Available on: every QuoteIQ plan — Essentials ($29.99/mo), Beginner ($74.99/mo), Pro ($149.99/mo), Elite ($299/mo), and Max ($699/mo). AI Autopilot runs on IQ Credits, included monthly with every plan. Compare plans.
AI Autopilot is QuoteIQ’s conversational AI that runs your entire CRM through natural language — by voice or text. Tell it what you want (“Invoice all of today’s jobs,” “Move tomorrow’s jobs to Friday”) and it executes across 35 integrated tools. Inside the app it appears as the Ask AI button. It is on every plan and runs on IQ Credits.
AI Autopilot is not a chatbot — it is an operator. Instead of tapping through screens, you give it a plain-language command and it carries out the work directly: creating estimates, sending invoices, rescheduling jobs, texting customers, tracking expenses, and pulling analytics. It turns multi-step CRM workflows into single sentences, by voice or by text.
“Ask AI” is the in-app name for this feature; “AI Autopilot” is the brand name. They are the same thing.
How to use AI Autopilot
Open Ask AI. In the QuoteIQ app, tap the Ask AI button to open the Autopilot interface.
Type or speak your command. Say or type what you want in plain language — for example, “Invoice all of today’s jobs.”
Review the steps. Autopilot shows the steps it will take and the IQ Credit cost before it runs.
Confirm and execute. Confirm, and Autopilot performs the action across your CRM and reports back what it did.
The 35 tools across 10 categories
AI Autopilot has 35 integrated tools organized into 10 categories. Together they cover most day-to-day CRM work. Here is what each category can do, with an example command:
Category
What it can do
Example command
Customer Management
Search customers; pull a full customer profile; add a customer; find a customer’s invoices.
“Pull up everything on Sarah Mitchell”
Schedule Management
See today’s schedule; view any date; get job details; create a job; reschedule a job.
“What’s on my schedule today?”
Estimates
List estimates by status; get estimate details; create an estimate; create an AI estimate from a photo; update estimate status.
“Create an AI estimate for this driveway”
Invoices
List invoices by status; get invoice details; invoice a completed job; bulk-invoice all of a day’s jobs.
“Show me all unpaid invoices”
Communication
Email an estimate; email an invoice; send an SMS; send a smart message that auto-picks email or text.
“Text Mrs. Garcia that we’re running 15 minutes late”
Batch Operations
Move all jobs from one day to another; reschedule all of one customer’s jobs; batch-invoice and notify.
“Move all of Wednesday’s jobs to Friday”
Expenses
Add an expense (optionally linked to a job for job costing); view expenses by job, period, or category.
“Add a $47.50 expense for chemicals on the Martinez job”
View your service catalog with pricing; get details on a specific service.
“What do I charge for a standard house wash?”
Media
Attach a before/after photo to a job; attach a document; retrieve a job’s photos.
“Show me the photos from the Henderson job”
Voice, text & internet access
Voice or text. Speak your command hands-free in the field, or type it quietly in front of a customer — either works.
Internet access toggle. Turn it on to let Autopilot search the web for outside information (pricing research, industry data, general questions). Turn it off to keep Autopilot focused only on your QuoteIQ data.
IQ Credit cost preview. Every action shows its IQ Credit cost before it runs, so there are no surprise draws.
Real-world examples
Rain-day recovery. “Move all of today’s jobs to Friday and text each customer that we’re rescheduling due to weather.” Every job moved and every customer notified in one command.
End-of-day invoice blitz. “Invoice all of today’s completed jobs and send each customer their invoice by email and text.” Six invoices, six emails, six texts — done.
On-site quick quote. “Add deck washing and fence cleaning to Mrs. Johnson’s estimate — deck is 400 sq ft, fence is 120 linear feet.” Estimate updated in 30 seconds while you talk to the customer.
Quick analytics check. “What’s my revenue this month versus last month?” Instant answer with the comparison.
How AI Autopilot works with estimating and measurement
Autopilot can chain other QuoteIQ tools inside a single command:
Photo-to-quote, hands-free. The “Create Estimate with AI” tool runs the same engine as AI Estimator — hand Autopilot a photo and it builds a market-accurate estimate.
