Top 10 CRMs with Canvassing Tools for Contractors in 2026

Door knocking only pays when every knock becomes a record, a follow-up and, ideally, an estimate. We read the vendor documentation for more than a dozen tools and ranked the ten that connect canvassing to a contractor’s real workflow, with current pricing and honest trade-offs.

Quick Answer

The best CRM with canvassing tools for contractors in 2026 is QuoteIQ. Its Atlas map is included on every plan from $29.99/mo, logs each knock as a status-colored pin, lets you assign areas to teammates, and turns a yes at the door into a contact or estimate in the same app. Knockio is the closest alternative if you want canvassing and a CRM from one vendor on per-seat pricing. SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, RepCard, Ecanvasser and Terros go deeper on managing sales reps but are separate products. JobNimbus and AccuLynx rely on connections to SalesRabbit or SPOTIO rather than a documented built-in canvassing tool.

What Canvassing Tools in a CRM Actually Means

Canvassing is knocking on doors to find customers, usually in neighborhoods where you already have work. A canvassing tool replaces the clipboard with a map. Across the tools we read, five capabilities show up again and again:

That fifth capability is where contractor CRMs and sales apps part ways, so we sort every entry into one of three styles:

Style A means one subscription and one record per customer, though usually less depth for managing a large sales team. Style B tools go deeper on rep management, such as leaderboards, verification and hierarchies, and typically charge per seat, so they make the most sense when canvassing is a department rather than a habit. Style C keeps the CRM you already own and puts an app in front of it, at the cost of two bills and a sync to maintain. Knockio’s Growth plan and Sunbase also combine canvassing with CRM features, so QuoteIQ is not the only Style A option.

How We Picked the Top 10

We’re QuoteIQ. We made this list. We also put our own platform first, so here is exactly how the ranking works and where it could be wrong. On October 13, 2026 we read the pricing and feature pages for more than a dozen tools that mention canvassing, door knocking or territory maps, then ranked ten on five criteria:

  1. Canvassing depth. Pins or an equivalent, statuses, assignable areas, notes, reminders and exports, plus whether the vendor documents offline use and rep tracking.
  2. Knock-to-estimate path. Whether a positive knock becomes a contact, estimate or job without retyping, natively or through a documented integration.
  3. Pricing transparency. Published prices and terms beat “contact sales,” and contracts, implementation fees and add-ons count against a tool.
  4. Team controls. Area assignment, permissions, location verification and reporting for owners who send other people out.
  5. Setup friction. Free trials, time to launch, required implementation, and how many subscriptions you end up paying for.

Three limits you should know. First, this is documentation-based: we read vendor pages and support articles, and we did not run field tests of the competitors. Second, we did not aggregate competitor review scores. The only rating used on this page is QuoteIQ’s own 4.7 average across 4,103 reviews on the App Store and Google Play, and those reviews predate Atlas. Third, we left out tools whose pages we read but that did not document canvassing: Jobber, Housecall Pro and Contractor+. ServiceTitan’s Convex offers commercial prospecting data rather than door knocking, Leap’s roofing CRM guide doesn’t mention canvassing, and Knockbase publishes no pricing and separates canvassing from CRM in its FAQ.

“The features they’d actually use are buried under complexity designed for a completely different business.”

— Justin Rogers, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ

Vendors change prices often. Everything on this page reflects the pages as we read them, and when a vendor’s own page contradicts itself, we flag it rather than guess.

QuoteIQ — Best Overall CRM with Canvassing Tools

From $29.99/mo · Atlas on every plan · 14-day free trial

QuoteIQ is the contractor CRM we build, so read this entry with that bias in mind and check it against the nine tools below. We put it first for one reason: canvassing is not a separate product here. Atlas, the map inside QuoteIQ, is included on every plan, and a knock logged on that map lives in the same app as your client database, estimates, invoices, schedule and reminders. Atlas launched in September 2026, which makes it the newest tool on this list and the one with the shortest public track record.

Each knock is a diamond pin colored by its status. Tap the map to drop a pin, and drop-pin mode stays on until you cancel it, so you can log a whole street without reopening anything. The seven default statuses are Not Home, Knocked — No Answer, Contacted, Interested — Follow Up, Not Interested, Do Not Knock and Appointment Set. Owners can rename, recolor, reorder, add or remove statuses in Atlas Settings, give each one an icon, and use names up to 34 characters, so a roofer can track “Inspection booked” while a lawn care company tracks “Quote sent.”

Notes save as you type. From the knock card you can set a reminder or task, save the knock as a contact in your client database, or start an estimate straight from it. That last step is what separates a canvassing tool from a contractor CRM with canvassing: the homeowner who said “come back Thursday” never gets typed in twice. The follow-up habit matters more than the pin color.

