Five of the ten tools below document an official ChatGPT connection to your live business data. The other five keep their AI inside their own app. We read every vendor’s documentation to show which is which, and what each one can actually change for a plumbing company.
The best CRM with ChatGPT integration for plumbing businesses in 2026 is QuoteIQ. Its connector lets ChatGPT read customers, unpaid invoices, stale estimates and today’s agenda, then draft estimates, invoices, schedules and follow-ups that wait for your approval in QuoteIQ before anything goes out. Plans start at $29.99 a month with a 14-day trial, and the Virtual Call Team answers after-hours calls. Jobber also has an official ChatGPT connector, though it cannot create jobs or invoices. ServiceTitan suits larger plumbing operations and Housecall Pro is built for plumbing and other trades, but neither documents a ChatGPT connector.
“ChatGPT integration” means three different things in 2026. It can be an official connector that lets ChatGPT read and write your live business records. It can be a vendor’s own built-in AI, which is useful but is not ChatGPT. Or it can be a do-it-yourself route through an API, Zapier or a community-built server. The table separates them. OpenAI’s own help center also limits which ChatGPT plans can use write-capable custom connectors, and vendor pages disagree on the details, so check OpenAI’s current article before you buy a ChatGPT plan for this.
There is a second direction too: homeowners asking ChatGPT to find them a plumber. ServiceTitan’s October 2026 release is the only one from these ten vendors that we found addressing it.
| Rank | Platform | Starting Price | Best For | ChatGPT Access |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| #1 | QuoteIQ | $29.99/mo | Plumbing companies of 1 to 20 users that want one app | Official connector; changes wait for your approval |
| #2 | Jobber | From $29/mo (annual billing) | Residential crews that want a polished generalist | Official connector; cannot create jobs or invoices |
| #3 | HubSpot | Free for 2 users | Lead tracking and bid follow-up (not dispatch) | Official connector; no deletes, 10-record cap |
| #4 | Housecall Pro | From $59/mo | Residential crews that want strong in-app AI | No connector found; AI Team inside the app |
| #5 | ServiceTitan | Custom — contact sales | Larger operations with an office team | No owner connector found; Atlas in-app; Homh for homeowners’ AI |
| #6 | Pipedrive | $14/seat/mo (annual billing) | Commercial plumbers chasing bids | Native MCP for ChatGPT and Claude on all plans |
| #7 | monday CRM | $12/seat/mo (3-seat minimum) | Teams already running monday boards | Hosted MCP; ChatGPT setup documented |
| #8 | Workiz | Custom — contact sales | Phone-heavy small shops | No connector found; API on Ultimate only |
| #9 | FieldPulse | Custom — contact sales | Shops that want AI bundled into the base price | Maverick AI in-app; no connector found |
| #10 | FieldEdge | Custom — contact sales | Shops that want tiered plans and QuickBooks | No AI or connector listed |
Pricing and connector details were read from each vendor’s own pages on October 18, 2026. These connectors are weeks old and change quickly, so confirm on the vendor’s site before you buy.
We’re QuoteIQ. We made this list. We also picked our own platform as #1 — here’s exactly why, with the trade-offs each tool brings to the table. Five evaluation criteria drove every ranking decision:
A tool with both a documented ChatGPT connector and a field service toolset ranks above a tool with only one of the two. That is why HubSpot, a sales CRM with excellent connector documentation, sits above Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, which are stronger field tools with no connector we could find.
Our sources are each vendor’s own pricing pages, help centers and press releases, plus federal data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the SBA Office of Advocacy. Every competitor claim comes from vendor documentation or is labeled as third-party coverage. We did not connect every tool to ChatGPT ourselves, and a connector we did not find may exist.
“Most contractors who buy software never turn the automation on.”
— Justin Rogers, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ
QuoteIQ is the all-in-one field service app we built, and its ChatGPT connector, announced September 14, 2026, lets you ask ChatGPT about live jobs and have it draft the paperwork while you decide what actually goes out. That control is the reason it ranks first for plumbing: a wrong text to a customer or a wrong invoice costs more than the time the draft saves.
Best for: Plumbing companies of 1 to 20 users that want estimating, scheduling, invoicing, call answering and a ChatGPT connector in a single app.
Only the account owner can connect it. In QuoteIQ, open Settings, then Automation, then AI Assistant (MCP), and copy the connector URL. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode (Settings, Apps, Advanced), create a connector, paste the URL, sign in through OAuth and confirm that you trust the application. Read and write access are separate scopes, so you can connect read-only first and add write access later.
