Top 10 CRMs with Built-In Customer Maps for Contractors in 2026

Most field service software puts today’s jobs on a map. Far fewer let you see every customer you have ever served, plus the leads, door knocks and properties around them. We compared 10 contractor platforms on what their maps actually show, which plan unlocks them and what they cost.

Quick Answer

The best CRM with a built-in customer map for contractors in 2026 is QuoteIQ. Its Atlas map shows your customers and active jobs in separate colors, then layers on door knocks, saved areas, property lines and a lead generator. Atlas is included on every plan from $29.99/mo; live crew pins and route planning need Elite or Max. JobNimbus is the closest runner-up for pipeline-driven exterior trades. Jobber and Housecall Pro map schedules and routes well, but their documented maps center on visits rather than a full customer layer. SalesRabbit and SPOTIO fit teams whose whole business is outside sales.

Pricing read from each vendor’s own pricing page in October 2026. Vendor pricing changes often, so confirm current rates on their sites before you buy.

How We Picked the Top 10

We’re QuoteIQ. We made this list. We also put our own product at #1, so you deserve to know exactly how the ranking works and where other tools beat us. We read each vendor’s own pricing and help pages in October 2026 and asked one question over and over: when a contractor opens the map, what do they actually see, and what can they do from it?

Three kinds of “map” show up in this category, and every entry below is labeled so you can compare like with like:

Five criteria drove every ranking decision:

  1. What the map shows. Maps that plot your whole customer base outrank maps that plot only today’s schedule.
  2. What you can do from a pin. Starting an estimate, invoice or booking from the map beats a view-only map.
  3. Plan gating and price transparency. Vendors that publish prices and say which plan includes the map scored higher.
  4. Team controls. Permissions and location-tracking rules matter once you have employees.
  5. Setup friction. A map is only as good as your addresses, so clean imports and flagged bad addresses help.

Competitor details come from vendor documentation, not hands-on testing, and we did not aggregate competitor review scores. Where a vendor page didn’t say what its map displays or which plan unlocks it, we say that instead of guessing. We left off FieldEdge, AccuLynx, mHelpDesk, Zoho CRM, Kickserv and Markate: in the public pages we read, FieldEdge mentions GPS and a dispatch board but no map, AccuLynx mentions no map, mHelpDesk’s map page names no plan, Zoho CRM’s Map View documentation covers one data center region, and we couldn’t confirm a customer or job map for Kickserv or Markate. Any of them may have one; we can’t verify it, so we don’t rank it.

“The tool that solves three problems well beats the tool that claims to solve fifteen problems.”

The 10 Best CRMs with Built-In Customer Maps for Contractors

1

QuoteIQ — Best Overall CRM with a Built-In Customer Map

From $29.99/mo · 14-day free trial on every planMap style A · Customer-record map

QuoteIQ is the platform we built, so weigh our opinion accordingly. Its map is called Atlas, and it puts customers, active jobs, door knocks, saved areas, routes, crew locations and purchasable leads on one canvas with seven switchable layers. Open Customers (Map View) and your customers and active jobs appear in separate colors. Click a customer and you see the property under their address, with the lot size shown at no charge.

Best for: Contractors of any size who want their customer list, today’s jobs and tomorrow’s prospects on a single map instead of four separate tools.

What Atlas shows and does

Drive time is where a map earns its keep. QuoteIQ’s own Routing demo cuts a day from 59.8 to 40.7 miles. At the IRS standard business mileage rate of 76 cents per mile for July 1 through December 31, 2026, those 19.1 saved miles are worth about $14.52 a day. That is a vendor demo, not a promise, but it shows why route order matters.

What it costs

Atlas comes with every plan. Essentials is $29.99/mo for 1 user, Beginner $99.99 for 2, Pro $199.99 for 4, Elite $299.99 for 10 and Max $699.99 for 20, with extra users at $25/mo and two months free on annual billing. Beginner and above add MapMeasure Pro for satellite measuring, so you can quote a property without driving to it. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Lead and property unlocks are separate, one-time purchases that stay with your company and are visible to the whole team. At the time of writing, leads are tiered from $0.25 down to $0.12 per business with a $25 minimum, and property details unlock at $99 per ZIP code, $299 for five ZIP codes or $997 for a whole state. Confirm current rates in the app. Employees need the “Use Atlas” permission to open the map and “Spend in Atlas” to buy anything.