“Stop chasing. The right customers respond.”

— Mike Vidan, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ

For teams, you can draw a named area, assign it to a teammate and filter the knock list by area. The owner and admins can use all of Atlas, the “Use Atlas” permission lets a team member open it, and “Spend in Atlas” controls who can buy leads or property details. On Elite and Max, the Employees view shows who is clocked in, with live location visible only while someone is clocked in and has Atlas open, and it links to Time Tracker Pro. Atlas Routing, also Elite and Max, draws the day’s scheduled jobs as a driving route. It routes jobs, and the page doesn’t describe route planning for a knock list, so that is a gap next to Knockio and Ecanvasser.

Atlas also includes a lead generator that finds businesses near the customers you already serve. Searching by ZIP code, city or a drawn area is free and shows the exact count as locked pins; unlocking reveals name, address, phone and website, and unlocked leads are kept permanently and can be exported to CSV. Property lines and lot size appear free when you zoom in, and full property-owner records (75 fields in eight groups) unlock as a one-time purchase per ZIP code, five ZIP codes or a state. At the time of writing, lead unlocks run from $0.25 down to $0.12 each with a $25 minimum, and property packs are $99, $299 and $997; confirm current rates in the app before you budget.

Plans: Atlas is on all five. Essentials is $29.99/mo (1 user, 500 IQ credits), Beginner $99.99 (2 users), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20), with extra users at $25/mo and annual billing at two months free. Every plan has a 14-day free trial. See the full pricing breakdown.

Style: Style A (canvassing built into the CRM). Best for: Solo contractors and small-to-mid-size crews that want canvassing, estimates and invoicing in one subscription.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Canvassing is included on every plan, with no per-canvasser license
  • Knock, contact, estimate and invoice stay in one app
  • Customizable statuses and area assignment by teammate
  • Published plan prices and a 14-day trial on every plan

Cons

  • Atlas is new (September 2026), so public reviews predate it
  • No leaderboards or contests are documented
  • Offline use isn’t documented, so test your worst-coverage areas in the trial
  • Atlas Routing and Employees need Elite or Max; lead and property data cost extra

Verdict: Choose QuoteIQ if door knocking is one of the ways you win work, not the whole sales department, and you want the pin, the estimate, the schedule and the invoice in one place. If you manage dozens of reps and need contests, territory hierarchies or offline-first apps, one of the dedicated platforms below will go deeper.

Knockio — Best Canvassing App with a Built-In CRM

$20–$60/user/mo · billed monthly · no contracts

Knockio is the closest competitor to what Atlas does, because it sells canvassing and a light CRM together, priced per seat. Its pricing page lists four plans: Prospect for field sales at $20 per user per month for five or more users ($25 for one to four), Organize for field service at $30 ($35), Growth as the all-in-one at $45 ($60), and Scale for 100-plus users on custom pricing. Billing is monthly, with no contracts, no setup fees and prorated billing.

The plan split matters. Canvassing sits in Prospect and Growth: unlimited territories and campaigns, route planning and optimization, real-time rep tracking, and pre-knocked data at 15¢ per address. Organize, the field-service plan, doesn’t list those canvassing items. Growth and Organize add pipelines and lead management, estimates and work orders, and invoices and payments, which is how a knock becomes a job on Growth.

Knockio’s canvassing page describes a live map of door-to-door activity, reps assigned to areas that managers track to avoid overlap, GPS-based real-time rep monitoring, and appointments scheduled, rescheduled or confirmed from the field, with callbacks tracked as daily tasks. It doesn’t describe pins or named dispositions, and offline use isn’t mentioned, so ask about both in a demo. Knockio’s own comparison pages say Housecall Pro and JobNimbus lack canvassing; that is a vendor claim, though it matches the Housecall Pro pricing page we read, which doesn’t mention canvassing.

Sources read October 13, 2026: knockio.com/pricing, knockio.com canvassing page.

Style: Style A (canvassing built into the CRM). Best for: Teams of five or more canvassers that want territories, rep tracking and a light CRM from the same vendor.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Canvassing and a CRM from one vendor
  • Published monthly pricing, no contracts or setup fees
  • Volume rates from five users
  • Route planning and live rep tracking

Cons

  • Per-seat pricing grows with every canvasser and office user
  • A free trial isn’t stated on the pricing page
  • Canvassing isn’t on the Organize plan
  • Pins, dispositions and offline use aren’t described; integrations are described only in general terms

Verdict: Pick Knockio if you want canvassing and a CRM from one vendor and prefer paying per seat, especially with five or more canvassers. QuoteIQ bundles users into each plan ($25/mo for extras) and includes Atlas on all of them, which tends to favor smaller crews.

