Gutter jobs are won or lost on the proposal: how fast it lands, how clearly it prices every foot of run and every downspout, and how easily the homeowner can say yes. We compared 10 platforms on verified pricing, gutter-specific proposal depth, e-signatures, payments, and mobile use.
The best proposal software for gutter installation businesses in 2026 is QuoteIQ. It puts good-better-best options estimates, satellite measuring with MapMeasure Pro, branded Proposal+ documents, e-signatures on every plan, and online payments in one account, with plans from $29.99/mo and a 14-day free trial. JobNimbus and AccuLynx are strong picks for roofing-first exterior companies with office staff, Jobber is a polished general-purpose option with public pricing, and Leap suits sales teams that run in-home appointments with financing.

Pricing was verified on each vendor’s public pricing page in October 2026, using annual billing where a vendor offers it. Vendor pricing changes often, so confirm the current rate before you buy.
We’re QuoteIQ. We made this list. We also picked our own platform as #1 — here’s exactly why, with the trade-offs each tool brings to the table. By “proposal software” we mean whatever turns a measured gutter job into a priced, signed, and paid commitment: the estimate or proposal itself, the options you present, the signature, and the deposit that follows. Five criteria drove every ranking decision:
Our sources were each vendor’s public pricing and product pages, independent software roundups (named where we cite them), and public data from IBISWorld, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Trade Commission, and OSHA. For QuoteIQ itself, we used our own product documentation. Where a competitor claim could not be confirmed on a vendor page, we hedge it or leave it out.
The contractor who replied clearly and quickly set the benchmark. By the time the slower contractor called back — even if their price was better — the customer had already started planning around the first response.
— Justin Rogers, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ
QuoteIQ is the platform we built, so weigh this entry with that in mind. Here is the case. A gutter proposal has to do four jobs at once: price a run of aluminum, steel, or copper by the linear foot, itemize the miters, outlets, downspouts, and hangers around it, give the homeowner a real choice, and capture a signature before a competitor’s quote lands. QuoteIQ handles all four in one account, then carries the signed job through scheduling, invoicing, payment, and a review request without anyone retyping the details.
Proposal+ turns any estimate into a branded proposal with your company story, services, a photo gallery, supporting documents, and customer reviews, presented to the homeowner as one scrolling page with a side menu that jumps between sections. You can preview it before it goes out and save it as a template, so the next gutter job takes minutes. Customers sign online through a guided flow, and editing an estimate after you send it automatically voids the outstanding signature request, so nobody signs a stale price. See the full breakdown on the QuoteIQ proposals page.
Here is how a typical gutter proposal moves through QuoteIQ. You measure the roofline with MapMeasure Pro, apply your per-foot rate from the Price Book, and add the components: end caps, miters, outlets, downspouts, and hangers. Then you build an options estimate with your good, better, and best packages, add photos, and send it to the homeowner as a Proposal+ document. The homeowner picks an option and signs on their phone, and once the job is approved you invoice and collect payment online. On Pro and above, an automated follow-up sequence can start the moment the estimate is created.
Which plan do gutter installers actually need? Essentials ($29.99/mo) covers options estimates, the price book, e-signatures, and payments. Beginner ($74.99/mo) adds MapMeasure Pro, QuoteIQ Cam photo tools, contract attachments, and user permissions. Pro ($149.99/mo) adds follow-up automation, a client portal, job costing, and QuickBooks Online sync. Elite ($299/mo) adds pipelines, InstaQuote, review automation, and route optimization, and waives the proposal credit charge. Max ($699/mo) includes 20 users and crew scheduling.
Best for: Gutter installers from solo operators to 20-user crews who want measuring, proposals, signatures, payments, and follow-up in one flat-priced subscription.
Pros
Where it falls short
Speed and specificity, in that order. The contractor who sends a quote first has already set the customer’s expectations.
— Mike Vidan, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ
Verdict: If your gutter business has 1 to 20 people and wins work by sending clear, priced options quickly, QuoteIQ is the most complete answer we found at a published price. Start on Beginner ($74.99/mo) if you want to measure from satellite, move to Pro ($149.99/mo) when you want follow-ups to run themselves, and consider Elite or Max when you want proposal sends without credit charges. Roofing-first companies with a large office staff may prefer JobNimbus or AccuLynx. Details are on the QuoteIQ for gutter installation page.