Measured estimates. Pair it with MapMeasure Pro so a quote command can price from real satellite measurements, then send the finished estimate by SMS and email — all in one sentence.
AI Autopilot vs. AI CoPilot vs. AI Estimator
QuoteIQ has three AI tools that are easy to confuse. They do different jobs, and all three run on IQ Credits and are included on every plan.
Tool
Role
When to use it
AI Autopilot
General manager
You want to do anything across the whole CRM by conversation — create estimates, schedule jobs, text customers, send invoices, pull dashboard data.
AI CoPilot
Estimate-editor specialist
You are already inside an estimate or invoice and want to add line items, change tax or pricing, apply discounts, or draft a client message by conversation.
AI Estimator
Photo-to-quote specialist
You have a property photo and want AI to analyze it and build a new estimate with market-accurate line items. Used once per new estimate.
Short version: Autopilot runs the whole app, CoPilot edits the estimate you are already in, and Estimator builds a new estimate from a photo.
IQ Credits and cost
AI Autopilot runs on IQ Credits, the usage-based units included with every plan. Each plan resets its IQ Credit balance every billing cycle, and Autopilot shows the credit cost of an action before it runs.

Requirements & limits
Plan. Available on every plan, Essentials and above.
IQ Credits. Each action consumes IQ Credits; the cost is shown before the action runs.
Input. Accepts voice or text commands in plain language.
Internet access. Web lookups only happen when you turn the internet access toggle on; otherwise Autopilot uses only your QuoteIQ data.
AI Autopilot is QuoteIQ’s conversational AI assistant that controls your entire CRM through natural language, by voice or text. You tell it what you want, like “Create an estimate for Mrs. Johnson” or “Invoice all of today’s jobs,” and it executes across 35 integrated tools. Inside the app it appears as the Ask AI button. It is on every plan and runs on IQ Credits.
AI Autopilot is included on every QuoteIQ plan: Essentials ($29.99/month), Beginner ($74.99/month), Pro ($149.99/month), Elite ($299/month), and Max ($699/month). It runs on IQ Credits, which every plan includes monthly, from 500 on Essentials to 8,000 on Max. There is no separate AI add-on to buy.
They are the same feature. Ask AI is the button and interface name you see inside the QuoteIQ app. AI Autopilot is the marketing and brand name for it. When you tap Ask AI, you are using AI Autopilot.
No. AI Autopilot is included with every plan, and it uses IQ Credits, which are also included with every plan. You only pay more if you choose to buy additional IQ Credits beyond your monthly allotment. Before any action runs, Autopilot shows the IQ Credit cost so you can confirm before spending.
Yes. AI Autopilot accepts both voice and text input. You can speak your command or type it, and either way Autopilot interprets the request and executes it. This makes it practical to use hands-free in the field or quietly by text in front of a customer.
AI Autopilot has 35 integrated tools across 10 categories: Customer Management, Schedule Management, Estimates, Invoices, Communication, Batch Operations, Expenses, Analytics, Price Book, and Media. Together they let you run nearly the entire CRM, from creating estimates and invoices to rescheduling jobs, texting customers, and pulling revenue reports, all by conversation.
AI Autopilot is the general manager that controls your entire CRM through conversation. AI Estimator is the photo-to-quote specialist that builds a new estimate from photos. AI CoPilot is the estimate-editor specialist that lives inside an estimate or invoice you are already editing and changes line items, pricing, tax, and discounts. All three run on IQ Credits and are on every plan.
Yes. Autopilot includes a Create Estimate with AI tool, so you can hand it a property photo and a short description and it generates a market-accurate, line-itemized estimate using the same AI analysis as AI Estimator. You review the result before it goes to the customer, just like any other estimate.
Yes. Use a batch command such as: “Move all of today’s jobs to Friday and text each customer about the reschedule.” Autopilot moves every job and sends every notification in a single command, which makes rain-day recovery take seconds instead of a round of individual calls and edits.
AI Autopilot includes an internet access toggle. When it is on, Autopilot can search the web to answer general questions or look up outside information like pricing research or industry data. When it is off, Autopilot works only with your QuoteIQ data. You control the toggle in the Ask AI interface.