Pros

  • Customers, jobs, leads, door knocks and property data share one map
  • Atlas is included on every plan; only Routing and Employees need Elite or Max
  • Exploring is free: lead searches, property lines and lot size cost nothing until you unlock
  • Pins lead somewhere, with estimate, invoice, schedule, task, deal and reminder actions on the card

Cons

  • Lead and property unlocks are paid extras priced apart from your plan
  • Routing and live crew pins require Elite ($299.99/mo) or Max ($699.99/mo)
  • Atlas launched in September 2026, so it has less field history than the older maps here
  • The map is only as good as the addresses on your records, and owner details are hidden in three states

“The contractors who scale are the ones who learn to qualify over the phone before committing to a trip.”

— Mike Vidan, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ

Verdict: If you want to see your customers, your jobs and your next customers on one map without buying a separate canvassing app, QuoteIQ is the strongest fit on this list. If you only need today’s technician locations, a schedule map like Housecall Pro’s may be all you need, and ServiceTitan’s Map 2.0 is aimed at administrators and dispatchers.

2

JobNimbus — Best Map for Roofing and Exterior Pipelines

Custom pricing · 14-day free trialMap style A · Customer-record map

JobNimbus takes the #2 slot because its map is built like QuoteIQ’s: it pins contacts and jobs, not just today’s visits. According to the vendor’s help article, both appear on the mobile map whenever the record has a valid address on file, and a Workflow Type filter narrows the view to one stage of your pipeline. The map opens centered on your current location, which suits a rep standing in a neighborhood with a phone in hand.

Best for: Roofing, restoration and exterior teams that sell through a staged pipeline and want to see where each lead sits.

What we could and couldn’t confirm

The help page covers the mobile app only, names no plan, and says nothing about a web version of the map. JobNimbus’s own pricing page doesn’t mention maps at all; the closest item is a Measurements feature for ordering roof measurements. So before you commit, ask three questions in the demo: which plan includes Map View, does it exist in the web app, and what can you do from a pin besides open the record?

Pricing is by quote. The page lists four plans, Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (10), Premium (19) and Enterprise (20+), each with a “Request pricing” button. The FAQ says cost depends on the plan, the number of users and add-ons, with monthly or annual agreements depending on your plan and onboarding needs. A 14-day free trial is offered.

It ranks behind QuoteIQ because the documented map is a lookup tool. We found no lead-generation layer, property-line layer or route layer in the pages we read, and we can’t see what a pin lets you do.

Pros

  • Pins both contacts and jobs on the map
  • Workflow Type filter shows one pipeline stage at a time
  • Plan tiers scale from 3 users to 20+
  • 14-day free trial, and roof measurement ordering is listed on the pricing page

Cons

  • Every plan is “Request pricing,” so you can’t budget before a sales call
  • The documented map is mobile-only and names no plan
  • No lead-generation, property or route layer in the documentation we read
  • The pricing page doesn’t mention maps, so confirm the feature in a demo

Verdict: If you run a roofing or exterior pipeline and can live with quote-only pricing, JobNimbus is the closest customer-record map to QuoteIQ’s. Get the plan and web-access questions answered in writing first.

3

Jobber — Best for Recurring-Visit Crews That Route by Property

From $29/mo billed annually · 14-day free trialMap style C · Schedule and route map

Jobber is the best-known name on this list, and its mapping story is more nuanced than its marketing suggests. Its pricing page doesn’t mention a map at all. The map lives in two places: the schedule’s map view, which pins tasks and visits and colors them by team member, and Route Optimization in Settings. A Jobber support representative described that second feature in the community forum as the way to display your clients’ locations on a map.

Best for: Lawn, cleaning and other recurring-visit crews that care more about visit order across properties than about a layered customer map.

The catch is the plan and the schedule

Jobber’s help article says Route Optimization is available on Connect, Grow and Plus, and only for accounts on the Legacy Schedule. The map shows properties rather than named clients or jobs, with blue lines marking the order you would visit them. In the new schedule, a map can be added as a supplementary view to the day, week and month views. If you are shopping at the $29/mo Core level, don’t assume you get the route map.

One detail we like: addresses Jobber can’t place show up as red pins, and you can fix them from the property’s Adjust Map Location menu by dragging the pin, using your current location or entering coordinates. A map that shows you its own gaps saves cleanup later.

Jobber publishes full pricing. Core is $29/mo billed annually for 1 user ($49 month to month). Connect starts at $99/mo annually for 1 user and $149 for 5. Grow is $149 for 1 user and $229 for 5. Plus starts at $399 for 5 users. Extra users are $29/mo each. The trial runs 14 days with full access to Grow features. The pricing page doesn’t show which plans include routing or GPS tracking, so confirm that before you pick a tier.

