Available on: Pro ($149.99/mo), Elite ($299/mo), and Max ($699/mo). ClientHub is not included on Essentials or Beginner. It runs on IQ Credits for the texts and calls you send. Compare plans.
ClientHub is QuoteIQ’s built-in customer communication system — a dedicated business phone number with two-way texting (SMS and MMS) and two-way calling, all inside the app. It keeps business and personal communication separate, and every conversation syncs across your phone, tablet, and computer.
ClientHub gives you a real business phone number that lives inside QuoteIQ, so you can text and call customers without using your personal number or juggling a separate app. Customers receive normal SMS texts and reply like they would to anyone — no app, no account — and every message lands in that customer’s thread inside your account.
What’s included:
Dedicated business phone number in your preferred area code.
Two-way SMS & MMS texting — text customers directly; full image support via MMS.
Two-way calling — make and receive calls through your business number inside the app.
In-app voice calls from the customer screen (June 2026) — call straight from a customer’s detail screen, with call-forwarding settings.
AI Auto-Reply (June 2026) — AI handles the first response when you’re on a job (see below).
“On The Way” text — automatically tell customers you’re headed their way.
AI Text Generator — draft professional messages and follow-ups with one tap.
Customer message threads — every customer has a thread; messages and files stay under their profile.
Cross-device sync — all conversations on phone, tablet, and computer.
How to get your ClientHub number
ClientHub numbers are provisioned by the QuoteIQ support team — they are not self-serve.
Be on Pro, Elite, or Max. If you’re on Essentials or Beginner, upgrade to Pro or higher before requesting a number.
Contact support with two details. Email support@quoteiq.io or text (912) 913-7154 with your account email and your preferred area code (for example, 404, 912, 213).
An agent provisions your number. They check availability in your area code and attach the number to your account, typically within one business day. If your first choice isn’t available, they’ll offer alternatives.
Pick your area code carefully: once a number is attached to your account, it can’t be changed. Most contractors choose an area code that matches their primary service area so customers recognize it as local. Toll-free codes (800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888) may be available on request — ask the agent to check.
What it costs (IQ Credits)
ClientHub texts and calls draw from your monthly IQ Credit allowance. Costs are approximate and vary with usage:
Action
Approx. IQ Credit cost
Text message (SMS)
4 IQC
Picture message (MMS)
5–10 IQC (by size)
Inbound call
5 IQC / min
Outbound call
7 IQC / min
Every plan that includes ClientHub includes a monthly IQ Credit allowance — 3,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Elite, 8,000 on Max — shared across ClientHub and your other AI features. Need more? Buy additional IQ Credits anytime as a one-time top-up: 2,500 for $25, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100, or 25,000 for $250. See how the IQ Credit system works.
Using ClientHub day-to-day
Once your number is active, open the ClientHub tab from the left-hand menu to reach all conversations.
Texting. Open a customer’s thread and type your message; they get it as a regular SMS. Send images via MMS. Tap the AI icon in the text field to draft a message with the AI Text Generator.
Calling. Make and receive calls through your business number, so your personal number stays private. Voice calling only needs the voice-calling permission or account-owner status.
“On The Way” notifications. Heading to a job? Send an automatic “On The Way” text from the calendar/job view.
File sharing. Send and receive photos, documents, and files in the thread; everything is stored under the customer’s profile.
AI Auto-Reply
Added in the June 2026 update, AI Auto-Reply lets AI handle the first response to an inbound customer text when you’re busy on a job. Escalation classifiers and topic blocklists hand the conversation to a human when it needs one, and you get a push notification for any conversation that needs your attention. It lives in ClientHub’s redesigned SMS chat as an auto-reply card.
Full AI Auto-Reply documentation is coming soon. For now, the overview above and the ClientHub Help Center article are the source of record.
ClientHub vs. the Virtual Call Team
These are different features. ClientHub is for the texts and calls you send and receive directly from your business number. The Virtual Call Team is a separate AI receptionist that answers calls for you 24/7 and is billed at about 125 IQ Credits per minute. ClientHub is your direct line to customers; the Virtual Call Team answers on your behalf when you can’t.

ClientHub is included on Pro ($149.99/month), Elite ($299/month), and Max ($699/month). It is not included on Essentials ($29.99/month) or Beginner ($74.99/month); upgrade to Pro or higher to use it. There is no separate ClientHub subscription fee on the plans that include it.
ClientHub numbers are not self-serve. Email support@quoteiq.io or text (912) 913-7154 with two things: your account email and your preferred area code. An agent checks availability and provisions the number, typically within one business day. Choose the area code carefully, because the number cannot be changed once it is attached to your account.
ClientHub runs on IQ Credits. A text (SMS) is about 4 IQ Credits, a picture message (MMS) is about 5 to 10, an inbound call is about 5 per minute, and an outbound call is about 7 per minute. Your plan includes a monthly IQ Credit allowance (3,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Elite, 8,000 on Max) that also powers your other AI features.
No. ClientHub is included with Pro, Elite, and Max at no separate subscription fee. The only ongoing cost is IQ Credit usage for the texts and calls you send, which comes out of the monthly credit allowance already included in your plan. If you need more, you can buy additional IQ Credits anytime.
No. Customers receive your messages as regular SMS texts on their own phone and reply normally, with no app to download and no account to create. Their replies come straight into that customer’s message thread inside your QuoteIQ account.
Yes. ClientHub supports two-way calling through your dedicated business number, inside the QuoteIQ app, so your personal number stays private. Inbound calls are about 5 IQ Credits per minute and outbound calls about 7. Voice calling only requires the voice-calling permission or account-owner status, not a full admin role.

No. Once a number is provisioned and attached to your account, it cannot be changed. Tell the support agent your exact preferred area code, and any backups, when you request it. Most contractors pick a local area code that matches their primary service area so customers recognize the number.