JobNimbus is a CRM built around the job pipeline for roofing and exterior contractors. Every plan includes eSign, unlimited document usage, estimates and proposals, JobNimbus Payments, unlimited invoices, and a way to order roof measurements, which covers the proposal basics a gutter installer needs. Where it differs from QuoteIQ is the shape: work moves across boards of jobs by stage, and pricing is set by plan tier and user count rather than a published monthly rate.
The plan ladder is where the details live. Project boards go from three on Essentials to unlimited on Premium, monthly automations from 10 to unlimited, and integrations from 2 to unlimited, so a growing gutter company may feel the ceilings on the lower tiers. A Roofing Software Guide roundup of gutter and siding software credits the pipeline and the ABC Supply and Beacon Pro integrations, but also reports email-delivery and mobile-app reliability complaints, so test both during the 14-day trial.
Best for: Roofing-first exterior companies that already think in pipeline stages and have someone in the office to run the system.
Ask before you buy: Ask for a live build of a gutter estimate with per-foot pricing and components, and ask which plan unlocks the automations and integrations you need, since boards, automations, and integrations are capped by tier.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: Strong if you sell roofs and gutters out of one pipeline and want a CRM to manage the handoffs. If you mostly install gutters and want published pricing and satellite measuring built into the estimate, QuoteIQ is the simpler start.
AccuLynx is a roofing business-management platform known for production depth. Pricing is not published: its pricing page is a request form that routes you to sales. The same Roofing Software Guide roundup ranked it first for gutter and siding contractors (9.1 out of 10), crediting Good-Better-Best pricing through its Smart(er) Docs, RoofScope aerial imagery integration, and a custom fields manager for gutter and siding data.
For proposals, the draw is the options-based document and the sales-analytics layer around it, such as tracking appointment outcomes. The trade-offs that roundup flags are cost and process: it lists AccuLynx as the highest price point in its comparison, notes per-user fee escalation, and says there is no free trial. Those are third-party findings, so confirm them in a demo, since there is no public price list to check.
Best for: Established companies selling roofing alongside gutters and siding, with office staff, several crews, and a documented sales process.
Ask before you buy: Ask for a written price for your user count, how Good-Better-Best documents handle gutter components, and what implementation and training cost.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: If roofing is your core and gutters ride along, AccuLynx belongs on your demo list. If gutters are your core, the price and process may outweigh the fit, and a platform with published pricing is easier to test.
Jobber is a polished service-business app with some of the clearest public pricing in this list. Quotes are part of every plan, with a client hub where customers can review and approve. The proposal features that matter for gutter work arrive as you move up the ladder: automated quote follow-ups come with Connect, and customizable quotes with visuals and optional line items come with Grow.
Optional line items are the key detail. If you want to offer a gutter guard add-on or a larger-size upgrade as a selectable line on the quote, plan on Grow, which Jobber lists at $149/mo billed annually or $199/mo month-to-month for one user. Core includes one user and charges $29 for each extra user, so a three-person crew adds cost quickly. Satellite measurement is not part of the quote workflow, and gutter-software roundups disagree on whether an add-on exists, so check before you count on it.
Best for: Crews that prefer a generalist app with a clean interface and do not need satellite measuring inside the quote.
Ask before you buy: Ask whether you need Grow for the options you sell, and what the all-in monthly cost is for your crew size once extra users are added.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: Jobber is a safe, well-liked all-rounder if you want public pricing and a gentle learning curve. For gutter proposals with built-in measuring and options on every plan, QuoteIQ costs less to start.
Housecall Pro is a field-service platform strong on scheduling, dispatch, and getting paid. Quotes and proposals appear from the Basic plan, and every plan lets customers pay invoices online. The dedicated Sales Proposal Tool, however, is listed under the MAX plan, where the pricing page also labels it a $40/mo value.
That gating matters for gutters. The multi-tier presentation many installers use to sell guards or upgraded materials is the feature you would be paying the top tier for: $299/mo billed annually or $329 month-to-month, with 8 users included and $35/mo for each additional user. Essentials includes 5 users at $149/mo billed annually. We did not find satellite measurement in the quote flow, and e-signature is not called out in the pricing comparison, so confirm both in a demo.
Best for: Gutter crews whose bottleneck is scheduling and collecting payment rather than building detailed proposals.