Once connected, ChatGPT can read customers and their timelines, unpaid invoices, stale estimates, today’s agenda, availability, new contact-form submissions, recent files, inventory and campaign analytics. It can prepare estimates, invoices, schedules, pipeline deals, tasks, review requests and follow-ups. By default, every change lands in a “Needs your approval” queue inside QuoteIQ. Sending a message or taking a payment asks for confirmation in the chat, and there is an Undo and an audit trail. Deleting records stays in the app. Some tools depend on your plan; Client Hub conversations, for example, need Pro or above.
In practice, a plumbing owner can ask, “Which water heater estimates have gone quiet for a week?” and ChatGPT pulls them from the account. Ask it to draft the follow-up and the draft waits in the approval queue. Good-better-best options estimates are on every plan, so a repair, a standard replacement and a tankless upgrade can sit on one quote. When a call comes in after hours, the Virtual Call Team answers, filters spam, qualifies the lead and sends you a summary.
Pros
Cons
“Speed gets you there first. Specificity closes it.”
— Mike Vidan, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ
Verdict: If you run a plumbing company of 1 to 20 people and want ChatGPT to see real jobs without letting it act unsupervised, QuoteIQ is the best fit on this list, and Essentials at $29.99 a month is the cheapest way to try it. Very large multi-location groups with a dispatch office should price ServiceTitan alongside it.
See the full QuoteIQ pricing, the plumbing software page, or the connector page for the current setup steps.
Jobber is the clearest example of an established field service vendor shipping its own ChatGPT and Claude connector. Its help article, updated October 1, 2026, spells out what the connector can and cannot do, which is more than most vendors on this list manage.
Best for: Residential service crews already on Jobber, or owners who want a vendor-supported connector for look-ups and intake rather than billing.
You connect from Jobber’s App Marketplace, sign in, allow access and then switch individual tools on or off. The connector is available on Core, Connect, Grow and Plus, and Jobber says free ChatGPT and Claude accounts work. ChatGPT can read clients, properties, requests, quotes, jobs and invoices, and can create or edit requests, clients and properties. It can create quotes, with a total, deposit and discount but no unit costs or margins, though it cannot edit them afterward. It cannot create or edit jobs or invoices, cannot change the schedule, and cannot delete or archive anything. The article describes no per-action confirmation, so your control is the tool toggles.
For a plumbing crew, that makes it a strong morning briefing and intake tool. Jobber’s own examples include “Show me every new request from this week” and “Show me all quotes still awaiting response.” It is a weaker fit if you want ChatGPT to draft an invoice or move a call on the dispatch board.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: Jobber is the safest pick if you want a vendor-supported connector and mostly need ChatGPT to look things up and log new requests. If you want ChatGPT to draft invoices and schedules for your approval, QuoteIQ goes further.
HubSpot’s ChatGPT connector is the best-documented one on this list, but HubSpot is a sales and marketing CRM, so it handles plumbing leads and bids rather than dispatch.
Best for: Commercial plumbers tracking bids with property managers and general contractors, or residential companies running a lead-nurture pipeline.
HubSpot’s knowledge base, updated September 28, 2026, says the connector works with all HubSpot products and plans and needs an OpenAI account. Super Admins and users with App Marketplace Access can connect it; others need Super Admin approval. ChatGPT can read and write contacts, leads, companies, deals, tickets and engagements, and can read quotes, invoices and orders. No delete permission is listed, requests are capped at 10 records, and ChatGPT shows proposed changes for a Yes or No before applying them. HubSpot recommends setting write tools to Needs Approval, and its audit log attributes each action to both the user and the connector.
That is the strongest admin story here. The catch is scope: there is no technician scheduling, no field invoicing and no mobile job app for the truck, so your plumbing jobs would live in a second system.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: Pick HubSpot if your plumbing business is won on bids and relationships and you already run, or plan to run, a field tool alongside it. For a crew that dispatches daily, it is a lead system, not an operating system.
Housecall Pro is a field service platform that lists plumbing among its trades, and it puts its AI inside the app rather than into ChatGPT.
Best for: Residential plumbing crews that want AI call answering and reporting built into the same app as dispatch and invoicing.
