JobNimbus publishes no prices, but third-party sources put it at $300–$1,000+/month — and we found no photo-based AI estimating, customer self-quoting, or route optimization at any tier. Add the EagleView, CompanyCam, and Engage texting tools siding crews lean on and the estimate climbs to $428–$1,328+/month, plus $18 per measurement report. QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/month. Everything included.
JobNimbus is a well-known contractor CRM built around roofing and exteriors. It handles estimates, proposals, e-signatures, project boards, a profit tracker, and supplier ordering well enough that, by its own count, 8,000+ contractors use it. The trouble for a siding installation company starts when a quote has to be measured, documented, and followed up on: wall area for vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, and cedar shake; board-and-batten runs; soffit, fascia, and window and door trim wrap; the window and door deductions that decide whether the number is right.
Each of those steps leans on something outside JobNimbus. Roof measurements come through EagleView, which third-party sources price at $18 per report. Job photo documentation runs through CompanyCam Core at $79/month. Texting and review requests sit in the Engage bundle, quote-only, with third-party sources reporting $49–$249/month. And JobNimbus itself is sold by quote across four tiers, with third-party planning ranges of $300–$1,000+/month. Stack them and the real bill lands at an estimated $428–$1,328+/month before a single measurement report.
This guide doesn’t argue JobNimbus is a bad CRM. It shows what a siding company pays to cover measuring, photos, and texting around it — where we found no add-on at all — and what QuoteIQ Elite includes on one plan for $299.99/month. JobNimbus figures here are third-party estimates because JobNimbus publishes no prices, so confirm numbers with a JobNimbus rep before you decide.
JobNimbus sells every tier by quote, so the base price below is a third-party estimate, not a JobNimbus price. The Pro tier (up to 10 users) is the closest match to QuoteIQ Elite’s 10 users. Add-on prices are third-party reported figures on standard monthly billing, verified October 6, 2026.
+ $18 per EagleView report (example: 20 measured bids a month adds $360)
The gap no add-on we found closes: photo-based AI estimating. JobNimbus’s own AI — Scout, an in-app assistant in beta, and AssistAI, a phone-answering agent — does not generate an estimate from a photo, and we found no JobNimbus integration that does. QuoteIQ’s AI Estimator is included on every plan.
Covering measurement, photos, and texting on JobNimbus adds up to an estimated $428–$1,328+/month plus $18 per EagleView report — and we found no add-on for photo AI estimating, self-quoting, self-scheduling, route optimization, crew GPS, or on-hand inventory. Even the low end of that range costs more than Elite. QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/month. Everything included. One login.

Every feature that matters to a siding crew, from measuring walls to collecting the review. Add-on costs appear beside plan costs. All prices are standard monthly billing — never annual, never promo.

| ⚠ = Available via third-party integration at additional cost. JobNimbus publishes no prices; every JobNimbus dollar figure is a third-party estimate, verified October 6, 2026. “Not found” means we did not find the feature in JobNimbus’s published pricing, feature, or mobile app pages. JobNimbus genuinely leads on QuickBooks Desktop and Server sync and on supplier ordering integrations; QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. | ||
QuoteIQ Elite includes six capabilities we found no JobNimbus equivalent for — photo-based AI estimating, InstaQuote, InstaSchedule, route optimization, live crew GPS, and native inventory — and it covers the three paid JobNimbus add-ons (measurement, photos, texting) natively. JobNimbus wins on supplier ordering and QuickBooks Desktop. Everything else on this list is equal or favors QuoteIQ at a lower, published monthly price.
Being transparent: here is the honest case for choosing JobNimbus over QuoteIQ. Two real product advantages and one marketing one.
Supplier ordering is built in — a real product advantage. JobNimbus ships ABC Supply, QXO, SRS, and Beacon integrations on every plan. If your crews order siding, underlayment, and trim through those distributors every week, that is a genuine workflow edge today. QuoteIQ’s Inventory Management handles products, truck stock, locations, and purchase orders, but we did not list direct integrations with those distributors.