Ask before you buy: Ask whether the Sales Proposal Tool and e-signatures are included in the plan you are quoted, and how additional users are billed.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: Best if booking and getting paid are your bottlenecks. For options-based gutter proposals at a lower entry price, QuoteIQ includes options estimates and e-signatures on every plan.
Leap’s SalesPro is built around the in-home sales appointment: present good-better-best pricing, generate a branded proposal, and get it signed before you leave the driveway. Leap’s page names gutters alongside roofing, siding, windows, decking, and remodeling, and lists remote signatures (five included with Premium, unlimited with Enterprise) and professional contracts with terms and cancellation notice.
Financing is the standout. Leap describes one credit application routed to up to 12 lending partners, including GreenSky, Aqua, Service Finance, and Foundation Finance Company, plus a payments product called Leap Pay. For high-ticket jobs such as copper or full replacements, that can lift close rates. The cost is real: $750 a month for six users is more than QuoteIQ’s top Max plan at $699 with 20 users included, and third-party reports of Leap pricing vary, so get a written quote.
Best for: Sales-led gutter, roofing, and exterior companies that run scheduled in-home presentations and sell with financing.
Ask before you buy: Ask for the all-in price for your team, how many remote signatures you will need each month, and what Leap covers after the signature: scheduling, invoicing, and production.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: A strong specialist if your gutter sales run on scheduled in-home appointments and financing. If you want proposals plus the rest of the operation at a lower, published price, QuoteIQ is the broader fit.
RoofSnap starts with the measurement and builds the estimate from it. Its pricing page lists aerial measurement reports with 2–4 hour turnaround, a 30-minute rush option, and gutter-specific measurements at $15 pay-as-you-go or $11 on a subscription. Subscribers also get branded reports and contracts, payment collection, and homeowner financing through Acorn Finance.
That makes it a strong fit when the accuracy of your linear footage is the pain point, particularly for gutter work that sits next to roofing. The limit is scope. The Roofing Software Guide describes it as not a full business-management suite, with no CRM, scheduling, or invoicing, so most gutter installers would run it alongside another platform. Pricing is per measurement or per user, which can cost more than a flat plan when you quote often.
Best for: Installers who want paid aerial reports with gutter linear footage and a proposal built from them, and who already have a scheduling and invoicing tool.
Ask before you buy: Ask how gutter measurement reports are billed against a subscription, and how the measurements flow into your estimate and your scheduling tool.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: Worth a look if measuring is the slow, error-prone part of your quoting. If you want measuring and the rest of the proposal workflow in one subscription, QuoteIQ’s MapMeasure Pro starts at Beginner.
ServiceTitan is the enterprise end of field service software: dispatching, call booking, invoicing, pricebook, payroll, reporting, and memberships across three plans named Starter, Essentials, and The Works. Pricing is not published. Its pricing page says per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and routes you to a request form or demo. We do not print third-party per-technician estimates because we could not trace them to a primary source.
On proposals, the pricing page lists mobile estimates, and the platform’s feature set includes Good/Better/Best-style proposals for in-home consultations. We could not verify which plan includes which proposal features without a sales conversation. For a gutter installer with a handful of crews, the implementation effort and cost are the main questions. For a multi-location operation with dedicated office staff, it is a legitimate contender.
Best for: Large, multi-crew or multi-location exterior operations with dedicated office staff who can run a deep platform.
Ask before you buy: Ask for a written quote by technician count, which plan includes the proposal tools you want, and the implementation timeline and cost.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: If you run many crews and have people to manage the system, put ServiceTitan in the demo mix. Below that scale, the cost-and-complexity trade-off is hard to justify against QuoteIQ or Jobber.
PandaDoc is not field service software, and that is the point. It is the document layer: build a proposal from a template, send it for e-signature, and collect payment, with CRM integrations on the Business plan. Its pricing page lists a free plan with e-signatures capped at five documents a month, Starter at $19 per seat with unlimited uploads and e-signatures, and Business at $49 per seat with custom quotes and sales agreements, payment collection, unlimited templates, and CRM integrations.
For commercial gutter bids, HOA contracts, or any job where the paperwork is more complex than the install, it is excellent at what it does. What it does not do is measure a roof, schedule a crew, or track a job to completion, so you would pair it with a separate operations tool, and per-seat pricing adds up as your sales team grows.