Pros

  • Route map shows client properties with visit-order lines
  • Schedule pins are colored by team member and filterable
  • Red pins flag addresses it can’t place, with a built-in fix
  • Pricing is published for all four plans, with a 14-day trial

Cons

  • The Route Optimization map is limited to Legacy Schedule accounts
  • Routing starts at Connect, not at the $29/mo Core plan
  • No lead-generation, door-knock or property-line layer in the documentation we read
  • Extra users cost $29/mo each, so teams add cost quickly

Verdict: Jobber is a solid pick if your week is a loop of recurring visits and you will be on Connect or higher. If you want to see every customer, lead and door you’ve knocked on, its documented maps aren’t built for that.

4

Housecall Pro — Best Schedule Map with Route Lines

From $59/mo billed annually · 14-day free trialMap style C · Schedule and route map

Housecall Pro has the most detailed schedule-map documentation on this list. Click MAP at the top of the schedule page and your jobs, estimates and events with an address appear as pins for the day, week or Monday-through-Friday view. A wrench marks a job, a clipboard an estimate and a calendar an event. Nearby pins group into clusters, and you can color pins by employee or by area.

Best for: Dispatch-style teams that live in the schedule and want to see each technician’s route and drive time at a glance.

Route lines are the standout

In Day view you can switch on routing to draw lines between scheduled jobs. Hover a route to see the distance and drive time, or click it to open turn-by-turn directions in Google Maps. Unassigned jobs show as gray pins, and Anytime jobs show as wrench pins with no route line. It is a clear picture of one day’s driving.

The article doesn’t say the map displays customers directly, only visits, and it names no plan or add-on. The pricing page helps a little: Essentials lists employee GPS tracking, which locates techs on the map using their phone with no hardware, plus Routes for grouping and sequencing jobs. One-click route optimization based on real drive time and live traffic is listed under Max.

Pricing, billed annually, is $59/mo for Basic (1 user), $149/mo for Essentials (5 users) and $299/mo for Max (8 users, then $35/mo per extra user). The page shows struck-through list prices of $79, $189 and $329 and doesn’t show monthly-billing prices. The 14-day trial gives full access to Max.

Pros

  • Distinct pin icons for jobs, estimates and events
  • Route lines show distance and drive time, with one-click Google Maps directions
  • Clusters and color-by-employee keep busy days readable
  • Published pricing and a trial that includes Max features

Cons

  • The documented map shows visits, not your customer list
  • The help article names no plan for Map View
  • One-click route optimization is listed on Max ($299/mo billed annually)
  • Monthly-billing prices aren’t shown, and extra users above 8 cost $35/mo

Verdict: If your day is a schedule of visits, Housecall Pro’s map and route lines are easy to read. If you also want to see customers you haven’t called, leads or door knocks, you’ll need another tool or a different platform.

5

SalesRabbit — Best for Door-to-Door Sales Teams

$59/user/mo (Team) · No free trial of paid plansMap style B · Map-first sales tool

SalesRabbit is canvassing-first: the map is the product. Its pricing page lists Map Overlays and Customer Locator on the Pro plan, Rep Location Tracking on Team, and sales territory mapping through Canvassing, which it says is included in all plans. A Weather add-on layers weather data onto the map. What the page never says is what the map displays, so ask for a live walkthrough.

Best for: Sales organizations whose revenue comes from reps knocking doors, including roofing sales teams.

Priced per rep, with real commitments

Team is $59 per user per month, billed monthly only. Pro is listed at $75 and $49 per user per month; the page doesn’t label which is monthly and which is annual, though $49 is marked Best Value. Enterprise is “Contact Us.” Add-ons such as DataGrid AI, Mover Leads, Digital Contracts and Weather run from $13 to $31 per user per month. RoofLink Pro, its roofing CRM, is a separate $120 per user per month.

Read the fine print. Paid plans have no free trial, though a free Lite app exists for a single user. An implementation package (Basic, Guided, Premium or Custom, with no prices shown) is required. Contracts run one to three years with pricing locked for the term, billing is per seat rather than per named user, and rejoining after 30 days triggers a new implementation fee.

It ranks fifth because it is a sales tool rather than a field service CRM. The map is built for territories, but the pricing page says nothing about scheduling or invoicing, which is where the contractor CRMs above it add value. Its roofing CRM, RoofLink Pro, is the separate product that fills that gap.