We found no ChatGPT connector or MCP server in Housecall Pro’s pricing or help documentation as of October 18, 2026. What it has is an AI Team. CSR AI answers calls and web chats and books jobs, Analyst AI answers questions about revenue, job trends and cash flow, and Coach AI, Marketing AI and Help AI round it out. Housecall Pro’s help center says all AI Team members are included with an account, with CSR AI an optional add-on whose price the article does not state.
For ChatGPT itself, the official route is Housecall Pro’s Open API, which its pricing page lists on Max only, along with Zapier. Third-party developers have published unofficial MCP servers for the API, but Housecall Pro does not publish or support them. That is a project for a technical owner, not a setting.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: Choose Housecall Pro for plumbing operations and in-app AI, not for ChatGPT. If a connector matters to you today, QuoteIQ and Jobber are the two field tools here that document one.
ServiceTitan’s plumbing page says thousands of residential and commercial plumbing companies use it. Its AI is Atlas, and its ChatGPT story so far is about homeowners, not owners.
Best for: Larger plumbing operations with an office team, memberships and a need for deep dispatch and pricing control.
ServiceTitan’s October 6, 2026 Pantheon release announced no MCP server and no owner-side ChatGPT connector, and third-party write-ups from July 2026 reach the same conclusion and point to its API as the way in. What it did announce is Homh, which ServiceTitan says “connects homeowners and their AI agents with a network of high-performing ServiceTitan contractors.” Homh works with ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude and books confirmed appointments directly into ServiceTitan, and the company says it plans to extend Homh into more consumer language models.
Atlas, the in-app assistant, lets owners ask about sales performance and revenue in the mobile app. That is useful, but it is not ChatGPT reaching into your account.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: ServiceTitan is the right call for larger plumbing operations that value depth over a connector. Smaller companies will pay for features they will not use, and will not get a ChatGPT connection in return.
Pipedrive launched a native MCP server on June 30, 2026 that works with ChatGPT and Claude on every plan. It suits plumbing contractors who sell bid work more than emergency repairs.
Best for: Commercial and new-construction plumbers who chase general contractors and property managers and live in a sales pipeline.
Pipedrive’s release says ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP-compatible assistants can search deals, contacts, organizations and leads, create and update records, convert leads into deals, manage activities and turn meeting notes into structured records. Actions follow each user’s existing permissions and are logged in Pipedrive’s change logs, and setup uses OAuth with no coding. The support article, updated September 7, 2026, says AI applications can act only when the user or an administrator explicitly permits it. It does not say whether ChatGPT asks for confirmation before each change.
For a bid-driven plumbing company, that means asking ChatGPT which proposals are stalled and having it log the follow-up. There is no scheduling, dispatch or field invoicing behind it.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: Pipedrive fits a commercial plumbing company that wins work through bids and wants ChatGPT to keep the pipeline honest. A residential crew that dispatches daily needs a field tool first.
monday.com says its MCP is preinstalled on every account, and its support center documents a ChatGPT setup. It is a flexible work management tool dressed as a CRM.
Best for: Plumbing companies that already run bids, projects or permits on monday boards and want ChatGPT to work across them.
monday’s support article, last modified September 7, 2026, says MCP is preinstalled on all monday.com accounts. You connect from ChatGPT’s apps settings by approving an OAuth prompt that is scoped to your monday account and can be revoked in admin settings. An admin may need to switch on AI Connectors under Admin, then Permissions. The article does not say which ChatGPT plans qualify or whether write actions need approval.
Because monday is built around boards, ChatGPT can reason across whatever you have modeled: bids, permits, inspections or warranty callbacks. You model all of it yourself, and there is no dispatch.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: monday is a reasonable ChatGPT-connected project hub for teams already living in it. Most plumbing companies are better served by a field tool first.
Workiz lists plumbing in its industries menu and builds its product around the phone, with an integrated phone system on every plan.
Best for: Phone-heavy small plumbing shops that want calls, scheduling and customer records in one place.
Workiz’s pricing page lists Open API and Zapier on Ultimate only, with Genius Scheduling and Genius Leads on Pro and above and the Genius Phone add-on sold separately. We found no ChatGPT connector on Workiz’s own pages, and a September 29, 2026 third-party write-up says there is no Workiz plugin in ChatGPT and no Workiz-built MCP server. The same write-up describes Genius Copilot, an in-app assistant, as being in beta.
So ChatGPT access means the Ultimate plan and a technical person to wire up the API; the same write-up says a Developer API add-on must be switched on before keys can be created.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: Workiz is a good fit if the phone is your bottleneck. For ChatGPT access, it asks the most from you for the least in return.
