Housecall Pro MAX is $299/mo for 8 users. QuoteIQ Elite is $299/mo for 10 — and the business phone, mass campaigns, pipeline and 24/7 AI call answering are already included. At Housecall Pro, all four are add-ons with no published price.
Housecall Pro MAX is $299/month for 8 users and charges $35 per user after that. QuoteIQ Elite is $299/month for 10 users — so at eight people you pay the same, and at ten people Housecall Pro costs $369 while QuoteIQ still costs $299. The bigger gap is disclosure: Housecall Pro’s business phone, mass campaigns, lead pipeline and 24/7 AI call answering are add-ons with no published price, and all four are included in QuoteIQ Elite at that same $299. Housecall Pro genuinely wins on online booking and job costing at $59, a Spanish app, free Analyst/Coach/Accountant AI, payroll and bookkeeping. Every figure below was read off both vendors’ own published pricing pages on July 14, 2026.

Every Housecall Pro price, plan name, seat count and feature claim on this page was read directly off Housecall Pro’s own published pages on July 14, 2026 — not a review aggregator, not a cached snapshot. Full source list at the bottom of the page.
Housecall Pro runs three tiers with a headcount meter bolted to the top one. QuoteIQ runs five tiers with the users baked in. That single structural difference is what makes the two bills diverge as you hire — and it is why the sticker price tells you almost nothing on its own. Every number below is published on the vendor’s own pricing page.

All Housecall Pro figures use their annual billing, which is their best case — on monthly billing they are $79, $189 and $329, and every gap above widens. QuoteIQ annual billing works out to two months free ($299.99 / $749.99 / $1,499.99 / $2,990 / $6,990 per year). Housecall Pro’s own pricing page states: “Additional users available. Add users for $35/mo each.”
We used to put estimated dollar figures on Housecall Pro’s add-ons. We have removed every one of them, because Housecall Pro publishes no price for any of these products and a guessed number is how a comparison page becomes a liability. What follows uses only published figures — and where there is no published figure, it says so.

Where Housecall Pro genuinely beats us on price: at five or six people you are on their $149 Essentials plan while QuoteIQ pushes you to Elite at $299, because QuoteIQ Pro caps at four users. And at fifteen people their $544 undercuts QuoteIQ Max at $699. Those are real, and we have left them in the table. What those rows do not include is the business phone, the mass campaigns, the pipeline or the AI that answers your calls — because Housecall Pro will not tell us what they cost. The $35 user fee overtakes QuoteIQ Max at 20 users and never comes back.
This is the part that does not show up in a plan comparison, and it is the most important thing on this page. Housecall Pro publishes prices for three plans and a $35 user fee. Nine of its products — several of which most contractors would call core — have no price anywhere on their website. You get the number on a sales call, after you have already sat through the demo.

To be scrupulously fair: Housecall Pro does publish two add-on figures. Their pricing page describes the Sales Proposal Tool and Recurring Service Plans as a “$40/mo value” each on the lower tiers, and bundles both into MAX. Those are Housecall Pro’s own words about their own products and we are not going to pretend they are hidden. Every other price above is genuinely absent from their site — and four of the nine are QuoteIQ Elite features at the same $299 you would be paying Housecall Pro anyway.
Green check = included natively. Red X = not available at any price. Dollar sign = paid add-on. Blue-tinted cells are rows Housecall Pro wins — there are 22 of them across 63 capabilities, more than a third of the table, and they are marked rather than buried. All data read off both vendors’ live plan pages on July 14, 2026.

Score it honestly: Housecall Pro takes 22 of these 63 rows outright, most of them by putting a capability on a cheaper tier than QuoteIQ does. QuoteIQ takes 14 that Housecall Pro cannot buy at any price, and includes four more inside Elite that Housecall Pro sells separately without publishing a number. If your business needs those 22, buy Housecall Pro — we would rather you were happy somewhere else than churned here.