3

SalesRabbit — Best for Large Door-to-Door Teams

Team $59/user/mo · Pro $49–$75/user/mo · Enterprise custom

SalesRabbit is the best-known name in door-to-door software. Its site names roofing, solar, telecom, home security, HVAC, lawn care, pest control and several other field-sales industries, and it describes area management as its core canvassing feature: you “rate and assign areas to your team,” monitor progress, review historical data and map out customers.

SalesRabbit Team is $59 per user per month billed monthly, and includes advanced canvassing, route planning, rep location tracking, digital sales tools, a built-in sketch board and Amplify Analytics. Pro shows two prices, $75 and $49 per user per month, for monthly and annual billing, though the page doesn’t label which is which. Pro adds custom fields, map overlays, a customer locator, lead file attachments, Amplify Gamification, API and integrations, and a scheduler for setters and closers. Enterprise adds coaching, single sign-on and a custom SLA, and is quote-only.

Add-ons are priced separately: DataGrid AI (buyer scores for homes and areas) at $19 or $31, Mover Leads and Digital Contracts at $13 or $20, and Weather storm overlays at $19 or $31, again per user per month by billing term. The commercial terms are the part to read closely. Billing is per seat, contracts run one to three years, an implementation package is required (Basic, Guided, Premium or Custom, with no prices shown), and paid plans have no free trial. A free single-user SalesRabbit Lite exists. Its roofing sister product, RoofLink Pro, is $120 per user per month and adds roof measuring, estimates and inspections with basic canvassing.

Sources read October 13, 2026: salesrabbit.com/pricing, salesrabbit.com.

Style: Style B (canvassing-first sales platform). Best for: Dedicated door-to-door sales teams that need territory management, coaching and gamification.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Mature platform built around area management and rep coaching
  • Documented JobNimbus and AccuLynx integrations
  • Free Lite plan for a single user
  • Strong analytics and gamification on higher tiers

Cons

  • Per-seat billing with one- to three-year contracts
  • Required implementation package with unpublished prices
  • No free trial on paid plans
  • Add-ons stack up; pins and lead statuses aren’t described on the pages we read

Verdict: Choose SalesRabbit when you run a dedicated door-to-door sales team and want a mature canvassing platform that plugs into a roofing CRM. Expect a sales process, a contract and an implementation fee.

4

SPOTIO — Best for Managed Field Sales Organizations

Quote-only · B2B, B2C and Custom plans · no free trial

SPOTIO is a field-sales platform with a sales-led buying process. Its pricing page publishes no prices, says pricing is user-based, and invites you to “contact our team for a personalized quote.” The plan sections cite a minimum of “25 licenses or more,” while the FAQ says SPOTIO is designed for teams of five or more field reps, so confirm the real minimum before you plan around it. There is no free trial, but demos and pilot programs for qualified prospects are available, and the page says most customers are up and running in less than four weeks.

The B2B plan lists territory creation and management, territory hierarchies and permissions, route planning and optimization, location verification, team leaderboards, activity tracking, calendar integration, performance analytics and the DASH AI co-pilot. B2C is similar, adding Find My Team location tracking and Download My Day offline access, which are listed for B2C only. The Custom plan adds custom mapping and routing, tailored integrations and gamification. Every plan includes a dedicated implementation manager and a customer success manager. Add-ons such as the Engagement Bundle (calling, texting, follow-ups), Next Best Action, Lead Machine and E-Contracts have unpublished prices.

For contractors, the useful detail is the CRM connections. SPOTIO’s JobNimbus integration runs through Zapier: a lead marked “Appointment Set” can create a Contact, Job or Task in JobNimbus, and a status change such as a sold job can update the pin color back on the SPOTIO map. Its AccuLynx integration runs through the AccuLynx AppConnections add-on. One more disclosure: SPOTIO publishes its own roofing CRM roundup that ranks SPOTIO first, so weigh every vendor-written list, ours included, with that in mind.

Sources read October 13, 2026: spotio.com/pricing, SPOTIO JobNimbus integration, SPOTIO AccuLynx integration.

Style: Style B (canvassing-first sales platform). Best for: Larger field-sales teams that need territory hierarchies, verification and leaderboards.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Deep manager controls: hierarchies, permissions, verification
  • Implementation and customer success managers on every plan
  • Documented links to JobNimbus and AccuLynx
  • Demos and pilot programs for qualified teams

Cons

  • Quote-only pricing and an unclear seat minimum
  • No free trial
  • Setup measured in weeks, not an afternoon
  • Offline access and live team location are listed for B2C only; pins and dispositions aren’t described

Verdict: SPOTIO fits a managed field-sales organization that wants hierarchy, verification and coaching, and is willing to buy through a sales process. A small contractor crew will find it heavier than it needs to be.