FieldPulse launched Maverick on October 15, 2026, an AI assistant that lives inside the platform and is included in the base subscription.
Best for: Plumbing shops that want AI bundled into the base price rather than metered or sold per user.
FieldPulse describes Maverick as “an AI assistant built for business owners and back-office teams,” available to all customers “with no per-user fees or message limits” and built natively within the platform. It builds reports on request, sends a daily morning summary, turns PDFs and call notes into draft customers, jobs and estimates, checks technician availability during a call, and drafts purchase orders. Operator AI, a separate feature, captures leads and books jobs around the clock.
None of that is described as a ChatGPT connector. A third-party write-up dated October 13, 2026 says FieldPulse has no connector or MCP server and that its public API is activated by support rather than from a settings screen.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: FieldPulse is worth a demo if you want AI included in the price and do not need ChatGPT specifically. If ChatGPT is the point, it is not there yet.
FieldEdge says it is trusted by small and mid-market service leaders in HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Its pricing and home pages do not mention AI, a connector or an API.
Best for: Plumbing shops that want tiered plans, a dispatch board and QuickBooks syncing, and do not need AI today.
It does not, on the evidence we could find. FieldEdge’s pricing page lists no AI assistant, no AI call answering, no ChatGPT connector, no MCP and no API access. It lists integrations with QuickBooks, Intacct, FleetSharp and Trane Technologies. That could change, and a sales call may surface options the site does not, but nothing is documented.
What FieldEdge does describe is conventional field service: a central dispatch board with GPS tracking, a mobile app that creates work orders and dispatches teams, and automated QuickBooks syncing between field and office.
Pros
Cons
Verdict: FieldEdge is a conventional, capable field service system. If ChatGPT or any AI layer is on your list, it sits last here because it documents none.
Plumbing is a large, fragmented trade where, per IBISWorld data cited by Simpro, no single company holds more than 5% of the market, so software decisions get made one shop at a time. These are the figures behind that.
Pick QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99 a month, or Jobber Core at $29 a month billed annually if you prefer its interface. Either gets one user a real ChatGPT connector, and QuoteIQ adds a price book and 500 IQ Credits for AI features. Use the 14-day trial to connect ChatGPT read-only and ask for a morning briefing on real jobs.
QuoteIQ Beginner ($99.99, 2 users) or Pro ($199.99, 4 users) fits a small crew. Pro adds Client Hub, Job Costing and QuickBooks Online sync, which most plumbing offices want once someone besides the owner is answering phones. Jobber Connect, from $99 a month, is the main alternative.
QuoteIQ Elite at $299.99 a month covers 10 users and 5,000 IQ Credits, with Route Optimization, GPS time tracking and InstaSchedule for customer self-booking. Housecall Pro Essentials and Max are credible if you value its AI Team over a connector, but neither documents ChatGPT access.
QuoteIQ Max at $699.99 a month includes 20 users and 8,000 IQ Credits, with extra users at $25 a month. Compare it against Jobber Plus, whose price rises with every user. At this size, set ChatGPT to propose changes for approval only, so an office manager reviews anything customer-facing.
ServiceTitan or QuoteIQ Max. ServiceTitan brings deeper dispatch, Pricebook Pro and memberships on a per-technician quote; QuoteIQ Max brings published pricing and the only owner-side ChatGPT connector of the two. Get a written quote from ServiceTitan and demos of both.
Add a bid pipeline. Pipedrive (from $14 a seat) or HubSpot (free for 2 users) both document official ChatGPT connectors for tracking proposals with contractors and property managers, and ServiceTitan covers commercial service work. Run a field tool alongside either CRM, because neither dispatches.
QuoteIQ Essentials with Done-For-You setup ($299.99 one time, including contact import and price book setup) or Jobber Core. Skip the connector at first, then add one ChatGPT question a day: today’s agenda, unpaid invoices, quotes with no reply.
Built a longlist of CRM and field service tools used by plumbing businesses. We started from the leading general CRMs and the field service platforms that list plumbing among their trades, then kept the ten with the clearest public documentation of either a ChatGPT connector or in-app AI.
Read each vendor’s own documentation on October 18, 2026. For every tool we read the pricing page plus the help center article or press release that covers AI, MCP or ChatGPT. Where a vendor documents nothing, we say we found no connector rather than claiming one does not exist.
Verified pricing against the published source. Prices come from each vendor’s pricing page as of the same date. Where a vendor only quotes on request, the table says Custom — contact sales instead of guessing, and where a page contradicts itself we say so.