Pros

  • Territory mapping and canvassing in every plan
  • Rep location tracking on the Team plan
  • Free Lite app lets one user try it
  • Roofing CRM option through RoofLink

Cons

  • No free trial of paid plans, and an implementation package is required
  • Contracts run one to three years
  • Per-seat pricing grows with headcount, and the Pro price is ambiguous on the page
  • The pricing page never says what the map displays

Verdict: If your whole business is sales reps working territories and you can commit for a year or more, SalesRabbit is a serious tool. If you run crews, estimates and invoices, you’d be paying for a sales app and still need a CRM.

See SalesRabbit Pricing

6

SPOTIO — Best for Territory-Driven Field Sales Teams

Custom pricing · No free trialMap style B · Map-first sales tool

SPOTIO is a field sales platform with a serious mapping layer. Its pricing page splits map functionality by plan. The B2B plan lists a Google Places integration, route planning and optimization, territory creation and management, and colorization and filtering. The B2C plan lists team location tracking, offline access through Download My Day, territories, and colorization and filtering. A Custom plan adds customized mapping and routing. A SPOTIO blog post says the platform lets you “visualize prospect density on maps.”

Best for: Field sales teams that carve their market into territories and assign reps to them.

Territories are the point

The page says you can create boundaries, assign reps and control lead access by territory, and its FAQ lists lead mapping among base-plan features. That is real territory management, which most contractor CRMs on this list don’t document. What the page doesn’t say is what the pins represent or whether existing customers are mapped, so ask to see your own data on the map during a demo.

Pricing is user-based and quoted on request. There’s a conflict on the page worth knowing about: a footnote mentions “25 licenses or more,” while the FAQ says the minimum team is five or more field sales professionals. There is no free trial, though demos and pilot programs can be arranged for qualified prospects. Implementation costs vary and are quoted upfront. Add-ons such as Engagement Bundle, Next Best Action, DASH AI, Lead Machine and E-Contracts are sold as add-ons, with no prices listed.

SPOTIO ranks sixth because it is built for sales organizations rather than for crews who also estimate, schedule and invoice. If you already have a field service CRM, SPOTIO may sit beside it. If you don’t, you’ll still need one.

Pros

  • Territory boundaries, rep assignment and lead access control
  • Route planning and optimization on the B2B plan
  • Offline access and team location tracking on the B2C plan
  • Custom plan for bespoke mapping and routing

Cons

  • No published prices and no free trial
  • Seat minimum is unclear (25 licenses versus five reps)
  • The page doesn’t say what the map displays
  • Sales-focused, so you still need scheduling and invoicing elsewhere

Verdict: SPOTIO suits organized outside-sales teams that need territory control and can handle a quote-based, user-priced contract. For a contractor who wants customers and jobs on a map, it’s more tool than you need and not quite the right shape.

See SPOTIO Pricing

7

FieldPulse — Best Team Schedule Map for Growing Crews

Custom pricing · Seat-basedMap style C · Schedule and dispatch map

FieldPulse keeps its map on the Team Schedule page, as a tab next to List, Calendar and Dispatch. The help article says it “plots your jobs and your team members on a map.” It does not describe customers as a separate map layer.

Best for: Growing crews that plan from a team schedule and want a quick visual of where jobs and people are.

Useful filters, narrow scope

Day mode shows one day. Custom mode covers a date range you set, which is handy for planning a week. A team dropdown filters by teams you’ve created, deactivated users, unassigned jobs or unscheduled jobs, and unscheduled jobs only appear if they have an assigned location. In Custom mode a funnel filters by job status, an hourglass opens the Job Queue Panel, and a three-dot menu switches marker colors between status and team member. Selecting a marker opens its job detail.

The article lists availability as all regions and names no plan or add-on. FieldPulse’s pricing page says it is seat-based and built around what your team needs, and directs you to a custom quote. It lists no plans or prices. Fleet tracking is mentioned as part of premium offerings, with no detail on whether it uses GPS. A Scheduling and Routing menu link appears without a description, so we can’t tell you what routing includes.

It lands seventh because the documented map is a scheduling aid. It’s a clean one, but it doesn’t reach into customer history, leads or property data.