5

Sunbase — Best Customizable Contractor CRM with Door Knocking

From $59/user/mo · customized quotes · demo-led

Sunbase approaches the problem from the CRM side. Its homepage says it is “trusted by contractors, installers, project managers, sales teams, and field technicians,” and its pricing page says plans “start from $59 per user per month, with pricing customized based on your requirements.” There are no fixed tiers: you pick modules, which include contractor CRM and sales management, proposals and estimation, project management, inventory and asset management, financial tools, and reporting dashboards. No free trial is mentioned; the route in is a demo request.

The door-knocking page says managers can “define and allocate specific geographical areas” to canvassers, and that GPS can mark neighborhoods, blocks and streets. It lists lead tracking with custom fields for homeowner data, automated follow-up emails, reminders and notifications, and an integrated web scheduler so canvassers can book appointments. It doesn’t describe pins, dispositions or offline use. The same page also says the software is designed with real estate agents in mind, including farm campaigns, so Sunbase serves a wider audience than contractors alone.

That mix makes Sunbase a configurable middle option: more contractor workflow than a pure canvassing app, less documented canvassing detail than Knockio or QuoteIQ. The “from $59” figure is a starting point, not a quote, and the final price depends on team size, modules and onboarding.

Sources read October 13, 2026: sunbasedata.com/pricing, Sunbase door-knocking page.

Style: Style A (canvassing built into the CRM). Best for: Contractors that want a modular CRM, proposals and door knocking in one configured package.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Contractor CRM, proposals and project tools alongside door knocking
  • Modules chosen individually
  • Custom fields for homeowner data
  • Built-in scheduler for booking from the field

Cons

  • Pricing is customized; only a “from” figure is published
  • Pins, dispositions and offline use aren’t described
  • Per-user pricing
  • No trial mentioned, and the audience includes real estate as well as contractors

Verdict: Worth a demo if you want a heavily configured contractor CRM with door knocking attached and don’t mind a custom quote. Ask to see the canvassing map in action, because the public pages describe it only at a high level.

6

RepCard — Best for Gamified Sales Teams

Starter $24/user/mo · Pro $49/user/mo (canvassing from Pro) · Enterprise custom

RepCard markets to home-services sales teams in roofing, solar, pest control, HVAC, fiber and telecom, home security, window cleaning, lawn care, permanent lighting, real estate, home improvement and political campaigns. Its door-to-door page describes GPS-enabled canvassing maps with territory assignment, teams that “claim and track territories” so “no door gets knocked twice,” and live leaderboards with daily and weekly competitions. The emphasis is motivation and management more than the contractor back office.

Pricing is published per user. Starter is $24 per user per month and covers team chat, basic leaderboards, a team calendar, an admin dashboard and basic reporting. Canvassing tools start at Pro, $49 per user per month, which also adds competitions, advanced leaderboards, a training library, advanced analytics and API access. Enterprise is custom, with a dedicated success manager, custom onboarding and volume discounts. A yearly toggle is labeled “Save 17%,” but the page shows only one price per tier. Add-ons include Sossy.ai AI role-play at $99/mo for unlimited users, Doc Engine at $1 per document opened, and SMS at $0.03 per message. There is also a free personal plan for individual reps.

What the pages don’t cover: pins, door-knock dispositions, offline use, or which CRMs RepCard connects to beyond “popular CRMs and Zapier.” Team trials aren’t stated, and the Starter and Pro buttons lead to a demo booking. Because RepCard doesn’t describe estimates or invoicing, a contractor would run it beside a job-management system.

Sources read October 13, 2026: repcard.com/pricing, RepCard door-to-door page.

Style: Style B (canvassing-first sales platform). Best for: Sales teams that run on leaderboards, competitions and training.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Published per-seat pricing and a free personal plan
  • Strong motivation tools: leaderboards and competitions
  • Training library for new reps
  • Home-services focus across many trades

Cons

  • Canvassing tools start at the $49 Pro tier
  • Per-document and per-message add-on fees
  • Pins, dispositions, offline use and CRM names aren’t described
  • No estimating or invoicing; no team trial stated

Verdict: RepCard suits a sales team that wants to gamify door knocking and train new reps, and already has a job-management CRM for everything after the sale.

