What AI Autopilot does

AI Autopilot is not a chatbot — it is an operator. Instead of tapping through screens, you give it a plain-language command and it carries out the work directly: creating estimates, sending invoices, rescheduling jobs, texting customers, tracking expenses, and pulling analytics. It turns multi-step CRM workflows into single sentences, by voice or by text.

“Ask AI” is the in-app name for this feature; “AI Autopilot” is the brand name. They are the same thing.

How to use AI Autopilot

Open Ask AI. In the QuoteIQ app, tap the Ask AI button to open the Autopilot interface.
Type or speak your command. Say or type what you want in plain language — for example, “Invoice all of today’s jobs.”
Review the steps. Autopilot shows the steps it will take and the IQ Credit cost before it runs.
Confirm and execute. Confirm, and Autopilot performs the action across your CRM and reports back what it did.

AI Autopilot has 35 integrated tools organized into 10 categories. Together they cover most day-to-day CRM work. Here is what each category can do, with an example command:

Voice, text & internet access

Voice or text. Speak your command hands-free in the field, or type it quietly in front of a customer — either works.
Internet access toggle. Turn it on to let Autopilot search the web for outside information (pricing research, industry data, general questions). Turn it off to keep Autopilot focused only on your QuoteIQ data.
IQ Credit cost preview. Every action shows its IQ Credit cost before it runs, so there are no surprise draws.

Real-world examples

Rain-day recovery. “Move all of today’s jobs to Friday and text each customer that we’re rescheduling due to weather.” Every job moved and every customer notified in one command.
End-of-day invoice blitz. “Invoice all of today’s completed jobs and send each customer their invoice by email and text.” Six invoices, six emails, six texts — done.

Measured estimates. Pair it with MapMeasure Pro so a quote command can price from real satellite measurements, then send the finished estimate by SMS and email — all in one sentence.

AI Autopilot vs. AI CoPilot vs. AI Estimator

QuoteIQ has three AI tools that are easy to confuse. They do different jobs, and all three run on IQ Credits and are included on every plan.

AI Autopilot runs on IQ Credits, the usage-based units included with every plan. Each plan resets its IQ Credit balance every billing cycle, and Autopilot shows the credit cost of an action before it runs.
