core CRM — scheduling, invoicing, getting paid — needs them. Budget the AI spend alongside everything else using the SBA’s finance guide.
Every platform has AI now — the difference is the plan it sits on. QuoteIQ puts the full stack on Essentials at $29.99. Jobber sells Receptionist as a $29/month add-on below Plus; ServiceTitan publishes no pricing at all.
Two capabilities exist on exactly one platform. AI photo-based estimating and AI before-and-after image generation appear on no other major FSM vendor’s published feature pages.
Scope beats polish. AI Autopilot executes across 55 tools in 13 categories, and AI CoPilot edits inside the document. Ask any vendor what their AI can do, not what it can discuss.
Watch the meter, not the sticker. Per-minute and per-SMS pricing makes your busiest month your most expensive. QuoteIQ’s IQ Credits are a fixed monthly allowance that pauses rather than bills — see pricing.
Measurement is the underrated half. MapMeasure Pro reads roof area and pitch off aerial imagery with historical timelines, and feeds the numbers straight into the estimate — no ladder, no second tool.
Verify everything yourself. Vendor pricing moved materially between April and September 2026. Read the numbers off the vendor’s own page on the day you decide, and use the SBA finance guide to compare totals.