Best for: Companies bidding commercial, HOA, or multi-property gutter work where the contract and approval trail matter most.
Ask before you buy: Ask how templates, payments, and CRM integrations map to your seat count, and which system will hold the job record after the signature.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: A strong document tool if your bottleneck is contracts and approvals. For gutter installers who want the proposal connected to measuring, scheduling, and invoicing, an all-in-one like QuoteIQ avoids the second subscription.
Joist is a lightweight estimating and invoicing app priced for solo contractors. Its pricing page lists estimates and invoices on Basics, deposit and milestone payments on every plan, unlimited documents and in-app digital signatures from Pro, and change orders and sales reporting from Elite. The Run plan is listed at $70/mo as an introductory price, with a regular price of $100/mo.
It is a fair first step if you are currently writing gutter quotes by hand. The gaps show as you grow: the pricing page does not list satellite measurement, options-based proposals, or follow-up automation, so confirm those before you commit. Teams that add crew members or want proposals to trigger follow-ups and scheduling will likely need something broader.
Best for: Solo gutter installers who want the cheapest way to send a clean estimate and collect a deposit.
Ask before you buy: Ask whether signatures, change orders, and any user limits are included in the plan you are considering, and how you would migrate if you outgrow it.
Pros
Where it falls short
Verdict: A fair starting point on the tightest budget. QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99/mo adds options estimates, a price book, online payments, and consumer financing, with more headroom as you hire.
Read the first four cards together. From 2020 to 2025, the number of U.S. gutter businesses grew about 3.9% a year while industry revenue grew about 0.5%, according to IBISWorld. That comparison is our read, not IBISWorld’s: more companies are splitting a market that is barely growing, so how quickly and clearly you answer a homeowner matters more.
Safety is another reason to quote smart. OSHA’s construction ladder guidance says non-self-supporting ladders should be set so the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot is about one-quarter of the working length, and that standard ladders should support at least four times the maximum intended load. Remote measuring will not replace every site visit on complex roof lines, but each accurate measurement you can take from satellite is one less ladder setup. And when you sell at the customer’s home, the FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule requires sellers to give buyers notice of a three-day right to cancel on covered sales, so build that into your proposal template and ask your attorney which notice applies.
Pick QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99/mo. Options estimates, a price book, e-signatures, online payments, and consumer financing are all included, so your first proposals look professional from day one. Step up to Beginner ($74.99/mo) when you want to measure rooflines from satellite with MapMeasure Pro. If all you need is the cheapest way to send an estimate and take a deposit, Joist starts at $10/mo.
QuoteIQ Beginner ($74.99/mo, 2 users) or Pro ($149.99/mo, 4 users) fits most small crews. Pro adds follow-up automation for quotes that go quiet, a client portal, job costing, QuickBooks Online sync, and the ability to assign team members to jobs. Extra seats are $25 per person per month on any paid plan.
QuoteIQ Pro with a few extra seats, or Elite ($299/mo, 10 users) once you want pipelines, InstaQuote on your website, automated review requests, route optimization, and proposal sends without credit charges. Jobber Grow is a reasonable alternative if you prefer a generalist app and mainly want optional line items on quotes.
QuoteIQ Elite or Max ($699/mo, 20 users included). Max adds crew scheduling, unlimited pipelines, and Sales Team Tracker. If gutters are one piece of a bigger roofing and exteriors business, JobNimbus Premium (up to 19 users) is worth a demo for its pipeline boards.
AccuLynx, JobNimbus Enterprise, or ServiceTitan, all with pricing through sales, are built for deeper production and reporting. QuoteIQ Max includes 20 users and adds seats at $25 each, with published pricing. Roofing-first companies can also find industry standards and training through the National Roofing Contractors Association.
Leap is built for the in-home appointment, with remote signatures and financing routed to up to 12 lenders, at a published $750/mo for six users. If measurement accuracy is your bigger problem, RoofSnap’s gutter measurement reports start at $15 each. QuoteIQ also offers Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay at checkout on every plan, which covers many replacement jobs without a separate sales tool.
QuoteIQ Essentials or Joist. Both keep the core job simple: build an estimate, send it, get a signature, collect a deposit. QuoteIQ has more room to grow into, including options estimates and satellite measuring. PandaDoc is a good fit if you only want clean documents and e-signatures and already have another system for everything else.