7

Ecanvasser — Best for Offline, Verified Canvassing

Core $99/mo · Pro $599/mo · Enterprise custom · 7-day free trial

Ecanvasser prices by territory instead of headcount: “Pricing is based on the territory your team covers, not headcount.” Core is listed at $99/mth for database sizes of 2,500, 20,000 or 50,000, Pro at $599/mth for 250,000 to 1,000,000, and Enterprise is custom with a 12-month minimum. Users are unlimited, but the FAQ notes that “only licensed members can record interactions using any of the mobile apps.” Annual billing is advertised as “2 months free.” The page contradicts itself in places (a “$234 billed monthly” line, and a calculator showing $299 and $1,299), so get the price in writing.

The field app is where Ecanvasser stands out. It documents offline canvassing (“work offline and sync later”), territory management by rep, team or vertical with overlap prevention and live completion tracking, and a route planner that generates optimized walking or driving routes (200 stops). GPS-backed tracking verifies knocks, flags idle time and reports doors per hour. Real-time field tracking is a +$99/mth add-on on Core and included on Pro, and Lead Prospector, which builds lists of verified households in the US only, is also +$99/mth. Core and Pro come with a 7-day free trial, limited to one per customer.

Be clear about the audience. Ecanvasser lists home improvement, home security, home services, telecom, solar, real estate and pest control, and it also serves political campaigns; the feature pages don’t separate the two. It doesn’t describe estimates or invoicing, so it is a field-activity system you would connect to your CRM through its pre-built integrations or public API.

Sources read October 13, 2026: ecanvasser.com/pricing, Ecanvasser door-knocking page.

Style: Style B (canvassing-first sales platform). Best for: Teams that need offline canvassing, route planning and GPS-verified activity at scale.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Documented offline use and verified activity
  • Territory-based pricing with unlimited invited users
  • 7-day free trial on Core and Pro
  • Detailed activity reporting

Cons

  • Pricing page inconsistencies mean you need a written quote
  • Only licensed members can record interactions
  • Real-time tracking and Lead Prospector are paid add-ons on Core
  • No estimating or invoicing described; customer base includes political campaigns

Verdict: Pick Ecanvasser when offline reliability and verified activity matter most, for example in rural territories or when you pay canvassers per door. Plan to connect it to a separate CRM for quoting and jobs.

8

Terros — Best for Setter-and-Closer Teams

Custom pricing · demo-led · trial not stated

Terros is built for door-to-door teams that split the job between setters and closers. Its features page describes “a live map of every door, for the whole team,” Canvass Pro with “premium property data on every pin,” leaderboards and stats, competitions (brackets, ladders and raffles scored by real data), and two-way sync with your CRM, calendar and stack. The headline workflow is scheduling and closer dispatch: setters book appointments in the field, the system assigns an available closer, and arrival is checked by GPS.

Pricing is the unknown. The site says “Pricing is tailored to your size and model” and offers a demo that promises “the whole thing in 30 minutes.” We could not load Terros’s pricing page, so everything here comes from the features page, and no trial is stated anywhere we read. The features page also doesn’t mention forms, estimates or invoicing, and it names territories only as a feature title. In practice that means Terros would sit in front of a CRM like JobNimbus or QuoteIQ, not replace one.

If your sales model is setters on the street and closers in trucks, the dispatch-and-verify flow is the reason to book a demo. If one person knocks, quotes and installs, you will be paying for coordination you don’t need.

Sources read October 13, 2026: terros.com/features.

Style: Style B (canvassing-first sales platform). Best for: Door-to-door companies that run setters in the field and closers who drive to appointments.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Purpose-built setter-to-closer workflow
  • Property data on pins
  • Competitions and live stats for the team
  • Two-way sync with your CRM

Cons

  • Pricing is custom and we couldn’t read the pricing page
  • No estimating, invoicing or forms mentioned
  • Little public detail on dispositions or territories
  • No trial stated

Verdict: Terros is a specialist pick for teams that separate setters and closers. Everyone else will get more from a canvassing tool that connects directly to estimates and invoices.

9

JobNimbus — Best Roofing CRM to Pair with a Canvassing App

Quote-only · Essentials to Enterprise · 14-day free trial

JobNimbus is a well-known CRM for roofing and exterior contractors, and it belongs on this list because many contractors ask whether their CRM can handle canvassing. The pricing page lists four plans: Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20+), each with a “Request pricing” button and no published prices. A 14-day free trial is offered. The page we read doesn’t mention canvassing, door knocking, lead maps or territories, so the honest description is a contractor CRM that connects to canvassing apps.