Not locked behind an add-on. Not available through a third-party integration. Not a MAX upgrade. These fourteen simply do not exist in Housecall Pro’s ecosystem, and every one was checked against their live plan and product pages on July 14, 2026. This list used to say sixteen — route optimization and commissions came off it, because Housecall Pro shipped both.
Crew Tracking, Crew Scheduling, the Business Calculators and the National Average Pricing Guide would make this seventeen — but fourteen is the number we can defend line by line against a Housecall Pro rep with their own feature list open.
No comparison page should hide the other side. Here is where Housecall Pro has a genuine advantage over QuoteIQ — and if any one of these is the thing standing between you and a working business, it may well point you at them. That is a fine outcome. A page you cannot trust in one direction is worth nothing to you in the other.
Housecall Pro has name recognition, 200,000+ users and VC funding, and in 2026 it pushed real capability down into its cheaper tiers. Any comparison still calling it a thin product that nickel-and-dimes you on basics is out of date, and we are not making that argument. The argument that survives contact with their live pricing page is narrower and harder: Housecall Pro publishes prices for its plans and not for its products.
Comparison pages rot quietly. Most pages ranking for “Housecall Pro pricing” today are still describing a product that changed — Housecall Pro moved job costing, price books, financing, GPS, routes and commissions into cheaper tiers this year. So here is the audit trail. Every Housecall Pro figure was read off a Housecall Pro page: not a review aggregator, not a cached snapshot, not from memory. If something here no longer matches their live pricing, it is out of date and we want to know.
A note on method: we do not cite competitor pricing from review aggregators, affiliate roundups or AI-generated listicles — those are exactly what went stale here, and what put four false claims on our own page. Vendor pricing pages and vendor documentation only, with the date we read them. Where Housecall Pro publishes no price, we write “no published price” rather than guessing, because a guessed number is how a comparison page becomes a liability. If Housecall Pro changes its pricing again, this page gets rebuilt, not patched.
Everything you need to know before switching or choosing between the two.
It depends entirely on your headcount, and anyone giving you a single percentage is selling you something. Using Housecall Pro’s annual pricing, which is their best case: solo — Housecall Pro Basic is $59/month and QuoteIQ Essentials is $29.99, so QuoteIQ is 49% cheaper. Four people — Housecall Pro Essentials is $149 and QuoteIQ Pro is $149.99, which is parity and we are not going to dress it up. Five or six — Housecall Pro is still $149 while QuoteIQ pushes you to Elite at $299, so Housecall Pro is genuinely cheaper at that band. Eight — both are $299, except Housecall Pro gives you eight seats and QuoteIQ Elite gives you ten. Ten — Housecall Pro is $369 because of the $35-per-user fee above eight; QuoteIQ is still $299. Fifteen — Housecall Pro is $544 and QuoteIQ Max is $699, so Housecall Pro wins on sticker again. From twenty upward the user fee takes over permanently: $719 at twenty, $1,069 at thirty, $1,769 at fifty, against a flat $699 for unlimited users on QuoteIQ Max — $12,840 a year at fifty people. But the sticker is only half the question, because Housecall Pro’s business phone, mass campaigns, lead pipeline and 24/7 AI call answering are all add-ons with no published price, and all four are inside QuoteIQ Elite at that same $299.
Housecall Pro publishes three plans. Basic is $59/month on annual billing or $79 month-to-month for one user, and includes online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments and consumer financing, a price book, job costing and review management. Essentials is $149/month annual or $189 monthly and includes five users, adding route sequencing, flat-rate pricing with margins, checklist automations, photo reports and annotations, employee GPS tracking, commissions and QuickBooks Online sync. MAX is $299/month annual or $329 monthly and includes eight users, adding the sales proposal tool, recurring service plans, one-click route optimization with live traffic, open API access and a dedicated onboarding specialist — and critically, $35/month for every additional user beyond the eighth. Those figures come straight off Housecall Pro’s pricing page as of July 14, 2026. What that page does not tell you is what Voice, CSR AI call answering, Campaigns, Pipeline, HCP Assist, Websites, Payroll, Accounting or Business Coaching cost. Nine products, no published prices.