QuickBooks Desktop and Server sync — one more real advantage. JobNimbus syncs with QuickBooks Online, Desktop, and Server. QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. If your bookkeeper is staying on QuickBooks Desktop, that is a legitimate reason to stay.
Roofing-world name recognition and community — marketing, not product. JobNimbus says it serves 8,000+ contractors, hosts an annual summit, and calls itself the #1 roofing software on G2. Those are their claims, and they describe a roofing community. They don’t tell you whether the software measures walls, documents photos, and handles quoting for a siding company without paid add-ons.

Here’s the process from account creation to your first measured siding estimate.
Go to admin-quoteiq.web.app/register and pick the plan that fits your crew. Elite covers up to 10 users and includes every feature compared on this page. Every trial runs 14 days with full access to the plan you choose.
Export your customer and job data from JobNimbus as CSV files. If you need a bulk export, your JobNimbus account team can help. You mainly need names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and open job details.
Upload your CSV to the Imports hub in QuoteIQ Settings. AI Smart Import reads your column headers and maps customer fields automatically, and the hub covers contacts, services, estimates, invoices, and jobs. A $299.99 Done-For-You setup is also available and includes contact import, price book setup, and a 1-on-1 onboarding session.
Add vinyl siding replacement, fiber cement lap siding, board-and-batten, cedar shake, soffit and fascia wrap, window and door trim wrap, storm-damage panel repair, and house-wrap or insulated underlayment upgrades — priced per square or per linear foot. The price book feeds directly into MapMeasure Pro estimates.
Open MapMeasure Pro, enter the property address, measure the wall sections and roof planes on the satellite image, and count windows and doors for your deductions. QuoteIQ builds the estimate from your price book, and you can attach the satellite screenshot so the homeowner sees exactly what was measured.

QuoteIQ was co-founded by Mike Vidan II and Justin Rogers — both home service business owners who built software to solve the problems they faced firsthand.
Mike spent 20+ years running a pressure washing business — exterior work where every quote starts with measuring a house — before co-founding QuoteIQ. He knows what it costs to drive out just to measure wall area, and why a photo, a measurement, and a review request all belong in the same system as the estimate. He shares what he has learned with contractors on his YouTube channel.
Justin is a serial entrepreneur and pressure washing business owner. He co-founded QuoteIQ out of frustration with platforms that force contractors to stitch together separate tools — a CRM here, a measurement service there, a texting bundle on top — to run one business. His ForeverSelfEmployed YouTube channel covers business building for independent operators.
In the interest of full transparency — here is the complete case for staying. Two reasons are product reasons. One is marketing.
Your crews order through ABC Supply, QXO, SRS, or Beacon. JobNimbus builds those supplier integrations in on every plan. If weekly material orders run through them, that workflow is a real reason to stay.
Your bookkeeper requires QuickBooks Desktop or Server. JobNimbus syncs with all three QuickBooks versions. QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. If that can’t change, staying is the right call.
You like the roofing-world community. JobNimbus says it serves 8,000+ contractors and runs an annual summit. That community is real, but it is a marketing and networking advantage, not a measuring, quoting, or scheduling advantage.
The honest bottom line: If supplier ordering or QuickBooks Desktop is a hard requirement, stay on JobNimbus. For every other siding company evaluating on features and total monthly cost, we found no JobNimbus tier that delivers what QuoteIQ Elite delivers for $299.99/month. The community is a marketing win for them, not a product win.
For measuring, quoting, and follow-up, yes. QuoteIQ Elite includes six capabilities we found no JobNimbus equivalent for: photo-based AI estimating, InstaQuote customer self-quoting, InstaSchedule customer self-scheduling, route optimization, live crew GPS and time tracking, and native inventory. It also covers satellite measurement, photo documentation, and texting natively, where JobNimbus relies on EagleView, CompanyCam, and Engage. JobNimbus is stronger on supplier ordering integrations and QuickBooks Desktop sync.