Built the candidate list from gutter and exterior-contractor software roundups, vendor sites, and search results. We looked for platforms that gutter and exterior contractors actually use to build, send, and close proposals, then narrowed to 10 across the range from budget to enterprise.
Verified pricing on each vendor’s public pricing page in October 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, we wrote “Custom — contact sales” and did not substitute third-party estimates.
Matched features to eight proposal requirements for gutter work. Per-foot pricing, itemized components, good-better-best options, measurement, photos and visuals, e-signatures, deposits and payments, and follow-up automation.
Cross-referenced customer reviews and independent roundups. QuoteIQ’s own rating is 4.7 stars across 4,103+ App Store and Google Play reviews. For other vendors we cite independent roundups by name and make no claim about their review averages.
Added operator perspective from Mike Vidan and Justin Rogers. Both are QuoteIQ Co-Founders who have run service businesses, and the quotes in this guide come verbatim from their published insights pages.
Our review database does not yet include a 5-star review tagged to gutter installation, so these three come from roofing-tagged 5-star reviews, the closest exterior trade, across the App Store, Google Play, and Google.
“This app allows you to make very professional looking estimates with little effort.”
“It saves me time, and time is money.”
“I can measure driveways and roofs instantly without having to drive there first.”

Read Justin’s insights →QuoteIQ is the best proposal software for most gutter installation businesses in 2026. It combines options estimates, MapMeasure Pro satellite measuring, branded Proposal+ documents, e-signatures on every plan, and online payments, from $29.99/mo. JobNimbus and AccuLynx fit roofing-first companies with office staff, and Leap suits in-home sales teams that lean on financing. The right pick depends on your crew size and how you sell.
Published prices in this list run from $10/mo (Joist Basics) to $750/mo (Leap Premium, six users). QuoteIQ ranges from $29.99/mo (Essentials) to $699/mo (Max, 20 users), Jobber starts at $29/mo on annual billing, and Housecall Pro at $59/mo. JobNimbus, AccuLynx, and ServiceTitan do not publish prices. A one-to-four person crew can typically get proposals, e-signatures, and payments for roughly $30 to $150 a month on a published-price platform.
Among the 10 tools we reviewed, none offers a free plan that covers a full gutter proposal workflow with measuring, options, and payments. PandaDoc has a free plan, but proposals are not included on it and e-signatures are capped at five documents a month. QuoteIQ has no free plan, but every plan includes a 14-day free trial, with Essentials at $29.99/mo afterward. Joist starts at $10/mo for basic estimates.
QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99/mo is our pick for solo installers: options estimates, a price book, e-signatures, online payments, and consumer financing are all included. Move to Beginner ($74.99/mo) when you want MapMeasure Pro for satellite measuring. Joist from $10/mo is the cheapest alternative for simple estimates and deposits, and Jobber Core ($29/mo billed annually) is a clean generalist option, though optional line items start on its Grow plan.
QuoteIQ Beginner ($74.99/mo, 2 users) or Pro ($149.99/mo, 4 users) covers most 2–5 person crews. Pro adds follow-up automation, a client portal, job costing, QuickBooks Online sync, and assigning team members to jobs. Extra seats are $25 per person per month. Jobber Grow ($149/mo billed annually) is a strong alternative if you prefer its interface and want optional line items on quotes.
QuoteIQ Max ($699/mo, 20 users included, $25 per extra seat), JobNimbus, AccuLynx, and ServiceTitan are the main contenders. Max adds crew scheduling, unlimited pipelines, and proposal sends without credit charges at a published price. AccuLynx and JobNimbus go deeper on roofing-first production, and ServiceTitan on dispatch and reporting, but all three require a sales conversation for pricing. Demo two before you decide.
QuoteIQ, Jobber, and Housecall Pro all offer iOS and Android apps, and JobNimbus includes its mobile app on every plan. QuoteIQ’s app holds a 4.7-star rating across 4,103+ App Store and Google Play reviews, and installers can build and send options estimates from the driveway while the homeowner signs on their own phone. Mobile reliability varies by vendor, so test any app on a real job during the trial.
