Yes. You can create unlimited custom roles with any combination of the 88 permissions. Start from a pre-built role and modify it, or build a new role from scratch. Roles can be changed at any time as employees move between positions.
Yes. The Calendar screen has a “View Assigned Events Only” permission that shows technicians only their assigned jobs — not the full company schedule. Combined with “Edit Assigned Events Only” and “Mark Assigned Events Only As Done,” you can lock field techs to their own work.
Yes. Both the Estimates and Calendar screens have a separate “View Prices” permission. Turn it off and the employee can see the job details, schedule, and customer info — but not any dollar amounts.