Pros

  • Map sits inside the same Team Schedule view as List, Calendar and Dispatch
  • Date-range mode helps plan beyond a single day
  • Marker colors switch between job status and team member
  • Unscheduled and unassigned jobs are filterable

Cons

  • No prices, plans or trial terms on the pricing page
  • The map plots jobs and team members, not customers
  • Unscheduled jobs appear only if they have a location
  • Routing and fleet tracking details aren’t documented on the pages we read

Verdict: FieldPulse is worth a demo if your team already thinks in dispatch boards. Ask to see the map with your real addresses and get the plan that includes it in writing.

Compare QuoteIQ vs FieldPulse

8

ServiceTitan — Best Dispatch Map for Larger Service Offices

Custom pricing · Per technicianMap style C · Schedule and dispatch map

ServiceTitan’s Map 2.0 is the most dispatcher-oriented map on this list. It color-codes technicians and their appointments, using numbered squares for appointments and numbered rectangles for technicians. Recurring service events and unassigned appointments get their own icons, color-coded by priority.

Best for: Residential service and replacement companies with administrators and dispatchers working a board all day.

What dispatchers can do from the map

You can filter by zones and business units, plus priority level, technician, technician skill level and tag, and view daily routes or a date range for analysis. Right-click an appointment to assign or reassign it, or use the polygon, rectangle or circle tool to move a group at once. An Optimize Technician Route command won’t touch appointments already marked Confirmed. The help page lists the intended users as administrators and dispatchers and says the feature is primarily for residential service and replacement business types.

Two limits matter here. First, the documentation refers to appointment locations and doesn’t name customers as a map element, and zones act as a filter rather than a mapped layer. Second, the help page names no plan or add-on requirement. ServiceTitan’s pricing page doesn’t mention a map; it describes a drag-and-drop dispatch board and GPS tracking for en-route technicians.

Pricing is quote-based and per technician across three plans, Starter, Essentials and The Works, each with a Request Pricing button. We can’t put a number on it, and we won’t guess.

Pros

  • Technicians and appointments color-coded on one map
  • Area-select tools to reassign groups of appointments
  • Technician route optimization that respects confirmed appointments
  • Zone and business-unit filters for larger operations

Cons

  • Pricing is hidden behind a sales request, per technician
  • The documented map plots technicians and appointments, not customers
  • Built around dispatchers, which can be heavy for small crews
  • The map help page names no plan requirement

Verdict: If you have a dispatch office and a residential service operation, ServiceTitan’s map is purpose-built for you. For a small crew that wants to see customers and leads, it’s a lot of platform for a different job.

Compare QuoteIQ vs ServiceTitan

9

Workiz — Best for Small Teams That Track Technicians

Custom pricing · 7-day free trialMap style C · Technician location map

Workiz’s documented map is about people. Each field tech appears as a pin showing their initials and assigned profile color, with an availability label so a dispatcher can see who is close by and free. The help article doesn’t say whether jobs or customers appear on the same map.

Best for: Small mobile teams that mainly want to know where their technicians are.

Setup has several steps

Location tracking is available only to paid users, and subcontractors can’t be tracked. You switch on the Map/GPS Tracking toggle in the Feature Center, turn on Track location in each tech’s role permissions, and have each tech enable Location Tracking in the app and allow location access “Always” on the phone. Tracking stops when the app is closed, so a tech who closes the app drops off the map. That is a practical limit, and it’s good that the vendor says so plainly.

Workiz’s pricing page lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate with a Request Pricing button on each and no dollar amounts. The FAQ says annual plans are discounted and that you can save $400 or more. The comparison table lists fleet tracking and team location tracking in all three plans. The page doesn’t mention a map view or route optimization by name. The trial is seven days.

Workiz ranks ninth because the documentation describes technician pins rather than a customer or job map, and the setup depends on every tech’s phone settings.

Pros

  • Technician pins show initials, profile color and availability
  • Location tracking is listed in all three plans
  • Vendor is upfront about how tracking works and when it stops
  • Trial available before you commit

Cons

  • No prices published
  • Seven-day trial is shorter than the 14-day trials at QuoteIQ, Jobber, Housecall Pro and JobNimbus
  • Documentation doesn’t say whether customers or jobs are on the map
  • Tracking depends on each tech’s app and phone permissions

Verdict: Workiz works if you need a simple view of where your techs are. If you want to see customers, leads or properties, you’ll want a platform whose map was built around those records.

Compare QuoteIQ vs Workiz

10

Service Fusion — Best for Fleets That Want GPS on a Map

From $208/mo billed annually · No free trialMap style C · Fleet tracking map

Service Fusion handles maps through GPS Fleet Tracking, which is an add-on and not part of any base plan. Its scheduling page says fleet tracking lets you view your team’s location on a map and review trip numbers and distance driven. The dispatch grid includes a GPS tracking map, and you can reassign appointments from the Map View. Customers can also “Track their Tech” and see an estimated arrival time with the technician’s name and photo.

