JobNimbus doesn’t publish a price, and we found no photo-based AI estimating, no route optimization, and no native inventory in its published materials. Roof and eave measurements run through EagleView at about $18 a report. Add the tools a gutter crew needs and third-party estimates put JobNimbus at roughly $788–$1,688+/month. QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/month with all of it included.
JobNimbus is a capable CRM for roofing and exterior contractors. It handles estimates, proposals, e-signature, project boards, and built-in financing well, and it connects to the distributors roofers buy from. The trouble starts when a gutter installation company tries to run its day on that foundation: pricing seamless 5-inch and 6-inch K-style aluminum runs by the foot, half-round copper, downspouts, inside and outside miters, gutter guards, fascia and soffit repairs, and full gutter replacements on everything from one-story ranches to three-story townhomes.
Gutter work is a volume business sized by linear footage. You need eave footage before anyone drives out, an estimate in minutes while the homeowner is still on the phone, a crew sequence that keeps the roll-forming truck and the install crew in the same neighborhood, and coil, hangers, and miters stocked on every truck. In JobNimbus’s published materials we found no photo-based AI estimating, route optimization, live crew GPS, customer self-quoting, or native on-hand inventory. Measurements come through EagleView at about $18 per residential report, photos through CompanyCam at $79/month, and texting through Engage at $49–$249/month. Every JobNimbus dollar figure here is a third-party estimate, because JobNimbus sells by quote. Per-report fees also take a bigger bite out of a typical gutter quote than a roof quote, and you pay for the report whether the homeowner says yes or not.
This guide doesn’t argue JobNimbus is a bad product. It shows what a gutter company pays when quoting, routing, and truck stock are added around it, and what QuoteIQ Elite includes for less on a single plan. JobNimbus facts were checked against its public pricing, feature, and integration pages on October 6, 2026.
JobNimbus sells by quote, so every JobNimbus dollar figure below is a third-party estimate, not a published price. We assumed 20 EagleView reports a month, roughly one per estimate for a small crew. Your volume sets that line.
No required setup fee stated. Optional paid Professional Services. Third-party estimates, checked October 6, 2026.
MapMeasure Pro starts on Beginner ($99.99/mo). AI Estimator is on every plan.
The capability we found no way to add: photo-based AI estimating. JobNimbus Scout is an in-app assistant in beta, and AssistAI answers phones and books appointments. Neither generates an estimate from a photo, and we found no integration that does. We also found no route optimization or live crew GPS in the mobile app page or integration list. If those turn up in a future release, this page will be updated at the next monthly check.
A working JobNimbus stack for a gutter company runs $788–$1,688+/month on third-party estimates, and still has no photo AI estimating, route optimization, live GPS, or native inventory that we could find. Cut it to the most conservative case (5 reports a month, no CompanyCam, lowest Engage estimate) and it is still $439/month. QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/month with all of it included and one login.
Every feature that matters to a gutter crew, including the places JobNimbus is genuinely strong. JobNimbus dollar figures are third-party estimates; QuoteIQ prices are standard monthly billing.

QuoteIQ Elite covers six capabilities we found no sign of in JobNimbus (photo AI estimating, customer self-quoting, customer self-scheduling, route optimization, live crew GPS, and native inventory) and includes three more that JobNimbus covers only through paid add-ons (measurement, job photos, and texting with review requests). JobNimbus is stronger on distributor ordering and QuickBooks Desktop. For a gutter crew that sells, measures, routes, and stocks trucks every day, the daily-work features sit on the QuoteIQ side.
Being transparent: here is the complete case for choosing JobNimbus over QuoteIQ. Two of the three points are real product advantages, and we are saying so plainly. The third comes down to marketing reach.
Distributor ordering is built in. JobNimbus includes supplier integrations with ABC Supply, QXO, SRS and Beacon on every plan. If you buy coil, hangers, and guard material through those distributors and want orders placed from inside the CRM, that is a real advantage. QuoteIQ has purchase orders and a Suppliers module, but no direct distributor-catalog ordering.