Matched connector controls against plumbing needs. We compared who can connect, what each connector can read and write, whether changes need approval and what it can never delete, then mapped those controls to plumbing work such as estimates, invoices, dispatch and after-hours calls.
Added operator perspective from Mike Vidan and Justin Rogers. Both Co-Founders have run service businesses and bring four-plus years of product context from building QuoteIQ. Their quotes appear where they bear on the trade-offs, and we disclose that QuoteIQ made this list.
These are verbatim 5-star reviews from QuoteIQ customers across trades. None is tagged plumbing in our review database, and none was written about the ChatGPT connector, which launched in September 2026.
“Review Multiplier automates five‑star review requests post‑payment; Clients leave reviews without being asked, boosting reputation and trust effortlessly.”
“Overall great, keeps 90% of what I need to run my business in 1 easy to use place.”
“Couldn’t recommend it more.”
Mike co-founded QuoteIQ in 2022 after running service businesses of his own. His YouTube channel has 580K+ subscribers and covers field service operations, pricing and contractor business strategy.
“Whoever sends a clear, specific estimate first is the one the customer starts comparing everyone else to.”
— Mike Vidan, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ
Justin co-founded QuoteIQ alongside Mike. He runs the ForeverSelfEmployed YouTube channel and has built and run service businesses across several trades.
“In my experience, the first thing that breaks isn’t operations — it’s customer communication.”
— Justin Rogers, Co-Founder of QuoteIQ
The best CRM with ChatGPT integration for plumbing businesses in 2026 is QuoteIQ. Its connector reads live customers, invoices, estimates and the schedule, and drafts changes that wait for your approval in the app. Plans start at $29.99 a month with a 14-day trial. Jobber also has an official connector, but it cannot create jobs or invoices. HubSpot’s is the best documented but it is a sales CRM, and ServiceTitan suits larger operations that value dispatch depth over a connector.
Published plumbing-capable plans start around $29 to $59 a month: QuoteIQ Essentials is $29.99, Jobber Core is $29 billed annually and Housecall Pro Basic is $59 billed annually. QuoteIQ scales to $699.99 for Max with 20 users. ServiceTitan, Workiz, FieldPulse and FieldEdge quote by request. Budget for extras: QuoteIQ’s Virtual Call Team bills $1.25 a minute, and ChatGPT usage is billed separately by OpenAI.
Among the tools we reviewed, no field service platform with a ChatGPT connector has a permanent free plan. QuoteIQ doesn’t have a free plan, but every plan includes a 14-day free trial, and plans start at $29.99 a month. The closest free option is HubSpot’s free CRM for up to 2 users, which has an official ChatGPT connector but is a sales tool with no dispatch or field invoicing. Pipedrive and monday CRM offer 14-day trials.
QuoteIQ Essentials at $29.99 a month is the best fit for most solo plumbers on this list: estimating, scheduling, invoicing, a price book and the ChatGPT connector for one user, plus 500 IQ Credits for AI features. Jobber Core at $29 a month billed annually is the alternative if you prefer its interface and want a vendor-supported connector for look-ups. Housecall Pro Basic is $59 a month for one user, with in-app AI but no connector.
QuoteIQ Beginner ($99.99, 2 users) or Pro ($199.99, 4 users) covers most plumbing crews of two to five. Pro adds Client Hub, Job Costing and QuickBooks Online sync. Jobber Connect, from $99 a month, is the main alternative, and Housecall Pro Essentials suits crews that want its in-app AI Team. Only QuoteIQ and Jobber document a ChatGPT connector in that group.
ServiceTitan and QuoteIQ Max are the two main contenders. ServiceTitan has the deeper dispatch, pricebook and membership tooling and is quoted per technician. QuoteIQ Max is $699.99 a month with 20 users and 8,000 IQ Credits, extra users are $25 a month, and it is the only one of the two with a ChatGPT connector. Get demos of both before deciding, and ask each how ChatGPT can reach your data.
QuoteIQ, Jobber and Housecall Pro all offer iOS and Android apps for technicians, and FieldEdge describes a mobile app for creating work orders and dispatching teams. QuoteIQ’s app carries a 4.7-star average across 4,103+ ratings on the App Store, Google Play and Google. Test the day-to-day workflow on your own phone during the trial.