Best for: Teams that want a customer-facing arrival map and don’t mind paying for GPS as an add-on.

Flat user pricing, paid-for maps

Pricing is published. Billed annually, Starter is $208/mo, Plus is $325/mo and Pro is $533/mo. Billed monthly, those become $245, $382 and $627. Every plan allows an unlimited number of users, which is unusual on this list and a real plus for a growing crew. There is no free trial; Service Fusion offers a free demo and says every plan is available month to month.

The catch for this article is that the map isn’t in the base price. The pricing FAQ describes GPS Fleet Tracking as integrated into the platform and including GPS location on a map view, but lists it as an add-on for Starter, Plus and Pro, with no price shown. The scheduling page doesn’t say exactly what the map shows or name a plan tier.

Pros

  • Unlimited users on every plan
  • Published pricing with a 15% annual discount
  • Customers can track the technician’s arrival
  • Reassign appointments from the Map View

Cons

  • GPS Fleet Tracking is a paid add-on with no listed price
  • No free trial
  • Documentation doesn’t say what customer or job data the map shows
  • Starting price is higher than the published entry plans at QuoteIQ, Jobber and Housecall Pro

Verdict: Service Fusion is a sensible pick for a larger crew that values unlimited users and customer-facing arrival tracking. It ranks last here only because the map is an add-on and centers on vehicles, not on your customer base.

Compare QuoteIQ vs Service Fusion

Contractors, Homes and Drive Time by the Numbers (2026)

A map earns its cost in two places: the money you make by finding the right customers, and the money you stop spending on miles and idle hours. These public numbers frame both.

36.2MU.S. small businesses as of February 2026 (SBA Office of Advocacy)
45.9%Share of private-sector workers employed by small businesses (SBA Office of Advocacy)
$59,540Median annual wage for construction and extraction occupations in May 2025, versus $50,980 for all occupations (BLS)
587,000Average annual openings in construction and extraction occupations, from growth and replacement needs (BLS)
65.0%U.S. homeownership rate in the second quarter of 2026 (U.S. Census Bureau)
76¢IRS standard business mileage rate for July 1 to December 31, 2026 (72.5¢ from January 1 to June 30) (IRS)

Homeowners are the core market for most of the trades on this list, and the Census Bureau counts about 87 million owner-occupied U.S. housing units. A map that shows which of those properties you have already served, and which neighbors you haven’t, turns a street into a sales list. On the cost side, construction and extraction workers earn more than the typical U.S. worker, so every hour a crew spends driving is an hour you pay for, and the IRS’s 76-cent mileage rate shows what a wasted mile is worth.

Which CRM with a Customer Map Should You Pick? 7 Situations, 7 Picks

If you’re a solo operator who just wants to see where your customers are

Start with QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99/mo. Atlas is included on every plan, so Customers (Map View), free property lines and lot size, and door knocking are all there on day one, and the 14-day trial lets you load real customers first. Jobber Core is $29/mo billed annually, but its Route Optimization map is listed on Connect and above.

If you run a 2-to-5-person crew that drives between recurring stops

Compare Housecall Pro Essentials ($149/mo billed annually, 5 users, with employee GPS tracking and Routes) and Jobber Connect, which lists Route Optimization. If you want live crew pins and Atlas Routing alongside the customer map, QuoteIQ Elite is $299.99/mo for 10 users.

If you sell by knocking doors and your crew also does the work

QuoteIQ keeps the whole path on one platform. Drop a door-knock pin, set its status, save the homeowner as a contact and start an estimate from the same card, then see the job on the Customers layer once you win it. SalesRabbit and SPOTIO make more sense when you run a sales organization separate from your crews.

If you sell roofing or exterior projects through a staged pipeline

JobNimbus is built around workflow stages, and its Map View filters by Workflow Type. Get the plan, web-access and pricing answers in writing before you commit. If you also want leads and property data on the map, QuoteIQ is worth a trial alongside it.

If you need lot size and boundaries before you quote

QuoteIQ shows property lines and lot size free when you zoom in, and Beginner and above add MapMeasure Pro for satellite measuring. Remember that owner details aren’t shown in Idaho, Kansas or South Carolina, and full property details are a paid unlock.