The SalesRabbit connection is documented in JobNimbus’s own support article. Managers draw and assign canvass areas in SalesRabbit, canvassers drop pins in the field, and each lead “immediately syncs to JobNimbus as a new lead contact with any applicable tasks,” assigned to the user who created the lead. Data moves one way, from SalesRabbit into JobNimbus, and the article doesn’t say pins link to jobs. SPOTIO connects through Zapier: a lead can create a Contact, Job or Task, and a status change in JobNimbus, such as a sold job, can update the SPOTIO pin color. API access and webhooks are unlimited on every JobNimbus plan.

The trade-off is cost and complexity: a canvassing subscription plus a CRM subscription, and in SPOTIO’s case a Zapier account. If you want to compare the CRM side directly, see our QuoteIQ vs JobNimbus comparison.

Sources read October 13, 2026: jobnimbus.com/pricing, JobNimbus SalesRabbit article, SPOTIO JobNimbus integration.

Style: Style C (contractor CRM that connects to a canvassing app). Best for: Roofing and exterior contractors that already run on JobNimbus and want a canvassing app in front of it.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Mature roofing and exterior CRM
  • Two canvassing apps with documented integrations
  • API and webhooks on every plan
  • 14-day free trial

Cons

  • Not a canvassing tool itself; you pay for a second app
  • Quote-only pricing
  • SalesRabbit sync is one-way and doesn’t link pins to jobs per the article
  • SPOTIO link needs Zapier

Verdict: Keep JobNimbus if your jobs, crews and production already live there, and add SalesRabbit or SPOTIO for the street. If you are choosing a CRM from scratch and want canvassing included, the tools above it on this list cost less to run.

10

AccuLynx — Best Roofing Suite to Pair with SalesRabbit or SPOTIO

Custom pricing · roofing-focused · integrations via partners

AccuLynx is a roofing business-management platform covering sales and CRM, production, finance and a field app. Its pricing page publishes no prices (“Get custom AccuLynx pricing”) and doesn’t mention canvassing, door knocking or named canvassing apps. Third-party roundups cite roughly $250 a month, which we could not confirm on AccuLynx’s own site, so treat that number as unverified.

Canvassing reaches AccuLynx through partners. Its own blog post on the SalesRabbit integration (published June 2018, updated July 2025) says leads move from a SalesRabbit Pro account into AccuLynx based on the Lead Status milestones you select, with a lead source assigned, a lead owner set and notifications sent, removing “the need for duplicate data entry.” The post presents SalesRabbit as a separate app and doesn’t claim AccuLynx has its own canvassing tool. SPOTIO documents a direct integration through the AccuLynx AppConnections add-on: leads, contacts, appointments, photos and documents flow from SPOTIO to AccuLynx, and job milestones flow back to update pin color and status.

That two-way milestone sync is the strongest contractor-CRM link we found, because a rep standing on a street can see which pins became booked, sold or installed jobs. It also means three moving parts: AccuLynx, the canvassing app and the AppConnections add-on. For a side-by-side look at the CRM itself, see our QuoteIQ vs AccuLynx comparison.

Sources read October 13, 2026: acculynx.com/pricing, AccuLynx SalesRabbit post, SPOTIO AccuLynx integration.

Style: Style C (contractor CRM that connects to a canvassing app). Best for: Roofing contractors that want a production-focused suite and are happy to run a separate canvassing app.

What stands out for canvassing

Pros

  • Two documented canvassing integrations
  • Job milestones can update pins on the SPOTIO map
  • Full roofing sales, production and finance suite
  • Lead owner assignment and notifications on sync

Cons

  • No built-in canvassing documented
  • Custom pricing; third-party estimates unverified
  • SPOTIO link needs the AppConnections add-on
  • Multiple subscriptions to coordinate

Verdict: AccuLynx is the right home base for roofers who want a full production suite, with SalesRabbit Pro or SPOTIO handling the knocking. Budget for both products and confirm the integration costs before you sign.

Door Knocking by the Numbers: The Market Behind the Tools

Canvassing works because the customers are already there. Millions of owner-occupied homes, a large pool of small-business neighbors, and steady remodeling spend are the audience your crew walks past on every job. One federal rule also shapes how you sell at the door.

Which Canvassing Tool Should You Pick? 7 Situations, 7 Picks

If you’re a solo contractor knocking doors a few evenings a week

Pick QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99/mo. Atlas is included, so you can log each knock as a pin, save interested homeowners as contacts and start an estimate from the knock card. If you only want a free map to try the habit, SalesRabbit Lite is a free single-user plan with limited features and no team management.

If you run a small crew and want everyone in one app

QuoteIQ Beginner ($99.99/mo, 2 users) or Pro ($199.99/mo, 4 users) lets you draw named areas and assign them to teammates. The per-seat comparison is Knockio Growth at $45–$60 per user per month, which also bundles pipelines, estimates and invoices.