QuoteIQ’s InstaSchedule lets customers self-book from your published availability on the Elite and Max plans, and the Virtual Call Team can catch the calls that do not come in online. ServiceTitan sells booking software for residential jobs, and Housecall Pro’s CSR AI books jobs from calls and chats. ChatGPT connectors serve your side of the business; customer-facing booking runs through each tool’s own flow.
For repair-or-replace quoting, QuoteIQ’s good-better-best options estimates are on every plan, its AI Estimator builds quotes from a photo or description using IQ Credits, and ChatGPT can draft estimates through the connector for your approval. ServiceTitan’s Pricebook Pro, an add-on, is the deepest flat-rate option for larger shops. Jobber’s connector can create quotes but not edit them afterward.
QuoteIQ handles scheduling for most small and mid-size plumbing companies, with Google Calendar sync from Beginner up, Route Optimization on Elite and Max, and ChatGPT able to read the day’s agenda and open slots. ServiceTitan has the deepest dispatch board for larger teams. Jobber’s connector cannot change the schedule at all, so it can tell you what is booked but not move it.
QuoteIQ, Jobber and Housecall Pro all take payments inside the app. QuoteIQ adds consumer financing through Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay on every plan and syncs invoices with QuickBooks Online on Pro and above, and its connector can draft invoices for your approval. Jobber’s connector cannot create invoices. FieldEdge syncs with QuickBooks and is worth a look if your books run through it.
It can be, if you control what ChatGPT can change. Prefer connectors that separate read from write, hold changes for approval and keep an audit log, as QuoteIQ and HubSpot document. Customer names, addresses and payment details are sensitive, so follow the FTC’s guidance to collect only what you need and lock down access, and treat the NIST AI Risk Management Framework as a voluntary checklist. Start read-only, then add write access once you trust the results.
Export your clients, jobs and invoices from Jobber as CSV files, then import them into the new tool. QuoteIQ’s Imports hub accepts CSV exports from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and others and keeps an Import History so you can check progress. Run both systems in parallel for about a week, then cut over. QuoteIQ’s Done-For-You setup ($299.99 or $999.99, one time) includes contact import and price book setup.
QuoteIQ is the best Housecall Pro alternative for plumbing companies that want a ChatGPT connector, since we found none from Housecall Pro. Entry pricing is $29.99 a month against Housecall Pro Basic at $59 billed annually. Jobber is the other field service option with an official connector. Weigh that against Housecall Pro’s AI Team, where CSR AI answering calls is an optional add-on.
QuoteIQ and Jobber publish their prices, which makes them easier to budget than ServiceTitan’s per-technician quotes. For a 20-person plumbing shop, QuoteIQ Max is $699.99 a month flat. Ask ServiceTitan for a written quote and compare. Neither alternative matches ServiceTitan’s depth in dispatch, Pricebook Pro or memberships, but both document ChatGPT connectors that ServiceTitan has not announced for owners.
For emergency dispatch with many technicians, ServiceTitan’s dispatch board is the most capable, with FieldEdge’s dispatch board and GPS tracking as a mid-market option. For small crews, QuoteIQ’s Virtual Call Team answers after-hours calls and flags real leads, and Route Optimization (Elite and Max) plus GPS tracking help you send the nearest truck. None of the ChatGPT connectors here dispatches a truck on its own.
Trusted by thousands of verified contractors · 4.7★ average rating · 4,103+ reviews on the App Store, Google Play and Google
For most plumbing businesses in 2026, QuoteIQ is the best CRM with ChatGPT integration. It documents an owner-controlled connector, drafts estimates, invoices and follow-ups behind an approval step, and pairs that with the plumbing basics: a price book, good-better-best estimates, after-hours call answering and consumer financing. Plans run from $29.99 to $699.99 a month, and every plan has a 14-day trial.
The runner-ups are real. Jobber has the cleanest vendor-supported connector among the field service brands, with limits on what it can write. HubSpot has the best-documented controls but is a sales CRM. ServiceTitan suits large plumbing operations and Housecall Pro is a mature field service tool, but both keep their AI inside their own apps. Pipedrive and monday suit bid-driven teams, while FieldEdge, Workiz and FieldPulse document no ChatGPT connector.
This category is weeks old. QuoteIQ’s connector was announced September 14, 2026 and Jobber’s followed on September 25, so expect fast change and recheck before you buy. The useful habit is to ask any vendor what ChatGPT can change without asking you, and what it can never touch. As plumbing owners hand more of the paperwork to AI, the tool that keeps you in control of what goes out will matter more than the one that does the most.