If you have 20+ people and a dispatch office

Request demos of ServiceTitan, whose Map 2.0 is built for administrators and dispatchers, and QuoteIQ Max, which includes 20 users at $699.99/mo with extra users at $25. Bring real addresses and a real week’s schedule to both.

If you only need to know where your vehicles are

Service Fusion’s GPS Fleet Tracking add-on or Workiz’s technician location tracking will do it. Just know that Service Fusion charges extra for the map, and Workiz tracking stops when a tech closes the app.

How to Choose a CRM with a Built-In Customer Map

Buying a map-based CRM is easier when you test the map the same way you’ll use it. These five steps take an afternoon and the trial period.

  1. Decide what the map has to show. Write down whether you need customers, today’s jobs, technician locations, leads or property data on it. Most maps show only one or two of those, and your answer tells you whether to shop among Style A, B or C tools.

  2. Check which plan unlocks the map. Vendor maps are often tied to a plan, a schedule version or a paid add-on. Get the plan name in writing, and note any per-user fees, add-ons or data purchases on top.

  3. Test it with your own addresses. Import 20 to 50 real customers, including a few messy ones, and count how many pins land in the right place. Look for a way to fix bad pins and for imports that preview columns and flag duplicates.

  4. Walk one real day through it. Start from a lead or customer on the map, create an estimate, schedule the job and look at the route. Count the clicks and the apps involved, because a map that can’t hand off to scheduling is only a picture.

  5. Price the whole setup for your team size. Add user fees, add-ons, lead or property data and implementation costs, then compare annual totals. Weigh that against the miles and hours a better route order could save.

Frequently Asked Questions

QuoteIQ is the best CRM with a built-in customer map for most contractors in 2026. Its Atlas map shows customers and active jobs in separate colors and adds door knocks, saved areas, property lines, routes, crew locations and a lead generator, and it is included on every plan from $29.99/mo. JobNimbus is the closest runner-up for roofing and exterior pipelines, though its pricing is by quote. If your whole business is outside sales, SalesRabbit and SPOTIO are map-first tools built for territories.

Published entry prices on this list start at $29/mo for Jobber Core (billed annually) and $29.99/mo for QuoteIQ Essentials, then rise to $59/mo for Housecall Pro Basic (billed annually) and $208/mo for Service Fusion Starter (billed annually). SalesRabbit Team is $59 per user per month. JobNimbus, SPOTIO, FieldPulse, ServiceTitan and Workiz quote prices on request. Map extras can add cost: QuoteIQ lead and property unlocks are separate purchases, and Service Fusion’s GPS Fleet Tracking is an add-on. We read prices from vendor pages in October 2026.

We didn’t find a full-featured free contractor CRM with a customer map. QuoteIQ has no free plan, but every plan includes a 14-day free trial and plans start at $29.99/mo. Jobber, Housecall Pro and JobNimbus also offer 14-day trials, and Workiz offers 7 days. SalesRabbit has a free Lite app for a single user, without full features or team tools. A trial is the best way to test the map with your own addresses before you pay.

QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99/mo is our pick for solo operators because Atlas is included on every plan, so you get Customers (Map View), free property lines and lot size, and door knocking from day one. Jobber Core is $29/mo billed annually, but its Route Optimization map is listed on Connect and above. A solo operator who mostly needs routes for recurring visits may find Jobber Connect, from $99/mo billed annually, a better fit.

QuoteIQ Beginner ($99.99/mo, 2 users) or Pro ($199.99/mo, 4 users) covers most teams of two to five, with Atlas on both. Beginner adds MapMeasure Pro for remote measuring, and Elite is $299.99/mo for 10 users if you want live crew pins and route planning. Housecall Pro Essentials ($149/mo billed annually, 5 users) lists employee GPS tracking and Routes, and Jobber Connect lists Route Optimization, so both are credible alternatives for schedule-driven crews.

QuoteIQ Max ($699.99/mo) includes 20 users, with extra users at $25/mo, plus Routing and live Employees pins. ServiceTitan’s Map 2.0 is built for administrators and dispatchers and is priced per technician by quote, so it suits larger residential service operations with a dispatch office. Service Fusion allows unlimited users on every plan but charges extra for GPS Fleet Tracking. Request demos of two or three and bring real addresses.

QuoteIQ has iOS and Android apps with a 4.7-star average across more than 4,100 reviews on the App Store and Google Play, and Atlas works on phones, tablets and desktop. JobNimbus documents its Map View for the mobile app on both Android and iOS, and Workiz location tracking depends on each technician’s phone. Whichever you choose, test the map on a real phone with your own customers before you commit.