QuickBooks Desktop and Server sync. JobNimbus syncs with QuickBooks Online, Desktop, and Server. QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. If your bookkeeper is locked to Desktop, that is a legitimate reason to stay.
Name recognition and a roofing community. JobNimbus reports 8,000+ contractors, hosts an annual summit, and markets itself as the #1 roofing software on G2 (their claim, not ours). That reach comes from roofing-market focus and marketing. It is a real community for roofers. It does not make the product a better fit for a gutter installer’s daily work.

Here’s the process from account creation to your first remote gutter estimate.
Go to admin-quoteiq.web.app/register and pick the plan that fits your crew size. The trial runs 14 days with full access to every feature on that tier.
Export your contact list from JobNimbus as a CSV. You only need names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails. Keep your open estimates and install schedule handy so you can re-enter them in QuoteIQ.
Upload your CSV to QuoteIQ’s AI Smart Import. The AI reads your column headers and maps every customer field automatically, with no manual matching. If you’d rather hand it off, the optional Done-For-You setup is $299.99 and includes contact import, price book setup, and a 1-on-1 onboarding session.
Add seamless 5-inch and 6-inch K-style aluminum, half-round copper, downspouts, inside and outside miters, hidden hangers, gutter guards, fascia and soffit repair, and full gutter replacement, each with your per-foot or per-piece rate. The price book feeds directly into MapMeasure Pro estimates.
Open MapMeasure Pro, enter any property address, trace the eaves on the satellite image, and QuoteIQ builds the estimate from your price book. Send it to the homeowner for e-signature, and put the install on the calendar.

QuoteIQ was co-founded by Mike Vidan II and Justin Rogers, both pressure washing business owners who built software to solve problems they faced running exterior service businesses.
Mike is a 20+ year pressure washing business owner and YouTube creator. Exterior work like gutter installation runs on the same loop he lived: measure the property, quote it before a competitor does, and get the crew there efficiently. He shares contractor growth strategies with 580,000+ YouTube subscribers.
Justin is a serial entrepreneur, pressure washing business owner, and YouTube creator. He co-founded QuoteIQ to give contractors one platform instead of a CRM plus a measurement vendor, a photo app, and a texting bundle. His Forever Self Employed channel covers entrepreneurship and business scaling.
In the interest of full transparency, here is the complete case for staying. Two reasons are real product advantages. The third is name recognition.
You order material through ABC Supply, QXO, SRS or Beacon. JobNimbus builds those distributor integrations into every plan. If placing orders from inside the CRM matters to you, that is a genuine edge. QuoteIQ offers purchase orders and a Suppliers module, not direct distributor-catalog ordering.
Your bookkeeper is locked to QuickBooks Desktop or Server. JobNimbus syncs with Online, Desktop, and Server. QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. If your accountant won’t move, that is a legitimate reason to stay.
You recognize the name and the roofing community. JobNimbus reports 8,000+ contractors and markets itself as the #1 roofing software on G2. That reach comes from a roofing focus and marketing. It is not evidence that the product is a better fit for a gutter installer’s daily work.
The honest bottom line: If you order through those distributors, your accountant requires QuickBooks Desktop, or gutters are a sideline to a roofing business already built around JobNimbus boards and EagleView reports, stay. For a gutter installation company that measures, quotes, routes, and stocks trucks every week, the only other reason to stay is the name. That is a marketing win for them, not a product win.
For day-to-day gutter work, yes. We found no photo-based AI estimating, route optimization, live crew GPS, customer self-quoting, customer self-scheduling, or native on-hand inventory in JobNimbus’s published materials, and QuoteIQ Elite includes all six. JobNimbus covers measurement, job photos, and texting only through paid add-ons (EagleView, CompanyCam, Engage). JobNimbus is stronger on distributor ordering and QuickBooks Desktop sync. QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/month with 10 users.