JobNimbus publishes no prices. Its four tiers — Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19), and Enterprise (20+) — are all sold by quote. Third-party sources put planning figures at $300–$1,000+/month, which is an estimate, not a JobNimbus price. Add CompanyCam Core ($79/month), the Engage texting bundle ($49–$249/month reported), and EagleView reports ($18 each), and the estimated total is $428–$1,328+/month plus reports, versus QuoteIQ Elite at $299.99/month all-in.
We did not find native satellite measurement in JobNimbus. Roof measurements come through its EagleView integration, which third-party sources price at $18 per report, billed by EagleView. QuoteIQ’s MapMeasure Pro is built into Beginner plans and above ($99.99/month) and measures house exterior square footage, roof dimensions and pitch, and window and door counts, with no per-report fee.
JobNimbus’s own mobile app uploads photos, so a separate tool is optional. The featured integration is CompanyCam, and CompanyCam Core is $79/month on monthly billing. QuoteIQ Cam handles before/after views, annotations, inspection forms, and shareable photo galleries, and it is included on Beginner plans and above with no separate subscription.
JobNimbus sells Engage (its Communications Bundle) by quote only. Third-party sources report $49–$249/month, and review requests are listed as part of Engage. QuoteIQ includes ClientHub in-app texting and calling on Pro and above, and automatic review requests through Review Multiplier on Elite and above.
We did not find route optimization or live crew GPS and time tracking in JobNimbus’s published features or mobile app pages. QuoteIQ Elite includes Route Optimization, Route Density Zones, and a GPS and Time Tracker with no per-vehicle fees.
We did not find customer self-quoting or customer self-scheduling in JobNimbus. Its managed website service adds lead forms only. QuoteIQ’s InstaQuote lets homeowners select services and see real-time pricing, and InstaSchedule lets them book against your live calendar 24/7. Both are included on Elite and above.
We did not find it. JobNimbus’s AI tools are Scout, an in-app assistant in beta, and AssistAI, a phone-answering agent that takes messages and books appointments. Neither generates an estimate from a photo. QuoteIQ’s AI Estimator analyzes property photos, asks follow-up questions, and drafts a market-accurate estimate, and it is included on every plan using bundled IQ Credits.
Yes. QuoteIQ is contractor-configured: your price book can hold separate rates per square or per linear foot for vinyl replacement, fiber cement lap siding, board-and-batten, cedar shake, soffit and fascia wrap, trim wrap, storm-damage panel repair, and underlayment upgrades. MapMeasure Pro measures house exterior square footage and counts windows and doors, and the estimate builds from your price book.
We did not list direct integrations with those distributors. QuoteIQ’s Inventory Management, on Elite and above, tracks products, truck stock, locations, suppliers, and purchase orders. JobNimbus builds the four supplier integrations in on every plan, so if distributor ordering is central to your workflow, that is a real point in JobNimbus’s favor.
Export your customer and job data from JobNimbus as CSV files, then upload them to the Imports hub in QuoteIQ Settings. AI Smart Import maps your column headers automatically, and the hub covers contacts, services, estimates, invoices, and jobs, with an Import History to track progress. A $299.99 Done-For-You setup is also available and includes contact import, price book setup, and a 1-on-1 onboarding session.
Two product scenarios. First, if your crews order materials through ABC Supply, QXO, SRS, or Beacon and want that built in. Second, if your bookkeeper requires QuickBooks Desktop or Server sync, since QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online only. For every other comparison point on this page — measurement, photos, texting, self-quoting, scheduling, routing, GPS, inventory, and AI estimating — QuoteIQ Elite delivers more at a published monthly price.
Satellite measurement, photo-based AI estimates, customer self-quoting, route optimization, live crew tracking, and automatic review requests — all on QuoteIQ Elite for $299.99/month. Plans start at $29.99/month.