If you have a dedicated door-to-door sales team of ten or more

SalesRabbit, SPOTIO or Knockio Prospect are built for this. You get leaderboards, hierarchies or live rep tracking, and you pay per seat. QuoteIQ Elite ($299.99/mo, 10 users) is the choice if you want the CRM and schedule in the same plan and can live without contests.

If you’re a roofer already running JobNimbus or AccuLynx

Keep your CRM and add SalesRabbit or SPOTIO, since both vendors document the integration. Budget for two subscriptions, and ask each vendor what the integration costs, because the pages we read don’t say.

If your canvassers work in poor coverage

Ecanvasser documents offline canvassing that syncs later, and SPOTIO lists Download My Day offline access on its B2C plan. QuoteIQ doesn’t document offline use for Atlas, so use the 14-day trial to test your worst-coverage neighborhood before you rely on it.

If you run setters on the street and closers who drive to appointments

Terros is built around setter booking with GPS-checked closer dispatch, and SalesRabbit Pro lists a setter-and-closer scheduler. If the same person knocks and quotes, QuoteIQ keeps that workflow simpler because the knock card goes straight to an estimate.

If you sell recurring services like lawn care, pest control or cleaning

QuoteIQ’s custom statuses let you track outcomes like “Quote sent” or “Call back in spring,” and reminders turn each one into a follow-up. If you want a deeper dive into your trade, our canvassing guide for pest control businesses is linked under Related Reading.

How We Picked the Top 10 (Methodology Detail)

  1. Defined what counts as a canvassing tool. We required at least some of five capabilities: a map with pins, outcome statuses, assignable areas, notes and follow-ups, and a path from a knock to a contact or estimate. Tools that only store leads, with no map or door-level record, did not qualify.

  2. Built the candidate list from vendor documentation. We read pricing, feature and integration pages for more than a dozen tools, including Jobber, Housecall Pro, Contractor+, ServiceTitan Convex, Leap and Knockbase, and kept the ten that document canvassing or a canvassing integration.

  3. Verified pricing on vendor pages on October 13, 2026. Where a vendor is quote-only, or its own page contradicts itself, we say so instead of guessing. Atlas lead and property data prices come from QuoteIQ’s own materials and should be confirmed in the app.

  4. Scored each tool on five criteria. Canvassing depth, knock-to-estimate path, pricing transparency, team controls and setup friction. QuoteIQ placed first on the combination of included canvassing and a native path to estimates, with its trade-offs listed in its entry.

  5. Added operator perspective and disclosed our bias. We included perspective from Mike Vidan and Justin Rogers, Co-Founders of QuoteIQ, and stated plainly that we made the list. Competitor claims come from vendor documentation, not hands-on testing, and we did not aggregate competitor review scores.

Frequently Asked Questions

QuoteIQ is the best CRM with canvassing tools for most contractors in 2026. Its Atlas map is included on every plan from $29.99/mo and sends a knock straight into your contacts, estimates and reminders. Knockio is the closest per-seat alternative for canvassing plus CRM. SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, RepCard and Ecanvasser suit larger sales teams that need leaderboards, hierarchies or offline-first apps.

They put your customers and prospects on a map, let reps log each knock as a status-colored pin, assign areas so two people don’t work the same street, and attach notes, reminders and tasks to each door. In a contractor CRM, the key extra is the path from a pin to a contact, estimate and invoice. Without it, you retype every interested homeowner.

On the pricing pages we read on October 13, 2026, neither Jobber nor Housecall Pro mentions canvassing, door knocking, territory maps or lead maps. Both have pipelines and lead tracking, but those start after a lead already exists. If you use either one, plan on pairing it with a separate canvassing app.

Atlas is included on every QuoteIQ plan, so there is no separate canvassing fee. Plans run from Essentials at $29.99/mo to Max at $699.99/mo, with a 14-day free trial on all of them and extra users at $25/mo. Lead unlocks and property-owner records are optional purchases made inside Atlas, and Atlas Routing and Employee live location need Elite or Max.

Essentials ($29.99/mo, 1 user) works for a solo owner. Beginner ($99.99, 2 users) or Pro ($199.99, 4 users) fit a small crew that wants areas assigned to teammates. Choose Elite ($299.99, 10 users) or Max ($699.99, 20 users) if you want clocked-in location in Employees and Atlas Routing for the day’s jobs. Count the people who will knock, not just the people who will quote.