Housecall Pro does not publish a price for any of them. That is the complete answer, and it is worth stating plainly because it is remarkably hard to find out otherwise. As of July 14, 2026, nine Housecall Pro products carry no price anywhere on their website: Voice (business phone), CSR AI 24/7 call answering, Campaigns (mass text, email and postcard), Pipeline (lead and deal CRM), HCP Assist (human call answering), Websites, Payroll, Accounting and Business Coaching. You find out what they cost by booking a demo and talking to a salesperson. To be fair to them, Housecall Pro does describe the Sales Proposal Tool and Recurring Service Plans as a “$40/mo value” on the lower tiers and bundles both into MAX — those two are the only add-on figures they publish. Four of the unpriced nine are simply included in QuoteIQ Elite at $299/month, the same price as Housecall Pro MAX: a real business line with two-way calling and texting (ClientHub), Mass Campaigns, Pipelines & Deals, and 24/7 AI call answering that also makes outbound calls (Virtual Call Team, which is actually on every plan from $29.99).
Yes. Housecall Pro MAX ($299/month) includes Route optimization, which in their own words reorders jobs in one click based on real drive time and live traffic. Housecall Pro Essentials ($149/month) includes Routes, which groups and sequences the day’s jobs to cut drive time. Both are on their live pricing page, and if you read a comparison claiming otherwise, that page is out of date. The honest comparison: QuoteIQ Route Optimization sits on Elite at the same $299, so the two platforms are at parity on price for it. Where QuoteIQ goes further is Route Density Zones, which cluster jobs geographically so you sell into the streets you already drive, and Housecall Pro has no equivalent. Elite also bundles Dispatching, EmployeeHub GPS and Time Tracker Pro — though it is only fair to note Housecall Pro puts dispatching and time tracking on every plan and basic route sequencing at $149, all cheaper than we do.
Housecall Pro has a real AI suite and it is free on every plan — anyone telling you they have no AI is out of date. Their AI Team includes Analyst AI for natural-language business reporting, Coach AI for growth and hiring advice, Marketing AI for copy and review responses, Help AI for product support, Accountant AI for questions against your books, and CSR AI chat for your website. Analyst AI, Coach AI and Accountant AI have no QuoteIQ equivalent and we will say so plainly. The difference is what the AI is for. Housecall Pro’s AI mostly reports on the business. QuoteIQ’s AI does the work: AI Autopilot operates the CRM through 35 tools by natural language, AI Estimator builds a priced estimate from a photo, Before/After AI generates the finished-job image, AI CoPilot edits estimates conversationally, and AI roof-and-pitch measurement sizes a roof from imagery. Housecall Pro has none of those four. And on the phone: their CSR AI answers inbound calls but does not place outbound ones, and the call-answering tier is a paid add-on with no published price — while Virtual Call Team does both and is on the $29.99 plan.
QuoteIQ, on the numbers — and this is a reversal from what this page used to say, so it is worth explaining. Until April 2026 QuoteIQ had no consumer financing and Housecall Pro did, and older versions of this comparison correctly listed that as a Housecall Pro advantage. That changed. QuoteIQ Consumer Financing now ships on every plan, including the free trial, running three lenders — Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay — on job values from $1 to $30,000. You switch it on from the Stripe dashboard the same day, with no dealer application and no underwriting queue, and you are paid in full up front while the customer pays over time. QuoteIQ takes nothing out of it. Housecall Pro offers consumer financing on every plan too, through a single provider, which means one set of approval criteria and one set of terms. Three lenders means a customer declined by one may be approved by another, and it means pay-in-four is available for the smaller repair tickets a traditional loan product does not serve well. To be fair to Housecall Pro, they do something QuoteIQ does not do at all: business financing — working capital for you, plus expense cards for your techs. If you need to borrow rather than to lend, that is theirs and we have nothing to offer you.