JobNimbus doesn’t publish dollar prices. Its tiers (Essentials up to 3 users, Pro up to 10, Premium up to 19, Enterprise 20+) are sold by quote. Third-party sources put the CRM at $300–$1,000+/month. Add EagleView measurements at about $18 per report (20 reports is $360), CompanyCam at $79/month, and Engage texting at $49–$249/month, and the stack lands near $788–$1,688+/month. These are third-party estimates, so ask JobNimbus for a written quote. QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/month.
JobNimbus roof measurements come through its EagleView integration. EagleView Bid Perfect residential reports are about $18 each, billed by EagleView (a third-party figure). A crew sending 20 estimates a month spends about $360; 50 estimates, about $900. You pay whether or not the homeowner books. QuoteIQ’s MapMeasure Pro is built in from the Beginner plan ($99.99/month), with no per-report fee.
Not found. JobNimbus’s mobile app page lists photos, job details, tasks, offline mode, payments, and roof measurements, and we found no route optimization on its pricing, feature, or integration pages as of October 6, 2026. QuoteIQ Elite and above includes Route Optimization and Route Density Zones, which sequence daily jobs and filter the calendar by service area.
Not found. JobNimbus has Scout, an in-app assistant in beta, and AssistAI, a phone-answering agent that takes messages and books appointments. Neither generates an estimate from a photo. QuoteIQ’s AI Estimator is available on every plan through IQ Credits: upload a photo and it drafts a market-accurate estimate with upsell suggestions such as gutter guards.
Native on-hand inventory is not found. JobNimbus includes supplier ordering and material orders, and a stock-tracking request appears on its public feedback board. QuoteIQ Elite and above includes Inventory Management with Products, Locations, Suppliers, Orders, and Transactions, so you can track coil, hardware, and fittings by warehouse and truck.
Not found. JobNimbus’s managed website service adds lead forms only. QuoteIQ Elite and above includes InstaQuote, where customers build their own quote from your website or a link, and InstaSchedule, where they book against your real-time availability 24/7.
Three things. Measurement: EagleView at about $18 per report versus MapMeasure Pro from Beginner ($99.99/month). Job photos: CompanyCam Core at $79/month versus QuoteIQ Cam from Beginner. Texting and review requests: Engage at $49–$249/month (third-party estimate) versus ClientHub on Pro and above ($199.99/month) plus Review Request Automation on Elite and above.
Yes. The price book is contractor-configured, so you set per-foot and per-piece rates for 5-inch and 6-inch K-style aluminum, half-round copper, downspouts, miters, gutter guard installation, fascia and soffit repair, and full replacement. MapMeasure Pro supplies linear footage from satellite imagery and AI Estimator drafts estimates from photos.
Export your contacts from JobNimbus as a CSV, then upload it to QuoteIQ’s AI Smart Import, which maps name, address, phone, and email fields automatically on every plan. If you want it handled for you, the optional Done-For-You setup is $299.99 and includes contact import, price book setup, and a 1-on-1 onboarding session.
Yes, three. You buy through ABC Supply, QXO, SRS, or Beacon and want orders placed inside the CRM. Your bookkeeper requires QuickBooks Desktop or Server, since QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. Or gutters are a sideline to a roofing business already built around JobNimbus boards and EagleView reports. For gutter-first companies that measure, quote, route, and stock trucks every week, QuoteIQ Elite is the better fit.
JobNimbus doesn’t publish dollar prices, so every JobNimbus figure here is either a third-party estimate or a price published by a third-party tool (EagleView at $18 per report, CompanyCam Core at $79/month billed monthly). Facts were checked October 6, 2026 and are re-verified monthly. For a number you can budget on, ask JobNimbus for a written quote at your user count.
Satellite measurement, AI estimates from a photo, route optimization, live GPS, truck inventory, customer self-quoting and self-scheduling, automatic review requests — all in one platform. Plans start at $29.99/month, and Elite is $299.99/month.