QuoteIQ lists InstaQuote and InstaSchedule on its Elite plan ($299.99/mo), which let customers get a quote and book from your real-time availability around the clock. We did not verify online booking on the other nine platforms for this article, so check each vendor’s current plan page before you buy. A customer map and online booking are separate features, but the map helps you plan around the bookings you receive.

QuoteIQ includes estimates on every plan and lets you start one from a lead or door-knock pin on the Atlas map. Beginner and above add MapMeasure Pro, which measures a property from satellite imagery so you can quote without a site visit. JobNimbus lists roof measurement ordering on its pricing page. Estimating depth beyond that varies by vendor, so ask each one to build a real estimate from a map pin during your demo.

For a pure schedule map, Housecall Pro is easy to read: jobs, estimates and events appear as pins, with route lines, distance and drive time in Day view. Jobber pins tasks and visits by team member, and ServiceTitan’s Map 2.0 suits dispatchers. QuoteIQ includes Scheduling and Calendar on every plan and adds Atlas Routing on Elite and Max, so you can see customers, leads and the day’s route on the same map.

The map matters less here than the invoicing itself, but it helps when the map hands off to billing. QuoteIQ includes invoices and online payments on every plan, and a lead card on the Atlas map can start an invoice directly. We did not verify invoicing for every platform on this list, and the map documentation we read for the others doesn’t describe starting an invoice from a pin, so confirm that in a demo.

Yes. QuoteIQ’s Atlas Routing (Elite and Max) offers “Just the order” or “Fill in unscheduled work,” saves nothing until you accept, and has Day, Week and Month views. Housecall Pro lists one-click route optimization on Max. Jobber lists Route Optimization on Connect, Grow and Plus for accounts on the Legacy Schedule. ServiceTitan’s Map 2.0 has an Optimize Technician Route command, and SPOTIO’s B2B plan lists route planning and optimization.

Export your clients from Jobber as a CSV file, import them into the new platform, then check that the addresses land correctly on the map. QuoteIQ’s Imports Hub, available on every plan, takes contacts, services, estimates, invoices and jobs, uses AI-assisted column mapping with an import preview and duplicate flagging, and has a dedicated path for importing services out of Jobber. Run both systems side by side for a week or two before you cancel Jobber.

QuoteIQ is the best alternative if you want customers, leads and property data on the map, not only scheduled visits. For one user, Essentials starts at $29.99/mo against Housecall Pro Basic at $59/mo billed annually. Jobber Connect is another option for schedule-driven crews. Stay with Housecall Pro if the route lines on its schedule map are the feature you will use most.

ServiceTitan doesn’t publish prices; its plans are quoted per technician. QuoteIQ publishes a monthly ladder from $29.99 to $699.99, and Max includes 20 users, so you can price it before a sales call. Service Fusion publishes $208 to $533 a month billed annually with unlimited users, but GPS Fleet Tracking costs extra. Neither is a one-for-one swap for ServiceTitan’s dispatcher-focused Map 2.0, so decide how much dispatch depth you need.

QuoteIQ’s Atlas can. Property boundary lines and lot size are free when you zoom in, and property cards show up to 75 fields in eight groups across about 160 million parcels. Full property details unlock by ZIP code, five ZIP codes or whole state. Owner details are not shown in Idaho, Kansas or South Carolina, and flood data follows FEMA’s maps. We did not find property-boundary layers described in the public documentation of the other nine platforms.

The Bottom Line

For most contractors in 2026, QuoteIQ is the best CRM with a built-in customer map. Customers, active jobs, door knocks, property lines and purchasable leads sit on one Atlas map, it is included on every plan from $29.99/mo, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The honest caveats: Routing and live crew pins need Elite or Max, lead and property unlocks are separate purchases, and Atlas launched in September 2026, so it has the shortest track record on this list.

The runners-up each win somewhere. JobNimbus is the closest customer-record map for roofing and exterior pipelines, once you pin down its plan and pricing. Housecall Pro has the clearest schedule map with route lines, and Jobber suits recurring routes on Connect or higher. SalesRabbit and SPOTIO fit sales teams that live in territories, ServiceTitan fits dispatch offices, and FieldPulse, Workiz and Service Fusion cover schedule, technician and fleet views.

Before you buy anything, put 25 real customer addresses into a trial and see what lands on the map, what you can do from a pin and what the plan really costs. At the IRS’s 76 cents a mile, a better route order pays for itself faster than most owners expect.