Among tools that publish per-user prices, we found $20 to $75 per user per month: Knockio Prospect at $20–$25, RepCard Pro at $49, SalesRabbit Team at $59 and Pro at $49–$75. SPOTIO and Terros are quote-only, and Ecanvasser prices by territory, with Core at $99/mo. Several add fees for implementation, add-ons or data, so ask for a full first-year quote.

Yes, and both vendors document it. JobNimbus’s support article describes a SalesRabbit integration that creates a lead contact and tasks for each pin, and SPOTIO connects to JobNimbus through Zapier. AccuLynx documents SalesRabbit Pro lead sync and a SPOTIO integration through its AppConnections add-on. You pay for the canvassing app separately, and the pages we read don’t list integration costs.

Start with the seven QuoteIQ defaults, which fit most door-to-door sales: Not Home, Knocked — No Answer, Contacted, Interested — Follow Up, Not Interested, Do Not Knock and Appointment Set. Keep the list short enough that reps pick one in a second, and add a status only when it triggers a different follow-up, such as “Quote sent.”

It depends on the tool. Ecanvasser documents offline canvassing that syncs later, and SPOTIO lists Download My Day offline access on its B2C plan. QuoteIQ doesn’t document offline use for Atlas, and the other pages we read don’t state it either, so test your worst-coverage neighborhood during a trial before you commit a crew.

Several tools can. Knockio and Ecanvasser describe real-time rep tracking, SPOTIO lists location verification and Find My Team tracking on its B2C plan, and QuoteIQ shows live location on Elite and Max only while an employee is clocked in and has Atlas open. Tell your crew what is tracked and when, and check your state’s rules on employee monitoring. This is not legal advice.

Often, yes. Under the FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule (16 CFR Part 429), most door-to-door sales of $25 or more made at the buyer’s home can be canceled until midnight of the third business day. You must tell the buyer orally and in writing and provide a duplicate cancellation form. A narrow emergency exception exists. This is not legal advice, so confirm with your attorney.

Many cities and counties require a solicitor or canvassing permit, and some restrict hours or keep do-not-solicit lists. We did not compile local rules, so check with your city or county clerk before you send a crew out. Mark any “No Soliciting” homes with a Do Not Knock status so nobody revisits them. This is not legal advice.

In QuoteIQ, open the knock card and choose Save as contact, then Estimate to start a quote from the knock. Knockio’s Growth plan includes estimates and work orders, and JobNimbus and AccuLynx receive SalesRabbit or SPOTIO leads as contacts, leads or jobs depending on the integration. The fewer fields you retype between the door and the quote, the faster the follow-up.

Yes, with limits. SalesRabbit Lite is a free single-user plan with limited features and no team management, and RepCard has a free personal plan for individual reps. Ecanvasser offers a 7-day trial on Core and Pro, and QuoteIQ gives every plan a 14-day free trial. Knockio’s pricing page doesn’t state a trial, and SPOTIO says it doesn’t offer one.

For a solo contractor or a crew of up to four, QuoteIQ Essentials through Pro covers canvassing, estimates, scheduling and invoices in one subscription from $29.99/mo. Dedicated platforms like SalesRabbit and SPOTIO are built for larger sales teams, and SalesRabbit’s page cites one- to three-year contracts and a required implementation package.

Pull the CSV export and track doors knocked, contact rate (Contacted plus Interested divided by doors), appointments set, and estimates sent and won, by area and by canvasser. QuoteIQ’s export includes date, status, status history, coordinates, address, areas and who logged each knock. Cost per booked appointment shows whether an area deserves a second pass.

The Bottom Line

For most contractors in 2026, QuoteIQ is the best CRM with canvassing tools because it removes the gap between the door and the estimate. Atlas is included on every plan from $29.99/mo, the knock card saves a contact or starts a quote, and the same app holds your schedule, invoices and reminders. The honest caveats are that Atlas is new, offline use isn’t documented, and there are no leaderboards or contests.

Knockio is the closest alternative for teams that prefer per-seat pricing with canvassing and a CRM together. SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, RepCard, Ecanvasser and Terros are the specialists for sales organizations that manage reps, with sales-led buying and, in some cases, multi-year contracts. JobNimbus and AccuLynx remain strong roofing CRMs, paired with a canvassing app through documented integrations.

If canvassing is one of several ways you win work, start with the tool that already holds your estimates and invoices, and add a dedicated canvassing platform only if your team outgrows it. If you run a sales organization, shortlist two Style B tools and ask each for a written first-year quote that includes implementation, add-ons and data.

Whatever you choose, test it where you actually work: a block with weak coverage, a real follow-up after a knock, and the path from a pin to an estimate. The 14-day QuoteIQ trial on every plan is a practical way to do that for Atlas.