Quite a lot, and pretending otherwise would make everything else on this page worthless. Online booking on the $59 Basic plan — QuoteIQ gates InstaSchedule to Elite at $299, and this is their best structural advantage. Job costing on Basic — QuoteIQ puts Job Costing on Pro. Employee GPS on Essentials at $149 — QuoteIQ makes you reach Elite. Dispatching, two-way SMS, on-the-way texts and time tracking on every plan. Flat-rate pricing with margins on Essentials. A Spanish app and Spanish-speaking support, which QuoteIQ does not offer in any form and which decides the question outright for a great many crews. QuickBooks Desktop, where QuoteIQ syncs to QuickBooks Online only. Analyst AI, Coach AI and Accountant AI, free, with no QuoteIQ equivalent. Payroll, bookkeeping, business financing and expense cards. HCP Assist, which puts real humans rather than AI on your phone. Hardware vehicle GPS and dashcams. And 200,000+ contractors with a thirteen-year track record. One thing that used to be on this list and is not any more: consumer financing. QuoteIQ shipped it in April 2026 with three lenders instead of one.
QuoteIQ is the strongest alternative for contractors whose objection to Housecall Pro is the add-on model — the business phone, the mass campaigns, the lead pipeline and the AI that answers your calls all cost extra, and none of the four has a published price. QuoteIQ Elite includes all four at $299/month, the same price as Housecall Pro MAX, with ten users instead of eight and no per-user fee above that. It starts at $29.99/month and adds things Housecall Pro cannot sell you at any tier: satellite property measurement, photo-to-estimate AI, real inventory management and outbound AI calling — across 50+ trades rather than about sixteen. But be honest about the shape of your problem. If what you actually need is online booking on a cheap plan, a Spanish-speaking crew app, or payroll and bookkeeping from the same vendor, no alternative beats Housecall Pro and you should stay. Other options worth a look: Jobber for a comparable all-round platform, ServiceTitan if you are above roughly $5M in revenue with dedicated office staff, and PaintScout if you are a painting-only shop needing production-rate estimating depth. The full comparison hub has side-by-side breakdowns of each.
Housecall Pro MAX is $299/mo for 8 users. QuoteIQ Elite is $299/mo for 10 — and the business phone, mass campaigns, pipeline and 24/7 AI call answering are already in the box.

All Housecall Pro pricing and feature data on this page was read directly from housecallpro.com/pricing/, housecallpro.com/features/ai-team/ and housecallpro.com/features/ai-team/csr-ai/ and verified on July 14, 2026. Housecall Pro plan prices reflect annual billing: Basic $59/mo ($79 monthly), Essentials $149/mo ($189 monthly), MAX $299/mo ($329 monthly), plus $35/mo per additional user beyond the eight included in MAX. Nine Housecall Pro products — Voice, CSR AI call answering, Campaigns, Pipeline, HCP Assist, Websites, Payroll, Accounting and Business Coaching — publish no price on Housecall Pro’s website. We have removed every estimated add-on price previously shown on this page. Where Housecall Pro publishes no figure, this page says so rather than guessing.
All Housecall Pro feature claims on this page — including route optimization (MAX), routes and commissions (Essentials), and consumer financing (all plans) — were verified against Housecall Pro’s live pricing and feature pages on July 14, 2026. QuoteIQ pricing is publicly listed at myquoteiq.com/pricing/: Essentials $29.99 (1 user), Beginner $74.99 (2), Pro $149.99 (4), Elite $299 (10), Max $699 (unlimited). All QuoteIQ features described are included natively in the stated plan tier with no additional per-user fees. QuoteIQ’s 14-day free trial requires a credit or debit card to start.