Yes. QuoteIQ’s options estimates let a homeowner choose between good, better, and best on their phone, and e-signatures are included on every plan. Proposal+ documents use a guided signing flow, and InstaQuote (Elite and up) lets customers build their own quote from your website. Jobber offers online approval on every plan with optional line items from Grow, and Housecall Pro lists its Sales Proposal Tool under MAX.
QuoteIQ pairs a per-foot price book and AI estimate generation with MapMeasure Pro satellite measuring from Beginner up. RoofSnap is the measurement specialist, with gutter reports at $15 pay-as-you-go, and AccuLynx integrates aerial imagery for roofing-first teams. Whatever you pick, check how it handles components such as miters, outlets, downspouts, and hangers, because they change the margin on every run.
The all-in-one platforms do. In QuoteIQ, an approved estimate can be scheduled and invoiced from the same customer record, and Pro adds QuickBooks Online sync. Jobber and Housecall Pro also connect quotes to jobs and invoices. Standalone tools such as PandaDoc and RoofSnap produce documents or measurements but do not manage scheduling, so expect to run a second system next to them.
QuoteIQ, Jobber, and Housecall Pro all take online payments on every plan, and Joist offers deposit and milestone payments on every plan. QuoteIQ adds Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later financing through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay at checkout, plus QuickPay for taking a payment without building an invoice first. Leap and RoofSnap also emphasize financing, so compare fees and lender terms before you choose.
In general, yes. Under the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001), a signature or contract cannot be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form, though some documents and state rules carry extra requirements. Check your state’s rules and your contract language with an attorney. Most platforms here offer e-signatures, including QuoteIQ on every plan. This is general information, not legal advice.
Export your customer, service, and estimate data from Jobber, import it into the new platform, and run both for a week before cutting over. QuoteIQ’s Imports hub, available on every plan, brings in contacts, services, estimates, invoices, and jobs, including a path for importing services from Jobber, and keeps an import history. An optional Done-For-You setup starting at $299.99 covers contact import, price book setup, and a one-on-one onboarding session.
QuoteIQ is the best Housecall Pro alternative for most gutter installers who care about proposals. Options estimates and e-signatures are on every QuoteIQ plan, while Housecall Pro lists its Sales Proposal Tool under MAX ($299/mo billed annually). QuoteIQ starts at $29.99/mo versus $59/mo for Housecall Pro Basic on annual billing. Jobber Grow is another alternative if you prefer its interface.
Yes. QuoteIQ Pro ($149.99/mo, 4 users), Elite ($299/mo, 10 users), and Max ($699/mo, 20 users) are published-price alternatives, as are Jobber’s plans. ServiceTitan does not publish pricing, so we cannot give a direct comparison without a quote. Ask for one in writing and compare total cost for your headcount, including implementation. ServiceTitan’s dispatch and reporting depth is real, and some larger operations need it.
Possibly. The FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule covers door-to-door sales over $25 and requires sellers to give buyers notice of a three-day right to cancel, and some states add their own rules. If you sell at the customer’s home, ask an attorney which notice applies to your jobs. In QuoteIQ you can attach your own notice or contract documents to estimates with Contract Attachments, available from Beginner. This is general information, not legal advice.

For most gutter installation businesses in 2026, QuoteIQ is the best proposal software choice: options estimates, MapMeasure Pro satellite measuring, branded Proposal+ documents, e-signatures on every plan, and online payments with financing in one account, from $29.99/mo to $699/mo, with a 14-day free trial on every plan. The ranking reflects published pricing, proposal depth for gutter work, and how much of the job one subscription covers. It also reflects who we are, which is why we laid out the trade-offs of every tool, including ours.
The runner-ups matter. JobNimbus and AccuLynx are the right demos if roofing is your core and you have an office to run a deeper system. Leap is built for the in-home sales appointment and financing. Jobber and Housecall Pro are credible generalists with public pricing, ServiceTitan serves enterprise operations, RoofSnap is a measurement specialist, and PandaDoc and Joist cover the document and budget ends of the market.
The market numbers point the same way. IBISWorld counts about 4,929 U.S. gutter businesses in 2025, with the count growing 3.9% a year from 2020 to 2025 while industry revenue grew 0.5%. More companies competing for a market that is barely growing makes the proposal, how fast it arrives, how clearly it prices every foot, and how easily it can be signed, one of the few levers you control. Pick one tool, run your next five bids through it during a trial, and keep the one that gets signed proposals back fastest.
